It is already the second time that I stayed there, but I will say that I only stay there because of its location, just in front of the leaning tower. It is an old hotel, sloppy and give a feeling of dirt... But of course, if it were modern and clean, surely I could afford to stay there!! Haha this unbeatable location, otherwise... Seems like a hotel of a tarantino movie.

For a short city trip completely sufficient.
The rooms are friendly, but are of a good size with EN-Suite bathrooms. The offered Breakfast is simple but sufficient. Friendly Staff

Great, central location. The building is dated but comfortable, in the media. Only flaw: you can hear noises from the other rooms during the night.

Good hotel of the old style and renovated with a location is excellent 100m from the leaning tower of pisa.

Our room was facing the tower of Pisa, very good location however the rooms are very outdated and the bathrooms are much too small you can't move or ask anything, and the TOILET is stuck to the shower ! but the location is ideal next to the tower

Location is great, however the floor is not that clean.. Ac units makes bad noises. Wifi was broken during our stay. Staff members are cooperative and nice. I do not recommend this hotel for family with small kids. My main problem was the wc, since there was no exhust fan we stopped usi g the wc to avoid smell, for this great location and 3 stars rating i expected more.

We were to visit in Pisa to the tower and stayed at the Hotel Villa Kinzica. From some rooms you can see the tower even.
Free WiFi is not available, however, very quickly. For a Facebook Check but perfectly adequate.
The rooms are friendly, however, we have not expected too much. For the city trip. First of all it has a private bathroom.
The Breakfast is relatively simple but perfectly ok for the price class.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating - really nice!

Perfect location for sightseeing. Good service. Fine art collection on staircases. Room was small but adequate.
