Awesome hotel. The winkeler hotel group is a tip for any traveler visiting Kronplatz in the summer or winter. Great facilities, swimming pools and exceptional food.

Our family just spent another wonderful week in this hotel. This was our fourth stay with Sonnenhof. Everything was just great like in the 3 other stays. Stuff is so kind ( special greetings to Michaela, Daniela, Sorin, Elmar), food is divine and facilities are so great that each one will find something nice for themselves. Highly recommended, 5 starts well deserved.

Get swept away in some far flung land with "Hotel Sonnenhof", and before you know it, you're there already as we speak. Try it or lump it! you won't regret it. Have fun!

We loved the hotel and its spa and swimmingpools. Also lots of other activities are offered. The breakfast was very great.

Very nice family run hotel with excellent food options. We had nice modern room with private sauna and balcony. Very nice experience.

Good old hotel. We had a doubleroom with halfboard for a very good price. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable. The food was good, especialy dinner with 4 courses. The cons was that hotel was older and it was visible. Especialy the wellness part and the sauna was smelly. But regarding the price it was good.

My absolute favourite hotel in the Dolomites. Excellent family run business and outstanding in all aspects. From cleanliness to catering, wellness and hospitality and service. We always feel like at home. Make sure you check out their wine cellar. Its insane. Location is 10min to ski resorts.

It’s a lovely hotel, and you should book a holiday here. The stuff is great, always helpful and smiling. The region is lovely with great views and you can make many trips to the mountains (close to all famous mountains) or take a bike. Breakfast and dinner were also lovely. We didn’t use the spa facilities but other guests were thrilled with them.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights on our way to Salzburg. The room size was ok for two people. Indoor/Outdoor heated pool and the breakfast were the highlight of the hotel. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast had good variety and the ambient was good too. Gym probably require a bit of an attention for those who use.

I've been there with my family (4yo kid) for skiing. One of the best hotels I've ever been to. Staff is super friendly, food is Michelin-star quality. Unforgettable experiance !

Simply amazing. Charming place, structure with attention to detail, friendly and helpful staff. The cuisine is excellent. Last year we stayed there for 3 days and this year we will return for a week.

Wonderful hotel, very well managed. Exceptionally kind, attentive, well trained staff. The lake suites are fantastic, spacious, beautifully furnished, perfectly soundproofed and 100% privacy guaranteed. The restaurant offers an exquisite menu, nothing to envy. Very good!

We had our best time at Hotel Tanzer. The hotel is brand new, with a delightful spa you can relax in with Jacuzzi, sauna, and a relaxing garden. The rooms are big with comfortable bedding. And above all the food is incredible with many ingredients from the local garden. Superb breakfast and the team is incredibly welcoming. We would come back anytime!

Clean in the pleasant atmosphere of the South Tyrolean Alps, modern but respectful on three sides, it offers innovative cuisine from 0 km products. Satisfactory wine list, marked by the excellent quality of the territory, with some French and Italian high quality. A little fairy tale for life.

It was wonderful, the food was just a dream. As a wine lover, you are in a wine paradise here, but the beer is also very tasty. Great hospitality and a very nice family of hoteliers.

We spent 4 nights in this very nice hotel. For the second year we were guests at the Grunbacher pension in an apartment for 5 people (2 adults in a double room and 3 children accommodated in 3 comfortable sofa beds in the very spacious room): the apartment was spacious and clean and for us the best was that there was a bathtub, a panacea when returning from excursions to take a nice warm bath. Friendly and helpful owners. Quiet location, close...

We had a great time in the suite and one other person in a single with the recommendation that there are no stairs. And we were satisfied. Great dinners, decent breakfast. Only note: insert the dispensers for bath foam / age shampoo. The owner is very kind and always available. Advisable.

Very cosy apartment , and super nice host . They accept dogs , which is very important to us since we travel with our pet . We even got a homebaked apple strudel which was very good 😍 Location good , 10 mins to Kronplatz , 3 mins to center Falzes where you can find closest ATM , supermarcet , caffe bar , bakery .. Highly reccomend !

Brand new residence, well furnished and well equipped, connected to the Kristal hotel where you can enjoy free swimming pool and spa. A perfect vacation 👍

For the price that you pay, you get a good deal at this place! Although 'Chalet Kristall' is somewhat outdated, the rooms are very clean and the garden and pool are beautiful and well-maintained. The host and hostess were very friendly and nice, they even brought some home-made pancakes to our room! Also extra towels for the swimming pool were brought to the room. The breakfast was of good variety...

Best place to stay in Issengo, very friendly owners, large and spacious rooms all the necessary what you need with your for a nice ski holliday, very economic prices not far with the car from the ski paradise Kronplatz, free skibus .A place to stay 👍👌❤

Apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchenette, 2 bathrooms, living room, terrace for outdoor dining, swimming pool, playground, excellent breakfast, very kind staff, paths for walking very close, very large spa with no use of swimwear as usual only here in south tyrol

Excellent structure, quite spacious and comfortable apartment, in my opinion for those looking for apartments in the Brunico area in this place you will find everything you need. The owners are nice and helpful, we enjoyed it very much, I would stay there again in the future.

We stayed a week in the apartment and we were very happy. Functional and well-cleaned apartment, with 2 large terraces with a beautiful view of the mountains. Beautiful swimming pool with whirlpool and wellness area (2 saunas, Turkish bath and various showers). We also tried the treatments and we were very happy (foot reflexology and back massage). We had a great stay at Winkler's and it has to be said that overall the price/performance ratio was right. The breakfast was very good and the lady who ran the breakfast room was very welcoming and open to extra requests. If you want to book a room here, I recommend a room with a view of the valley, as the other rooms facing the street have a rather unsightly view.

I stayed here as a guest for 1 week. Everything fit, very nice and clean apartment. Also the breakfast great. Any time.

Mid-July '22. Stayed here for 7 nights. Friendly and hospitable reception by host. Clean, everything looks new, equipped with almost all comforts such as dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Indoor balcony where you can sit comfortably. Plenty of room for the two of us. Despite the fact that the location is close to a main road, with the door to the balcony closed, you hear almost nothing...

The apartment is very nice. Recently renovated. Downside: the shower has no closing door ... practically every time you use it you flood the bathroom! Sin. I would recommend doing something ... I dare not imagine the discomfort in winter. The apartment I stayed in is the one with the garden, very nice..but the front door is too close to the reception, so if you talk loud, everyone can hear you. Finally...
