Very very nice staff.. My baby and me were welcomed with a smile and a warm welcome. Staff always at hand to help in any need or to guide in which ever way needed. Hotel is nice, staff speak three languages and all very fluent.. Rooms are simple but have most of what you need..otherwise ask the staff and they will help.. Nice playing room for children.. nice bar with a wooden fire place.. Enough parking...

We booked one of their apartments for a family vacation. The apartment is lovely and well organized, gives you privacy and a lot of space to hang around while enjoying all the services of the hotel. The wonderful spa, the great restaurant and more. We'll definitely go back for our next sky trip!

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. It is very comfortable and elegant. The room was fitting perfectly all our needs. We ate very well at the restaurant and the staff was always very helpful even with our very young daughter. We loved the activities organised with a local guide and the bike service. Nice hotel but you would not expect in 3*s hotel water in the shower on a button which stops after half of minute for saving water. Little bit anoying.

Great place, close to everything. Ski Resort is also close, they have transfer service for Kromplatz. Spa is just 50 meters from the hotel. Food is TOP. Staff and owners are perfect. Want to come back here soon.

Very good hotel with great kitchen

Third visit to Bruneck. This hotel wins our hearts every time! The warm, friendly service and a welcome like we are old friends. At every turn they go above and beyond to take care of their guests. And with each visit we are more and more impressed.

What a great hotel! The hotel itself is really nice and new. It offers all the stuff you need for a nice stay in northern Italy. The highlight is the international cuisine and the very nice staff. I highly recommend the bar! There's a huge variation of drinks, alcoholic as well as non-alcoholic. Give this hotel a try, you won't regret it.

Very clean place, staff are great food great..there are a couple bars on site for a nice drink and relax. Ski right from the hotel. Only complaint is that they allow smoking in the bar with live Music so we could not go because of the second hand smoke. I wish smokers would just take it outside so everyone could enjoy the music and the bar.

People smoke on balconies and all smoke goes in. The entire room smells like a smoking room. Other than that the hotel is fine. Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly and always ready to help.

Location: GREAT!!! perfect in every season. If you go for a winter vacation is next to Plan de Corones. It you go in summer is not far away for differents towns such as Brunico, San Candido, Bressanone. There are lot of different activities and pathway that start from Riscone and near by. The Hotel is very clean and the rooms have a good size. If you are lucky you could have a room with Plan the corones...

Perfect stay, everything was perfect.

Great affordable hotel with friendly staff at walking distance of the Kronplatz base station. We have a vegetarian in our group and at our request the staff prepared vegetarian dishes every day - something that can sometimes be difficult in the Italian alps.

Good service. If you ask to have a faster meal they will do it without a problem. Food is average but ok enough.

Based on a regular 3 star this is by far the best place we have stayed. The family is extremely welcoming and the best part of the day is dinner (beside Kronplatz). The food is always excellent. We also like the sauna and silent room.

Delicious food served at the restaurant! The spa is completely new and very quiet, with Finnish sauna steam bath and infrared sauna. Really close to the railway station for train hoppers

Interesting hotel near Brunico. There is a confectionery supermarket and other shops nearby in a quiet location. An excellent base for summer excursions. Very clean professional and friendly staff. Very nice large open area for children. Dinner is not the best. Don't expect spectacular effects, but a very solid hotel that is worth every euro spent. It all started a few months ago, me and other girls had to organize a bachelorette party for my best friend (who is getting married on Saturday), we agreed that Brunico would help a girl who came from Germany. In fact, everything is perfect. Welcome and great accessibility. Dogs are welcome. Free program of events for every taste from Monday to Friday, free of charge. 4 course dinner plus starter buffet. Everything is good and beautiful. They were able to accommodate my food intolerances. Super pools and good spa.

Charming hotel. Very friendly staff at front desk. Delicious breakfast. Simple, heritage hotel in a nice location. Restaurats and shops along the same street. Room is simple but comfortable. I have good memories of my stay at Hotel Krone: It is a family-run hotel. The boss is always available. I arrived before check-in. That was no problem. Beautifully located in the very old town, 400m from a public/ski bus stop. The town is simply gorgeous, especially the old town, nearby the skislopes. The rooms are ok, but most of them require renovation. The hotel is based in the medieval building. Food is good.

Splendid structure and strategically positioned for numerous different excursions. Impeccable cleanliness of the rooms and all environments as well as the staff always very kind and available for questions and advice. If you want to visit the Val Pusteria it is undoubtedly the perfect place. Absolutely recommended and well deserved 5 stars.

My stay at this hotel was amazing. We come to ski opening and chose this hotel to stay because is very near ski tracks ( 50 m) The manager of hotel Verena and staff are so inviting and professional. It is also very close to the K1 restaurant and nightclub. Really good place to stay in Riscone. It is not far away from cable car station but still to far for walk to it.

Really the perfect place for your holiday. Place furnished with attention to detail. Maximum clean. Wellness and breakfast included. Comfortable beds. A varied breakfast, everyone really chooses. You can see the Kronplatz ski area from the room, yet a quiet and peaceful place. Bolzano distance 50km. We'll be back soon. Excellent, we will not go elsewhere in this area.

Quaint hotel waking distance from Kronplatz. Walls are a bit thin, so if you're neighbors enjoyed too much apres ski you could be in for a rough night.

Residence in an excellent location, quiet area but close to the facilities. Well-stocked apartment, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Good value for money.

Perfect location for a ski holiday with family and friends. Loving hosts and very well-kept accommodation. We felt completely comfortable. The apartments are a bit outdated, but that doesn't mean you have to deduct any stars. We will definitely come back and can only recommend the farm!

The residence has everything you need. We spent a nice 3 nights in this house. The apartments are large enough, they have a lot of equipment. The exterior is beautiful. You have a pool, jacuzzi, a bunch of sunbeds and games for the kids. You are directly on the Kronplatz ski area. You have 3 km to Bruneck, I recommend a car.

Apartments for all needs, well maintained and complete with everything you need. Directly on the ski slopes for maximum convenience, you leave the house and 50m away is the Riscone ski lift station for Plan de Corones. Iacuzzi and small Spa available. The managers are always very kind and helpful.

Very clean rooms. Sauna - reservations by the hour. Jacuzzi outside available all the time. A big plus for the location - from the slope you can ski to the apartment itself. Nice owner.
