We had a really nice stay first week of June 2025. Everybody in the Hotel is very friendly and they all try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Nice hotel, 5 minutes by walk to the center of Brunico. 2 minutes by walk to the train stop. Connected in few minutes to ski places by train or bus. Rooms are cleaned and warm. We had delicious dinner in the hotel's restaurant. It's a bit expensive.

A lovely place with superb rooms and service! The staff are all incredibly friendly and can help you in Italian, German, English, and perhaps even other languages. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Perfect location for visiting the town and getting to the slopes. Staff is attentive and accomodating especially for dietary restrictions. Comfortable, new and clean rooms. Shame there is no internal pool.

Very good hotel with great kitchen

Third visit to Bruneck. This hotel wins our hearts every time! The warm, friendly service and a welcome like we are old friends. At every turn they go above and beyond to take care of their guests. And with each visit we are more and more impressed.

We spent our second holiday here, this time in the summer. Both stays were great, we love this hotel. Its location is great for summer hiking and skiing. It is perfectly equipped, indoor pool with saunas, and outdoor heated pool in the summer with perfect facilities. The food is absolutely fantastic and the very pleasant and professional staff ensure a perfect experience.

We stayed in the room appearing in photo 37. We were four people and they made two single beds from the little couch where my granddaughter and I slept. Bathroom was big and nice and the room gave privacy to everyone. Their restaurant is good and everyone try to speak English. We checked out very early and they prepared four bags of breakfast. When we first arrived we were welcomed by friendly staff. Tomorrow morning and every other one we had a tasty and diverse breakfast. The hotel also has a small spa for your pleasure. It has a ski depot and transfer to the ski cable car in the morning. The rooms are very cosy and warm... if you ever come here DO NOT miss the dinner, it is delicious and it is different every night. We have been coming to Kronplatz for 20 year and stayed in numerous hotels and is this is by far the best yet. The position is perfect just by the main lifts. The rooms were clean and very spacious. Very clean place, staff are great food great..there are a couple bars on site for a nice drink and relax. Ski right from the hotel. Only complaint is that they allow smoking in the bar with live Music so we could not go because of the second hand smoke. I wish smokers would just take it outside so everyone could enjoy the music and the bar.

People smoke on balconies and all smoke goes in. The entire room smells like a smoking room. Other than that the hotel is fine. Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly and always ready to help.
