I had a wonderful stay! The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk from the historic center and the University of Perugia. The hosts, Chiara and Roberto, were exceptionally kind and went out of their way to help me during my visit. I would definitely choose to stay there again in the future!

A lovely family hotel in the heart of Perugia. A very friendly and helpful host who provided the warmest welcome and was instrumental in booking a taxi to the airport. The rooms have nice views towards old town and the picturesque hills around Perugia. The city itself is a pleasant surprise, with its etruscan past, fine chocolate and cafe culture. Both street food and restaurants are not to be missed.

This room was delightful. The photos don't do it justice. Warning the room is up 3 to 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) but it is 100% worth it. The large private terrace and the views are amazing.

Stayed here for two separate weekends and loved it! The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, the location is near the center and the minimeteo making it easy to move around and explore. Lots of dining options nearby and the beds!! Oh the beds were so comfortable best sleep I had on my trip. Highly recommend this hotel and it is worth all the stairs to get there lol

I booked this hotel because I wanted to watch Ishikawa Yuki's volleyball match in Perugia. I was able to get to the match venue in less than 30 minutes using the mini-metro.
It was a very cute hotel, and the bathrooms were clean. Also, an espresso machine and bread were prepared in the room, and although I had to leave early the next day, I was grateful that I could get up early and have a leisurely breakfast. The only things that bothered me were the noise of the ventilation fan and the lack of curtains, but these weren't particularly big issues.
Above all, the owner was very kind. He even told me what to do if I got home late after visiting tourist attractions or watching a volleyball match, so I was able to stay there in a very comfortable and safe environment.

I stayed in a small but clean and comfortable single room, which had everything I needed for my 3 night stay, including a good shower! Location is perfect for exploring historic Perugia.
Chiara could not have been more welcoming and helpful before, during and even after my stay. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you :)

Our hostess Chiara was just excellent. She came bouncing downstairs to get our bags, explained everything to our satisfaction & was accessible at all times. She explained how to get around & provided a map.
Our room was very clean but very small.
We wouldn’t mind staying there again in a bigger room 😊 Thanks Chiara & your staff.😊

I spent 2 nights at Primavera Mini Hotel .
It was a very nice experience. First , Chiara the owner was very kind, pleasant and welcoming.
The room is cute , you can find everything you need. The place is clean and close to the historic center. I recommend it !

We had a room with a beautiful view looking over part of the city. Restaurants and shopping were a 5-10 minute uphill walk away, and a cafe for breakfast was just a short walk below us. The owners were very friendly and accommodating and even left us a bottle of bubbly and chocolates in our room as we were celebrating our anniversary. Very thoughtful! The room wasn't big but it was very comfortable with a bed that raised at the head and feet - very comfortable! The bathroom looked newly renovated.
