Hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. Typical Italian style breakfast was good.

They accepted us last minute which saved us and welcomed us so kindly we were super happy to find such a hospitality jem. The room was clean, well kept and even had air conditioning... This was a too loud to leave on while we slept but still helped cool the room before going to bed. Only bad experience was one of the owners (partner) that made a fuss when I asked to keep a bottle of water in the fridge...

Wonderful hotel within walking distance of the beach. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean and of average size. The breakfast is amazing. Try to get a room with a view onto the ocean because it is a beautiful view indeed.

The hotel is located a few meters from the sea and the station. The rooms are small, despite having a Deluxe room, but they are well-kept, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good and quite varied. The only flaw is the staff, sometimes very helpful, sometimes unprofessional. Overall it was a good stay.

Hotel a little old but clean, friendly and helpful staff, medium-sized room with basic comforts and a little outdated but the balcony overlooking the sea compensates for the (albeit minimal) shortcomings. Low cost, appropriate to the place. The sea and excellent restaurants within walking distance. Recommended for short stays or for those who do not have great demands.

Excellent last minute solution. Booking made on and booking at 35 euros per night. Hotel in an excellent position about 200 meters from the sea. Room with internal bathroom always clean, TV and Wi-Fi .. There was a balcony and a drying rack. It would have been the top for someone like me who uses the room for a shower and some relaxation. Helpful and friendly staff. Fairly stocked breakfast. Car parking at a reasonable cost. The highlight is the beach in front of it. The rooms - like the vast majority of mid-range hotels in Italy - are still in the 90s.

We stayed 4 days. Hotel in an excellent position: in front of the beaches and a few minutes from the center. Comfortable structure and excellent cleanliness of both the rooms and the common areas. Very courteous and helpful owners. We will definitely be back!

We went back for the second year after having already enjoyed it the first time; This time we were 3 couples and Giovanni, the owner, reserved us a very comfortable apartment with sea view at a very affordable price. Needless to say, we will be back as soon as possible.

Great place to stay in Pietra Ligure. The apartments are well equipped, spacious and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and the views from our balcony were great. The owner was super helpful and maintained excellent communication during (and before) our stay. Would strongly recommend.

We spent very nice holidays in the Residence Oleandro. Mariangela is a lovely host. She always looked after us. The clean and well equipped apartment with balcony was quiet und we had ocean view from the bath room. A supermarket is in walking distance. Highly recommended 👍

We had a wonderful family holiday here; the apartment was spacious and immaculately clean, with comfortable beds and a simple but well equipped kitchen area. Our balcony was large with plenty of room to eat outdoors and a lovely view stretching up the hill and to the mountains beyond. We had a fantastic 5 day break. Marieangela and her husband were great hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Upon arrival we were offered a bigger apartment, which was immaculate and appropriately equipped for the number of guests. It's an Apartment with a living room, open kitchen in it, a comfortable bedroom and a Toilette with a Bathtub. They left just one Toilet Paper Roll and Bath Towel. In the kitchen there was only some utensils. One must buy dish washing liquid and everything. Costed € 1180.- for 3 Persons for 7 days. No Taxi service if you reach Pietra Ligure Railway Station if you reach there late Night. Receptionist...

The place is a little dated from the outside, but the apartment is very well kept, clean and with all the comforts for a stay longer than one night.

We have very nice summer holiday time in Borgo degli Ulivi Resort. Lot of space especially for families. Hotel is located few minutes walk to the beach. Tasty food and pizza for every recommendation. :)

It's got a great pool (although this flamingo inflatable was deemed 'too big'). The restaurant and bar prices are pretty good. Its only a 15min walk to the center of town. We have been here twice and will probably come again.

It's so beautiful! Everything is even prettier than in the pictures, very newly renovated, clean pool, such a lovely area around the pool, great rooftop terrace, friendly staff, tasty fresh coffee. It's also so close to the beach and a pretty old town. I can highly recommend this accommodation! I love it here!

Too expensive for what you get. The appartment was quite small and everything has become a bit old. There was a cleaning fee in the end that we were not aware of. However staff is super friendly and helpful and they have a nice coffee bar and pool to hang out. There is also a bike room with basic tools and a bike washing site outside.

AMAZING. This has become a regular trip for us now to Pietra Ligure for the mountain biking and the beach. The Ligure Residence is exceptional for the price, it's super close to the beach, shops and restaurants, the pool is incredible on a hot day and the bike room is super handy and has everything you need. Jack and his family are incredibly helpful, we absolutely love staying here every year.

Fun! Great location and great staff. The folks running the joint here earned the 5 stars. I wish there was more communication in regards to renovation though, but that's probably my fault because my Italian sucks. They banged away the bottom floor for nearly a month! Then, our fellow guests were forced into a crowded top floor which was very noisy - no sleep... ugh I can only hope that these renovations...

The only place to consider staying if you are a mountain biker coming to visit finale. Jack and the team are amazing at making sure you are all set to ride. They do shuttles, guiding, amazing coffee, they have a bike room, wash station and even a pump track. 10/10 can’t wait to come back
