One of the best staffs..they are really kind. Ok to sleep, rooms are big enough, AC is working really bad, 20inch TV with no other than coaks connection(it has HDMI port), small fridge does not work. Everything is a bit outdated. Food can be really bad with no taste..everyyhing is watery or.. can be really tasty but not for like 5 stars...good choice if you have to stay in for a night or two because...

Staff was very nice but like a few of the cheaper hotels we’ve visited in Italy, the AC barely works. The way they explained to me was that there’s one air conditioning unit for the entire hotel and every room is the same temperature. So it doesn’t matter if switch rooms AC doesn’t work well anywhere in the entire hotel. If I had to guess it was about 75-77 degrees.

Central location. A few steps from the center and the station. Ideal as a stop before leaving for the island of Elba. Very kind (in particular Mrs. Barbara) and available to provide information.

We loved staying at the hotel. The staff were friendly and obliging. Although we don't speak Italian, the owners went out of the way to be helpful. Even phoning an English speaking son to assist. It was very clean, comfortable and in a great position. We really loved Piombino.

This is a lovely hotel in piombino city centre - 1 min to the sea promenade and the fortress! The hotel has very little and narrow parking spots around - but it's plenty of larger car parking in Piombino centre - you just need to walk 5/10 mins

I was stranded here in this town due to mechanical issues. This little hotel gave me the chance to gather my thoughts make plans to get back to Scotland. Quiet, super clean, so quintessentially Italian. The staff were lovely , breakfast was very Italian cold cuts and cakes and lots of good coffee. The host was so friendly and so helpful. I will make a point of returning to this hotel.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the Albergo, it was nicer than we expected and the location was perfect, just minutes' walk up from the beach and restaurants, bars etc. Service was fine, the room AC was a godsend, and we could park our car onsite. Solid recommendation for the Albergo.

The hotel is located one hundred meters from the pier where the ferry from Piombino docks. The room we were given was large enough with a large wardrobe, fridge and TV. There is no air conditioner but the room is equipped with a ceiling fan which, at least in this period, was more than enough to not make us suffer from the heat. The hotel location is excellent, being on the sea front but the rooms are away from noisy traffic. Housekeeping is of a high standard. Breakfast is provided in a bright airy room or on a veranda. There is no bar or restaurant. Rooms are simple and adequate. There is a fan but the fridge is not good.

We stayed at the property in June 2022. We confirm everything that previous travelers have said: the place is nice and quiet, practically on the sea, the rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. The staff is very kind and welcoming, the abundant and varied breakfasts (sweet and savory for all tastes) We recommend it to everyone. We will definitely stay there again if we stay on the island again.

We stayed a week, in a distinctly fake superior. Bathroom with persistent smell of cigarettes, bed (two singles pushed together) beautifully broken, sheets stained and never changed, never a sweep, even a full mirror and a basket would be missing. Well-stocked buffet breakfasts with really efficient and friendly staff. Ample parking, near the town center and the beaches.

We were on vacation for six days, as a couple, this summer: excellent cleanliness, friendly and always available staff; excellent cuisine and average portions. The quality / price ratio is excellent and even Cavo itself offers delightful tranquility for those looking for it, without giving up karaoke evenings in the clubs that are located a ten minute walk from the hotel. We will be back.

It‘s near the sea. Property is simple but very nice. Breakfast was delicious. The Staff helped with every kind of need and took great care of us.

The service, cleanliness and food are comfortably in line with a 3 star, certainly well above a two star. The pool was fantastic for youngest to biggest kids. There were plenty of sun beds. The supermarket onsite was great. The location - walk to the beach and town was good. Also the complex was huge! The place is awesome, the food was amazing so three stars there... had to remove two stars as we had some issues with some of the staff. My kids won a big bear at the arcade located inside the resort and they guy working wanted it back because he made a mistake, so he offered my daughters 10 euros in exchange of the bear to place back into the machine. We're staying at the hotel part. Asked for electric kettle to make warm milk for my son, after waiting the whole day still nothing after they promised that it'll be sent to our room. The pool area is great for especially younger children. We are never worried and they have a lot of fun. The camping place as everything you need and is too too full. The restaurants are not worth the money but the pizza take away for lunch is ok. Most of the people working here are very nice.

It is a fantastic destination for family holidays with it's 6 swimming pools, adventure park, playground, and all other amenities plus animations, evening live music and what not. Excellent value for money! All very basic, and recently renovated. It is not a hotel or a hotel of course. We used it as a support for one night and nothing was missing. The mattress and the exterior of the residence buildings can be improved.

So, the main room was clean I have no reservations about it, but the bathroom was dirty, there were hairs and as the cherry on top we had a rat or a mouse in that bathroom. It would have been nice if they had at least changed our room or given us some kind of compensation, but none of that happened even when we confronted them with this information

Excellent space available and quality of linen. The kitchenette in the room allows you to prepare meals and breakfasts in absolute privacy. We stayed at the close in the middle week of August, what can I say? The location is an estate surrounded by greenery, the apartments are equipped with every comfort and the furnishings are new. The swimming pool is elegant and spacious. Gigi and Mario are welcoming and close to every need. A car is absolutely necessary to enjoy the holiday. Highly recommended!

We spent our vacation during the off-season in the first two October weeks. I can highly recommend this apartment hotel to families and couples. It is very well located, the beach is very close and clean, the apartments are well equipped, the staff is super friendly and flexible. You even have access to the spa of the hotel next door at discounted price.

This place is for families who love beach holidays. Went Sep and out of season. Nearest town is a mile and a half away from the complex.Bus services stop running at 6pm after that is taxis. But San Vincenza has some lovely bars and restaurants
