Very very nice staff.. My baby and me were welcomed with a smile and a warm welcome. Staff always at hand to help in any need or to guide in which ever way needed. Hotel is nice, staff speak three languages and all very fluent.. Rooms are simple but have most of what you need..otherwise ask the staff and they will help.. We booked one of their apartments for a family vacation. The apartment is lovely and well organized, gives you privacy and a lot of space to hang around while enjoying all the services of the hotel. The wonderful spa, the great restaurant and more. We'll definitely go back for our next sky trip!

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. It is very comfortable and elegant. The room was fitting perfectly all our needs. We ate very well at the restaurant and the staff was always very helpful even with our very young daughter. We loved the activities organised with a local guide and the bike service. Nice hotel but you would not expect in 3*s hotel water in the shower on a button which stops after half of minute for saving water. Little bit anoying.

Great place, close to everything. Ski Resort is also close, they have transfer service for Kromplatz. Spa is just 50 meters from the hotel. Food is TOP. Staff and owners are perfect. Want to come back here soon.

Third visit to Bruneck. This hotel wins our hearts every time! The warm, friendly service and a welcome like we are old friends. At every turn they go above and beyond to take care of their guests. And with each visit we are more and more impressed.

What a great hotel! The hotel itself is really nice and new. It offers all the stuff you need for a nice stay in northern Italy. The highlight is the international cuisine and the very nice staff. I highly recommend the bar! There's a huge variation of drinks, alcoholic as well as non-alcoholic. Give this hotel a try, you won't regret it.

Nice stay. Hotel was excellent and breakfast was very good. Enjoyed the pool, sauna and had a massage while there. Close to the gondola for a spectacular view of the region.

Beautifully decorated. Close to major city but not walking distance. Loved our room with both tub and shower and balcony. No airco. Pool was wonderful.

Quite good food but price / performance ratio didn't meet my expectations for an upper class restaurant. Also, it was a pity that service was obviously overloaded and therefore not very attentive. When we entered we were not welcomed and had to search for the actual restaurant and met a bit with "nose-up" attitude

I don't give many places a 5 star rating, but this hotel deserves 5 Stars. The food is wonderful, the service is very good and the facilities are lovely. The indoor simming pool is fantastic. I travel to Bruneck several times a year and stay here every chance I get. If you are in the area I would recommend you do the same!

Great location, very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast in the morning with a great selection of sweets, yogurt, fruits, cold cuts, pastry and cheeses. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Bathroom are nice, a bit small but efficient. The room was really quite. The hotel is walking distance from many restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. There is a complimentary shuttle bus to the nearby sky slopes.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Good starting point for exploring the area, located in the centre of the Bruneck. Underground parking available. The breakfast was particularly good.

Nice hotel, 5 minutes by walk to the center of Brunico. 2 minutes by walk to the train stop. Connected in few minutes to ski places by train or bus. Rooms are cleaned and warm. We had delicious dinner in the hotel's restaurant. It's a bit expensive.

A lovely place with superb rooms and service! The staff are all incredibly friendly and can help you in Italian, German, English, and perhaps even other languages. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Perfect location for visiting the town and getting to the slopes. Staff is attentive and accomodating especially for dietary restrictions. Comfortable, new and clean rooms. Shame there is no internal pool.

This is a beautiful, friendly hotel and extremely reasonable. They looked after me very well when I had to fly to Italy last minute to look after my husband in the nearby hospital, allowing me to extend my stay day by day, and offering me a triple room at a single rate. The breakfasts were a buffet style continental breakfast, featuring fresh bread, homemade jams and preserves, croissants, cheese...

Very clean place, staff are great food great..there are a couple bars on site for a nice drink and relax. Ski right from the hotel. Only complaint is that they allow smoking in the bar with live Music so we could not go because of the second hand smoke. I wish smokers would just take it outside so everyone could enjoy the music and the bar.

People smoke on balconies and all smoke goes in. The entire room smells like a smoking room. Other than that the hotel is fine. Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly and always ready to help.

Location: GREAT!!! perfect in every season. If you go for a winter vacation is next to Plan de Corones. It you go in summer is not far away for differents towns such as Brunico, San Candido, Bressanone. There are lot of different activities and pathway that start from Riscone and near by. The Hotel is very clean and the rooms have a good size. If you are lucky you could have a room with Plan the corones...

Great affordable hotel with friendly staff at walking distance of the Kronplatz base station. We have a vegetarian in our group and at our request the staff prepared vegetarian dishes every day - something that can sometimes be difficult in the Italian alps.

Staff, Reception and TOP permanence. Modern and at the same time warm and welcoming rooms, designed and furnished with taste and in line with the style of the place. Splendid structure and strategically positioned for numerous different excursions. Impeccable cleanliness of the rooms and all environments as well as the staff always very kind and available for questions and advice. If you want to visit the Val Pusteria it is undoubtedly the perfect place. Absolutely recommended and well deserved 5 stars.

Based on a regular 3 star this is by far the best place we have stayed. The family is extremely welcoming and the best part of the day is dinner (beside Kronplatz). The food is always excellent. We also like the sauna and silent room.

Stayed by accident for a night, and decided to add another day/night because it's great! Perfect breakfast! Nice spacious rooms (in the new building) with modern interior and design elements taken from climbing. A very nice pool, with cozy relax areas. It's also possible to book a private sauna/jacuzzi! Great hotel. We start from the room, we got a double, very large, clean, very comfortable bed and large bathroom. Friendly staff, all very helpful and professional. The thing that surprised me the most, however, was the food. Of great quality!!! Very good dinner they come in against you for various needs and breakfast of 100 and praise. Recommend the hotel to everyone. Rooms are big and attractive with there own balcony, with views to the mountains. Breakfast was pretty normal for a hotel of this standard. Evening meal was four course and varied. Hotels bar is a very comfortable and enjoyable place to have a drink. If you fancy trying a different place to drink the piano bar next door is worth a try. Really good place to stay in Riscone. It is not far away from cable car station but still to far for walk to it.

Really the perfect place for your holiday. Place furnished with attention to detail. Maximum clean. Wellness and breakfast included. Comfortable beds. A varied breakfast, everyone really chooses. You can see the Kronplatz ski area from the room, yet a quiet and peaceful place. Bolzano distance 50km. We'll be back soon. Excellent, we will not go elsewhere in this area.

Quaint hotel waking distance from Kronplatz. Walls are a bit thin, so if you're neighbors enjoyed too much apres ski you could be in for a rough night.

we stayed for 4 nights and it was the best decision. breakfast was enormous (different kind cereals, fresh fruit, cold press juices, different kind of bread, salami, cheese, a lot of sweets..) the room was spacious, big bathroom, everything clean. very nice spa area. deffinitely worth visit.

Nice hotel with excellent facilities. Friendly staff in the beautiful and quiet village Riscone. We felt very welcome and enjoyed the drinks in the bar and the food in the restaurant on the other side of the street (Restaurant Rischon).

It's 23:30 Jul. 24 now and the bar on 1F of this B&B allow noisy (drunk?) people stay in the outdoor terrace of the bar. Their noise affected the whole hotel. Probably even affected the hotel across the street. Please manage these bar customers inside the bar. Otherwise guests cannot get good sleep.

Oof. No air con, limited WiFi. Lots of bugs in the eve so it’s tricky to open the doors to the lovely balconies. But the staff is great and accommodating, and the breakfast is solid.

Newly build hotel with the original part of the property refurbished and with style integrated in to the new complex offering all the facilities one can expect. This is a family run hotel and we felt like guests in their family. Lovely breakfast, which must suit all the expectation, is superb starter for the day.

Interesting hotel near Brunico. There is a confectionery supermarket and other shops nearby in a quiet location. An excellent base for summer excursions. Very clean professional and friendly staff. It all started a few months ago, me and other girls had to organize a bachelorette party for my best friend (who is getting married on Saturday), we agreed that Brunico would help a girl who came from Germany. In fact, everything is perfect. Welcome and great accessibility. Dogs are welcome. Free program of events for every taste from Monday to Friday, free of charge. 4 course dinner plus starter buffet. Everything is good and beautiful. They were able to accommodate my food intolerances. Super pools and good spa.

Unfortunately, today our short vacation is over. We had a great time. The room was comfortable and very clean. Excellent and plentiful food. The staff is very polite and helpful. We were also very pleased with the massages at the spa. Even the little ones will find places to have fun in this hotel (both indoors and outdoors).
