I'm biased because Barbara and Alessio are two great friends who I've known for centuries. Their B&B is delightful, they are very nice and you feel good with them. In fact they have regular guests that they host every year. So go easy and show them my partisan review.

Room is correct but parking lot is a disaster An entrance parking lot is locked with a 3 m chain because 50/50 that belongs to neighbors and owners and to get to the parking lot I have to The footpath with my vehicles drive down to the parking lot between wall and fence 1....m wide I thought I had to buy a new car
A place that is hard to get to, there are winding roads here. The whole house in the old style with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and additional room. Great view of the area and a nice place to stop on the way. All houses built on different levels, to which you have to enter countless steps. The charm of bygone times and the atmosphere of a romantic novel.
The house is very welcoming and very clean. The owner is very nice and helpful. In addition, various food products are available to customers for breakfast.
Very comfortable it has everything you need to cook, and be comfortable. Beautiful garden and view. If you go on foot, it was very difficult for us to coincide with the bus, so you have to climb more than 300 steps, I don't know how many streets ufff you have to be in very good physical condition. But going by vehicle or adjusting to the bus schedules, everything is fine. The other detail is the bathroom...
Very pretty house with a garden overlooking the sea in Pieve Alta. Very quiet place where you find peace and silence and you can enjoy the view of the sea from the moment you wake up. Very nice and kind mistress. There have already come twice and definitely come back.

* This review specifies a trip I took over 10 years ago * Villa with a crazy view, the rooms are clean and spacious with low comfortable beds. A medium sized inflatable pool was installed in the garden below. Perhaps the only problem with this magnificent place is that there is no road (not the fault of the villa of course) but only a walking path and in case of heavy luggage it could be a problem...
Excellent welcome, help to park, to carry luggage, explains the operation of the apartment very well, nice and polite, speaks French very well. The view is superb at 180 ° on the sea. Terrace with orange tree and garden, both with chairs and tables. Super clean, good bedding. Very close to the station so convenient, but no train noise at night. This accommodation is however reserved for able-bodied...
The host Fillipo was very friendly and received us in person upon arrival. Also "la mama" is a true italian warmhearted woman. Few reasons why I only give 4/5 stars: - our appartment (the one on the ground floor with terrace and big garden facing town) is equipped with the basics only. The bathroom is very small (a bit too small for a 2m man - for a family with kids the place is not ideal walking...
Great place to stay together, clean and comfortable place. Stunning view of the bay. Very friendly and hospitable staff.
Villa Solaria was a fantastic place to stay on the Riviera de Levante. It was our first visit to this region, and perhaps not our last. As Americans it was a pleasure to feel immersed in local culture by staying in a small town along the coast with an authentic feel. From what we could tell all the people frequenting the beaches were from Italy, nearby. The town was a refreshing bohemian mix of...

The hotel was along the main road, and so it was easy to find. It's about a ten-minute walk from the town center. We were quite lucky that there was a spot in the hotel parking area. The hotel staff were quite helpful and accommodating.
The place is easy to find and provides parking as well as reasonable accomodation (talking about family room here which was ok, but not great). There is nothing wrong with the place, but also nothing great. :)
