Hotel more than disappointing everything is abandoned and very dirty magnificent position what a waste how can we make positive comments shameful it is with the truth that things are going in the right direction too expensive and to be avoided

Weekend daydreams. Purtroppo le uniche note positive sono la vista mare e la gentilezza del personale. Per il resto tanta disorganizzazione, forse per carenza di personale e difficoltà varie, lunghe attese, scarsa qualità dei cibi e servizio piuttosto scadente (bottiglie di acqua riciclate con ancora la colla dell'etichetta originale, benissimo il riutilizzo ma suggerirei di curare di più la presentazione) Pietanze senza infamia ne lode, vino di scarsa qualità. Colazione ricca, varia ma diversi prodotti industriali e poco freschi, l'impressione era che fossero aperti da giorni. Rapporto qualità/prezzo a nostro avviso squilibrato. Andrebbe completamente rivista l'organizzazione.

Incredible view, but dissatisfied with service and bed
The room was large and with one of the most incredible views of the Med that you will ever have from a hotel room - but I was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service at the hotel, and with the bed. The bed was so uncomfortable I could hardly sleep, and then to add insult to injury the people staying in the room across the hall from ours brought dogs with them. The dogs were noisy the night we checked in, to which the owner told my friend, "Just be quiet when you're walking in the hallway". The next morning around 6:45 the dogs started barking their heads off and wouldn't stop for about an hour. I finally called down to the front desk to complain and ask if there was anything they could do about it - they said the owners would be up soon. As a result we couldn't sleep in on our one morning that we didn't have to wake up early (let's not forget too that this is a hotel, somewhere people generally like to sleep in late and relax). When we complained at the front desk, the woman at the counter said "sorry" and then handed me my bill. She was very unsympathetic and didn't offer us any compensation for our troubles.

When I called a few days later to speak to the manager, the receptionist wouldn't allow me to talk to him, said they would offer me a free dinner or a partial discount the next time I stay there - and said to send an e-mail. I did so. That was around three weeks ago and I still haven't heard from them. I hope this review gets their attention. The breakfast was edible, and the dinner we had at their restaurant was very so-so. As I said, the hospitality was below average, the bed very uncomfortable and the food unappealing. The only thing that makes this hotel "poor" and not "terrible" in my opinion, is the view. It's stunning.
