The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We had a quadruple room that had a double and 2 single beds with ample room for all 4 adults. The room was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable too. There were 2 balconies. One had a great view of Lake Garda and Peschiera Del Garda. The bathroom was small but clean with a good shower.
The only negative was that our room was on the third floor , and they had an elevator, but to get to our room upon exiting the elevator, you had to go down a flight of steps. This seemed very badly designed and not very accessible for anyone with limited mobility or elderly with luggage.
Breakfast was included and there was a great selection.
The hotel is located just 1 street away from Lake Garda but it's a 2 minute walk to the Lake with amazing views of the Lake and town. It's approx 10 min walk into the main center of town where there are plenty of restaurants and shops and again the charm with all the scenic views and flower boxes is just breath taking. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

We paid €2,160 for 6 nights (€360 per night) in August for the most expensive family room, yet were given a smaller room worth about 25% less. When we noticed and raised it, the response was basically “your problem, you should have said earlier.”
On top of that, this is a disappointing and greedy hotel. We chose it mainly for its pool, yet the water was cloudy, not clean, and very cold. The cabanas by the pool are reserved for the deluxe rooms – they were always empty, yet we were not allowed to use them. Same with the private parking spaces. In the end, we realized we had paid at least as much as those deluxe rooms with these privileges, yet got none of them. The management is purely money-driven – they charge extra for almost everything, even for pool towels (€5 each)

The hotel claims there are no “room categories” and that rates are only based on the number of guests. However, on Booking.com, there are clearly listed room categories such as Superior Family Room and Superior Quadruple Room with Balcony and Partial Lake View, with different layouts, amenities, and prices — and we booked the most expensive family room.
Regarding the pool, the hotel says the cloudiness was due to heavy rain 2 days before our arrival and that the issue was “promptly resolved.” In reality, we stayed for 6 nights and the water remained not clean for our entire stay, while all the nearby hotels had crystal-clear pools.

We just got extremely upset that AFTER we booked on booking.com, the hotel wrote us that our child of 1.5yrs old had to pay an extra ( never mentioned on the boking.com conditions) .. very sneaky.
We explained to the reception our reasonings but they preferred to gain 10 euros rather than satisfied costumers, this proved their inelegance. Will not come back.

We were 4 nights in this hotel with kids. The hotel is good, and the location is perfect. It has good parking, and the staff is very kind. The room was clean, and the shower was good. The breakfast was nice; however, I would suggest adding options for people who are fasting. Everything else was very good.
I recommend this hotel, and if we have the opportunity to visit Lake Garda again, we will definitely book this hotel.

Larissa and total crew, thank you for everything. The lovely room 130 with perfect view on the Garda Lake, the delicious breakfast, the housekeeping cleaning the room every day, the kind ladies at the reception. You name it. Everythink for a holiday without stress, we got from all of you.

Great location about a minute walk from the lake. We stayed in a quad room which was spacious and clean. Wifi didn't work well in the room. The bathroom was big. I would stay here again. Great restaurant near by.

Very very hospatality, nice and friendly people in this cosy hotel, very hygienic, large rooms, wonderful swimming pool and at a top location near to the centre of the village!

Nice room that is close to the lake .. nice breakfast with very very friendly and nice people in the reception :-) and in the restaurant.. only one remark that swimming pool opens at 10 and closes at 20:00 ... we couldn’t swim 🏊♂️ Grazie !!

What a great hotel. Yes, the rooms are a bit dated, but it’s just a room. The rooms are very clean every day and our balcony is big enough for 3-4 persons (room for 2). The service is really the best of this hotel. The staff is really friendly, without being annoying to get more money. If you ask them something they just want to help you. The breakfast is good and the room where you eat is clean. Swimming pool is not really big, but big enough for the size of the hotel. If I come back here, I definitely would come back to this hotel. Because of the nice staff, great service and clean rooms.
