Chosen for one night, passing through, given the privileged position at the beginning of the pedestrian area. Extremely far from a four star - the furnishings of the room are truly disheartening - it also has numerous deficiencies in cleanliness, a detail that has nothing to do with the age of the property, perhaps more with excessively distracted management. Its a lovely hotel situated close to main piazza and attractions. Very clean and rooms have an antique decor which we've never been before. Room was very spacious.

Beautiful hotel, large rooms, nice English speaking staff, delicious breakfast, beautiful garden/park, close to Perugia, excellent parking. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed, the bar only opens in the evening and no lunch possibilities. The road to the hotel is bumpy.

We loved the Hotel Priori. It was within walking distance of many activities— even a local theater which did music from famous American movies/Briadway shows as well as Italian songs— very special.

Amazing dinner, fantastic local wine. Rooms are very nice, clean and we enjoyed the jacuzzi. Located within a few steps from the center, can't beat the location.

Two nights in Perugia In the perfect location, and obviously recently renovated, as everything is in excellent condition. The room was a little bit on the small side, but not excessively so, and was fine for a short stay. Breakfast was above average, and with lots of choices.

We had the most amazing time and stay at the Castello and wished we stayed longer! Just to say we actually slept in a real castle is incredible!! The grounds and castle itself was amazing with so much to see. They had a great pool with hot tubs and the view of Peruigia from the pool and deck areas was stunning! The restaurant on property was also top notch and service was excellent.

This was my happy place. Just incredible to stay in a 14th century castle were the Templers lived. Just outside of Perugia. The inside and outside will blow your mind. The breakfast and staff were fabulous. Beautiful views, you name it. It had it all.

Absolutely gorgeous places, and wonderful staff. Still only 4 out of 5, because we suffered both nights a lot from the noise of our neighbors above; sleeping was possible only with ear plugs. We had a panoramic room (i.e., a rather expensive category), and still the noise isolation was almost non-existant. We would happily return, but inquire beforehand about a room with no noise problems.

I have been going to this business for some time, but I only enjoy the restaurant. The dining room has a huge fireplace equipped with side seating. It is very pleasant, in winter, to dine with the fire behind. The cuisine is simple, typical Umbrian and well prepared. You can also enjoy an excellent pizza. The value for money is good.

Convenient but a bit tired. Convenient for station early check in was helpful,staff efficient and pleasant. Room was rather tired. Several things broken and in need of attention in bathroom. Broken shower door, leaking shower head and cracked shower tray. Loose toilet seat. Suitcase stand also broken.

Upon arrival, I was assigned a room that wasn't tidy. After reporting the problem, I was given a new room that was clean, tidy, and smelled fresh. Unfortunately, however, the new room didn't have hot water for the shower. Fortunately, it was only a one-night stay. Tip: Check the rooms before assigning them.

It's understandable considering the price, but the room wasn't as bright as it looked in the photos. I had to go somewhere else for one night during my stay, so I split my stay into two separate rooms. The first room had Wi-Fi, but the bathroom drainage was poor, and the air conditioning didn't heat it, making it cold at night. Booked a one night stay here, does not look great from outside but don’t let that put you off, room on 1st floor, overlooking road and station had a balcony with 2 chairs. The best location in the center of everything. Pearl apartment had everything we needed including a clothes iron and ironing board. Nespresso machine also. Great little terrace with a view. Eva was wonderful, we loved it here.

Perfect in the center of Perugia next to the fountain. Pleasant apartment with a beautiful view. There are several apartments, and the photos don't always match perfectly. The elevator is very slow for reasons of respect for the excavations below, but in fact almost unusable. But the five-story walk is worth the effort.

I stayed at the hotel for six nights (October 14 to October 20) and loved everything about it. It is an excellent hotel with the most pleasant ambiance. The rooms are clean, and the staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful (they spent 10 minutes with me to help me change my train ticket; I was very impressed. Two big thumbs up from me!

I really recommend hotel Gio - sophisticated decoration connected with wine and music, rooms very nicely arranged. Swimming pool on the roof was a really good entertainment. Close to the historical beautiful city center of Perugia. Personel very professional and helpful. Food was really good and high quality, big choice of Italian dish. Perfect location, close to the center but not too much. We have come here several times over the years under various managements and have always had a good time. Large, clean rooms with all comforts. Now there is also a refurbished swimming pool. Small, but enough to cool off in this heat wave.

The director should organize a meeting soon to straighten out the behavior of certain employees ... especially at the reception! The 4 stars are seen above all by the elegance that you receive

Great place to stay and exceeded expectations This is a clean and modern hotel. Unlike many Best Westerns in the US, this had the level of class and quality of a Marriot or Hilton.
