Hotel Maremola in Pietra Ligure

We only stayed one night, minimal room, bed however completely broken, bathroom complete with everything even if the shower had a curtain that didn't reach the floor and therefore using it flooded the bathroom. Window not at all soundproof and being in the center a bit chaotic. From 8 onwards there is a coming and going of people going to have breakfast and unfortunately a lot of noise. The cleaning ladies, even though check out was at 10, kept trying to open the door from 9. All in all, good.

I stayed a few days in this property with my family, the strong points are certainly the seafront location with direct access to the beach, the proximity to the center and
The car park directly under the hotel (although a little dilapidated).
I confirm that there is no air conditioning in the rooms but only in the dining room but it is rarely used.
So having said that the rooms are very hot and being located on the main road they are also a little noisy. I would like to confirm the very significant presence of mosquitoes in the room and the side rooms are very hot there is not a breath of air. On the other hand, those facing the sea are cooler.
The food is good but a little repetitive.
To conclude, bad value for money in my opinion, they could offer more for what they charge.
It's a shame because the structure also has really important potential but is not exploited.
P.s. I give 3 stars because my room was changed after I pointed out that it was impossible to sleep due to the heat
