Disclaimer: we went to this place in October, therefore not in the high season.
The reception staff who did the check in was nice and fast, we asked them for advice for eating out in Vieste and gave us great suggestions.
We stayed at the hotel for one night and the room was alright and clean. However, it took 10 min of running water in the shower to be able to have hot water.
The breakfast, as already mentioned in other reviews, is very poor. We had a cappuccino and a pineapple juice and they were both awful, the food was mediocre.
The building was a bit old and overall, the hotel seemed more consistent with a 3 star instead of 4.

The hotel has an amazing location, and the town is very cozy, quiet, and beautiful. However, for communication with the hotel staff, if you don't know Italian, you'll need to use sign language (and it's good if they understand you). They formally state 'Free Wi-Fi', but in fact, they practically don't have internet. The connection is very weak, constantly going on and off, so you can't even read an email.

The hotel was very nice. We had a great room with sea view. The room was spacious, quiet, clean, modern, and seemed newly renovated.
Parking spaces were available, although they were quite crowded, and we ended up with a spot somewhere between trees, partially in the bushes.
The breakfast was very rich and had a wide selection. The quality was very good and satisfied. The hotel's location was ok, just outside the city but still within walking distance.

Good value
Nice pool. Staff is nice and helpful.
The hotel caters to German holiday crowd. Everything is translated into German. Their restaurant menu is clearly geared to their clients.
We needed a good value place to stay overnight while traveling. For this it was good. Clean. Good shower. Good bed.

Old hotel in serious need of refurbishment. It’s a glorified b n b and I wonder how they got their 4 star status. (The pool is decent) but the rooms are very basic. They don’t even have proper plugs for ironing and so you have to pay for them to iron even the most basic items. The phone doesn’t work in the room. To their credit they are serving some form of breakfast during COVID 19 (but I wonder if they have a greater selection in normal circumstances. Chose this hotel last minute but the reviews were right, it’s not a four star, it’s a 3 star with a good swimming pool.

I spent just one night in an apartment. It was very clean but very simple actually. The position is very good, just in front of the beach where is possible to take a ferry to the tremiti islands or make a boat trip.

hotel clean staff helpfull but you need to pay extra for towels chairs & umbrellas on their private beach.

Really quiet and near the beach, large swimming pools and a lot of trees. You can also eat in the pizzeria.

Nice hotel complex with friendly staff (especially at the pool bar). Hotel room was clean and equipped with standard equipment. The noise of the central air conditioning unit does not allow you to sleep with open windows. But with closed windows there is no noice audible (2nd hotel building with sea view) You can choose between hotel, bungalow or camping accommodation. There is a shop in the complex where you can buy everything for your stay in the case you don't have booked the hotel accommodation. 10 min walking distance to the center. Served meals in the hotel are from average to good.
