An island of cleanliness and calm in a town that is neither. Truly one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in and the staff is excellent both in the hotel and at the bagni, across the street. The hotel's location near the beach made it the perfect choice for a seaside getaway. The stunning sea views from our room were a highlight of our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the Grand Hotel - thanks to the lovely employees and the nice hotel with different pool areas, modern interior and great sea view - we decided to extend 2 nights more as planned ! We really can say it is the best hotel in the area and for everyone who like to enjoy and have a friendly atmosphere!

Great location. We have a room at the front and on the end with a wrap around balcony. Definitely the room to go for if you have a choice. Food good and staff very attentive. Don't worry about the proximity of the railway line not that many trains go passed.

Nice location - close to the beaches, restaurants etc, but quiet enough at night. The room was moderate, but very clean with all necessary things and clean aromatic linen. The staff was very friendly. There is pool and underground parking available.

Stayed for a week, the structure is kept tidy and clean. The apartment is a little dated, but clean. Sheets, bathroom and kitchen linen are provided. They accepted us last minute which saved us and welcomed us so kindly we were super happy to find such a hospitality jem. The room was clean, well kept and even had air conditioning... This was a too loud to leave on while we slept but still helped cool the room before going to bed. Only bad experience was one of the owners (partner) that made a fuss when I asked to keep a bottle of water in the fridge...

We went back for the second year after having already enjoyed it the first time; This time we were 3 couples and Giovanni, the owner, reserved us a very comfortable apartment with sea view at a very affordable price. Needless to say, we will be back as soon as possible.

Beautiful residence, large and recently modernized apartments, cool and quiet area, very pleasant swimming pool, convenient parking. But above all the price is really super, as well as the exquisite hospitality that has been reserved for us. Highly recommended!

Wonderful hotel within walking distance of the beach. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean and of average size. The breakfast is amazing. Try to get a room with a view onto the ocean because it is a beautiful view indeed.

The hotel is located a few meters from the sea and the station. The rooms are small, despite having a Deluxe room, but they are well-kept, clean and comfortable. The hotel is well kept and clean. The swimming pool is convenient when the sea is rough ... In our room there was no refrigerator so the bottles of water bought in any case at the hotel bar had no possibility of being consumed cold or fresh ... as after a few hours they were already at room temperature. We spent very nice holidays in the Residence Oleandro. Mariangela is a lovely host. She always looked after us. The clean and well equipped apartment with balcony was quiet und we had ocean view from the bath room. A supermarket is in walking distance. Highly recommended 👍

Hotel a little old but clean, friendly and helpful staff, medium-sized room with basic comforts and a little outdated but the balcony overlooking the sea compensates for the (albeit minimal) shortcomings. Excellent last minute solution. Booking made on and booking at 35 euros per night. Hotel in an excellent position about 200 meters from the sea. Room with internal bathroom always clean, TV and Wi-Fi .. There was a balcony and a drying rack. It would have been the top for someone like me who uses the room for a shower and some relaxation. We have very nice summer holiday time in Borgo degli Ulivi Resort. Lot of space especially for families. Hotel is located few minutes walk to the beach. Tasty food and pizza for every recommendation. :)

It's got a great pool (although this flamingo inflatable was deemed 'too big'). The restaurant and bar prices are pretty good. Its only a 15min walk to the center of town. We have been here twice and will probably come again.

Cosy and friendy place, near the down town and beautiful beaches. The apartments are beautifuly remodeled. The pizza at the restaurant are pretty good, much better than the averagequality of the town and also the prices are really interesting.
