The resort was very close to the ski area and it had a beautiful mountain view. The staff was very kind and resourceful, and the spa area was very clean. Amazing place with an awesome spa (primarily why we booked it after our skiing trip). The decor and rooms are very nice, the only thing I didnt like were super soft pillows (almost non existent when sleeping). Mostly elder guests but thats normal considering the price of stay. Overall loved the vibe, the food and the spa!

One of my best stays ever so far. A very beautiful Hotel in South Tirol, Reischach in the near of Bruneck. The dinner and the breakfast was incredibly good. Rooms are big with a welcome gift, backpack, water and snacks. The SPA and pool is also very nice to relax. I am really looking forward to stay again there.

Very very nice staff.. My baby and me were welcomed with a smile and a warm welcome. Staff always at hand to help in any need or to guide in which ever way needed. Hotel is nice, staff speak three languages and all very fluent.. Rooms are simple but have most of what you need..otherwise ask the staff and they will help.. Nice playing room for children.. nice bar with a wooden fire place.. Enough parking...

We booked one of their apartments for a family vacation. The apartment is lovely and well organized, gives you privacy and a lot of space to hang around while enjoying all the services of the hotel. The wonderful spa, the great restaurant and more. We'll definitely go back for our next sky trip!

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. It is very comfortable and elegant. The room was fitting perfectly all our needs. We ate very well at the restaurant and the staff was always very helpful even with our very young daughter. We loved the activities organised with a local guide and the bike service. Overall a wonderful holiday!

Nice hotel but you would not expect in 3*s hotel water in the shower on a button which stops after half of minute for saving water. Little bit anoying.

Great place, close to everything. Ski Resort is also close, they have transfer service for Kromplatz. Spa is just 50 meters from the hotel. Food is TOP. Staff and owners are perfect. Want to come back here soon.

Very good hotel with great kitchen

Third visit to Bruneck. This hotel wins our hearts every time! The warm, friendly service and a welcome like we are old friends. At every turn they go above and beyond to take care of their guests. And with each visit we are more and more impressed.

What a great hotel! The hotel itself is really nice and new. It offers all the stuff you need for a nice stay in northern Italy. The highlight is the international cuisine and the very nice staff. I highly recommend the bar! There's a huge variation of drinks, alcoholic as well as non-alcoholic. Give this hotel a try, you won't regret it.

Exceptional hosts who really were so focused on making our stay a special one. Everyone from the owner family to the associates has been kind and friendly and always ready to help. We definitely consider going back.

Staff, Reception and TOP permanence. Modern and at the same time warm and welcoming rooms, designed and furnished with taste and in line with the style of the place. Soft, fluffy bathrobes and towels. Very comfortable beds. SUPER breakfast !! The cuisine in the restaurant is also top. I rarely write comments, but this time I do it very willingly.

Splendid structure and strategically positioned for numerous different excursions. Impeccable cleanliness of the rooms and all environments as well as the staff always very kind and available for questions and advice. If you want to visit the Val Pusteria it is undoubtedly the perfect place. Absolutely recommended and well deserved 5 stars.

My stay at this hotel was amazing. We come to ski opening and chose this hotel to stay because is very near ski tracks ( 50 m) The manager of hotel Verena and staff are so inviting and professional. It is also very close to the K1 restaurant and nightclub. The hotel also have beautiful wellnes and nice breakfast.I had an amazing weekend and I would recommend this place to anyone who is interested!...

We enjoyed our stay very much - comfort, cleanliness, location, half board, pool, wellness. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially I would like to say hello to the waitress Veronika, who does her job exceptionally well.

Quite good food but price / performance ratio didn't meet my expectations for an upper class restaurant. Also, it was a pity that service was obviously overloaded and therefore not very attentive. When we entered we were not welcomed and had to search for the actual restaurant and met a bit with "nose-up" attitude

I don't give many places a 5 star rating, but this hotel deserves 5 Stars. The food is wonderful, the service is very good and the facilities are lovely. The indoor simming pool is fantastic. I travel to Bruneck several times a year and stay here every chance I get. If you are in the area I would recommend you do the same!

Location: GREAT!!! perfect in every season. If you go for a winter vacation is next to Plan de Corones. It you go in summer is not far away for differents towns such as Brunico, San Candido, Bressanone. There are lot of different activities and pathway that start from Riscone and near by. The Hotel is very clean and the rooms have a good size. If you are lucky you could have a room with Plan the corones...

Perfect stay, everything was perfect.

Great affordable hotel with friendly staff at walking distance of the Kronplatz base station. We have a vegetarian in our group and at our request the staff prepared vegetarian dishes every day - something that can sometimes be difficult in the Italian alps.

Good service. If you ask to have a faster meal they will do it without a problem. Food is average but ok enough.

Great location, very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast in the morning with a great selection of sweets, yogurt, fruits, cold cuts, pastry and cheeses. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Bathroom are nice, a bit small but efficient. The room was really quite. The hotel is walking distance from many restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. There is a complimentary shuttle bus to the nearby sky slopes.

Very clean place, staff are great food great..there are a couple bars on site for a nice drink and relax. Ski right from the hotel. Only complaint is that they allow smoking in the bar with live Music so we could not go because of the second hand smoke. I wish smokers would just take it outside so everyone could enjoy the music and the bar.

People smoke on balconies and all smoke goes in. The entire room smells like a smoking room. Other than that the hotel is fine. Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly and always ready to help.

Based on a regular 3 star this is by far the best place we have stayed. The family is extremely welcoming and the best part of the day is dinner (beside Kronplatz). The food is always excellent. We also like the sauna and silent room.

Delicious food served at the restaurant! The spa is completely new and very quiet, with Finnish sauna steam bath and infrared sauna. Really close to the railway station for train hoppers

Nice hotel, 5 minutes by walk to the center of Brunico. 2 minutes by walk to the train stop. Connected in few minutes to ski places by train or bus. Rooms are cleaned and warm. We had delicious dinner in the hotel's restaurant. It's a bit expensive.

A lovely place with superb rooms and service! The staff are all incredibly friendly and can help you in Italian, German, English, and perhaps even other languages. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Perfect location for visiting the town and getting to the slopes. Staff is attentive and accomodating especially for dietary restrictions. Comfortable, new and clean rooms. Shame there is no internal pool.

Really good place to stay in Riscone. It is not far away from cable car station but still to far for walk to it.

Really the perfect place for your holiday. Place furnished with attention to detail. Maximum clean. Wellness and breakfast included. Comfortable beds. A varied breakfast, everyone really chooses. You can see the Kronplatz ski area from the room, yet a quiet and peaceful place. Bolzano distance 50km. We'll be back soon. Excellent, we will not go elsewhere in this area.

Quaint hotel waking distance from Kronplatz. Walls are a bit thin, so if you're neighbors enjoyed too much apres ski you could be in for a rough night.

Perfect location for a ski holiday with family and friends. Loving hosts and very well-kept accommodation. We felt completely comfortable. The apartments are a bit outdated, but that doesn't mean you have to deduct any stars. We will definitely come back and can only recommend the farm!

The residence has everything you need. We spent a nice 3 nights in this house. The apartments are large enough, they have a lot of equipment. The exterior is beautiful. You have a pool, jacuzzi, a bunch of sunbeds and games for the kids. You are directly on the Kronplatz ski area. You have 3 km to Bruneck, I recommend a car.

Apartments for all needs, well maintained and complete with everything you need. Directly on the ski slopes for maximum convenience, you leave the house and 50m away is the Riscone ski lift station for Plan de Corones. Iacuzzi and small Spa available. The managers are always very kind and helpful.

Very clean rooms. Sauna - reservations by the hour. Jacuzzi outside available all the time. A big plus for the location - from the slope you can ski to the apartment itself. Nice owner.

We spent a wonderful time there. Very good apartments, clean and quite well equipped, very close to lifts (actually you can ski directly to the hotel). There is a ski room, parking, heated, sauna, jacuzzi and gym included in the price. The road is not steep so you can easily get there by car even if it's snowing a lot. we stayed for 4 nights and it was the best decision. breakfast was enormous (different kind cereals, fresh fruit, cold press juices, different kind of bread, salami, cheese, a lot of sweets..) the room was spacious, big bathroom, everything clean. very nice spa area. deffinitely worth visit.

Great family hotel with exceptional quality and warmth , always happy to be there

It's 23:30 Jul. 24 now and the bar on 1F of this B&B allow noisy (drunk?) people stay in the outdoor terrace of the bar. Their noise affected the whole hotel. Probably even affected the hotel across the street. Please manage these bar customers inside the bar. Otherwise guests cannot get good sleep.

Hotel was a nice discovery, the rooms were beautiful, large and clean, equipped with all comforts and all new with a small terrace ... excellent service ... genuine food .... very kind owners and always at customer service. Highly recommended

I happened upon Akelei hotel by chance. I chose it because I wanted to go to Val Pusteria and Brunico. This hotel is located in Reischach above brunik, a delightful village, small but very well kept, the real Tyrolean village! The hotel is nice, very clean, nice comfortable rooms with a terrace overlooking the bucolic landscape and its mountains, small bathroom, but very clean and with towels changed...

A 5 star hotel. Its great location, right in the heart of Brunneck, will make you feel very local. There is not need for a wake up call or alarm clock setup, the bells of the church will do their job! The service is fantastic, very nice people that'll make you feel at home. When having breakfast you'll see that everyone has their room numbers on the tables. Everyday they change and clean your room...

Stunning location, incredible views from the balcony of our room at the front of the hotel. Friendly helpful staff, excellent English spoken making up for my terrible German language skills. Excellent meals, fixed menu evening meal (SUPERB!) and a brilliant selection for breakfast.

When we first arrived we were welcomed by friendly staff. Tomorrow morning and every other one we had a tasty and diverse breakfast. The hotel also has a small spa for your pleasure. It has a ski depot and transfer to the ski cable car in the morning. The rooms are very cosy and warm... if you ever come here DO NOT miss the dinner, it is delicious and it is different every night. We are coming next...
