Accoglienza approssimativa!! 1 ora per fare un ceck-in ,dopo ricerche effettuate da me non risultava il bonifico di acconto!!! Cucina all'ora di cena un vero disastro!!! Mancanza di personale !!! Tempi di attesa lunghissimi! Il cibo scadente !!! La colazione se ci si trova entro le 8 del mattino i dolci e torte ci sono, ma alle 8.45 restano solo dolci e merendine confezionate!!! Il servizio spiaggia ( ombrellone +lettini) Si paga !!! Il parcheggio si paga ogni singola cosa si paga !!!Senza dire al cliente, anzi!!! La responsabile scorbutico pensa solo a fare cassa!!! Un comportamento così in Toscana mai,mai avuto!!! Non tornerò mai più!!!

Soggiornato per una notte con gruppo amici tour in moto...fine aprile...dopo Pasqua..condizioni pietose di tutto lo stabile.. muffa nelle camere...rubinetti dei sanitari pieni di calcare... cena e colazione affidate a due stagiste senza esperienza ed un solo povero cuoco... lunghe attese anche se albergo vuoto...pesce non fresco...titolari saccenti. Poteva essere carino x l estate ma subito scartato.

Accoglienza ottima, massima attenzione ai clienti e alle loro necessità (spesso prima ancora di doverle chiedere), ambiente familiare che ti fa sentire coccolato Vista mozzafiato, location super e staff super competente e professionale

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti con il trattamento di mezza pensione tramite un voucher. Stanze comode e pulite con vista mare, così come la terrazza del ristorante dove la cucina è ottima, soprattuttole pietanze a base di pesce. Una bellissima caletta attrezzata a disposizione degli ospiti dell'hotel. Nonostante la bassa stagione il personale è stato professionale e gentile, con una spiccata disponibilità.

Una vista sul mare incredibile, peccato che non possa godere di molti servizi, potrebbe essere inserito in riviste internazionali per lo scenario che offre e per la simpatica rifinitura delle stanze. Adatto alle piccole famiglie e magari come punto di partenza per piacevoli escursioni

La struttura ha molto potenziale, una vista meravigliosa sull'isola d'Elba, ampi spazi comuni, servizio di pulizia camere impeccabile, le portate di cibo sono adeguate ma manca l'attenzione nei dettagli, arredamento demodè, il personale gentile ma professionalmente improvvisato.

Ringrazio l'Hotel Esperia per il buon umore, bella vista, colazione deliziosa, camera pulita; le ragazze che hanno pulito la nostra camera hanno fatto un buon lavoro, colte, bravi! Verremo all'Hotel Esperia la prossima volta. Ringrazio Eliza per il buon personale della reception e delle pulizie.

Ho pernotatto una notte nel mese di luglio. La camera era totalmente inadeguata e non sicura per la tariffa pagata, dalla pulizia approssimativa, per non dire fatiscente. Ho segnalato lo stato della camera alla reception al momento dell'arrivo mostrando delle foto e nessuno ha neanche finto di voler provvedere al disagio. Nei giorni successivi ho inviato diverse comunicazioni tramite mail, chiedendo chiarimenti su quanto segnalato e attivando una contestazione: mai ricevuto risposta, e rimbalzata continuamente anche in modo piuttosto insolente telefonicamente.

Weekend daydreams. Purtroppo le uniche note positive sono la vista mare e la gentilezza del personale. Per il resto tanta disorganizzazione, forse per carenza di personale e difficoltà varie, lunghe attese, scarsa qualità dei cibi e servizio piuttosto scadente (bottiglie di acqua riciclate con ancora la colla dell'etichetta originale, benissimo il riutilizzo ma suggerirei di curare di più la presentazione) Pietanze senza infamia ne lode, vino di scarsa qualità. Colazione ricca, varia ma diversi prodotti industriali e poco freschi, l'impressione era che fossero aperti da giorni. Rapporto qualità/prezzo a nostro avviso squilibrato. Andrebbe completamente rivista l'organizzazione.
