Lovely hotel near The Tower of Pisa. Booked a double room with breakfast for a few days in November. The rooms do need a bit of an update, but still very clean and large. Bathroom was new with walk-in shower, however did flood on the last evening. Staff were very attentive and sorted immediately. The staff was very friendly! Parking was cheap for 10€ a day. The room and bathroom was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good and had a good variety. It is about a 15 min walk to the tower and there's also a bus stop around the corner. We really enjoyed our two night stay.

The room was great, the bed was really big and the pillows were some of the best I've seen in a hotel (I also loved the black out shutters). Breakfast was varied and plentiful. It was very nice to have a coffee order brought to our table. On check out, the man at reception kindly booked us a taxi which was greatly appreciated. Great value, clean, well size and ideally placed hotel. Hotel is opposite the train station and perfectly located to local restaurants and shopping area. Well, these two receptionists were polite people. And breakfast is all right. However, place could be more elite for four stars because it's associative with two by facility and just showerhead in bathroom. I also wasn't glad to see a black long hair under bed's sheet.

An average hotel we took in the center of Pisa to go in the airport in the morning. Not the best of hotels.The room smelled of insecticide pills which are carcinogenic. There was no blanket but a thick couverture.The bathroom and the room was very clean though and the staff were very friendly. A modest hotel near the central train station in a residential section of Pisa. We stayed in a "triple" room that contained a single large bed and a small cot. Neither bed was particularly comfortable and the sheets were not very clean. The location is good, however, and the staff are very nice. They also serve breakfast, but we had pastries and coffee at a nearby cafe.

I purchased a groupon for the restaurant, and after reading some of the reviews I had come to panic. Then we decided to try it and honestly it went well. The room and bathroom was great, we needed more space for clothes, mayby some drawers or a dresser. 5 hangers for two people was not enough. This old hotel kept much of its original charm and atmosphere. The room and bathroom were large. The breakfast has a variety of bread, cakes, juices and fresh fruit. And of course freshly made coffee. The location is close to restaurants and the old city centre and within walking distance to the tower and railway station. I can recommend this place

In 30 years of travelling with accomodation the room and especially the bathroom was shabby . The bathroom was s not fit for purpose . The toiletries were not replaced every day. The room was too green. But the location is perfect largely because the station is 1 min and the center is 5 min and the leaning tower is about 20 min.

This is my third time to stay at this hotel which speaks volumes. Perfect location for exploring Pisa or catching an early morning flight. The rooms are comfortable and have a/c. what to say... hm all really close just couple minutes walk to all Pisa landmarks, 12 min walk to train station and what is really imported 25-30 min walk to Pisa airport!!!! do not need any taxi or bus... just walk... generally all clean not any issues . staff excellent really help full, we arrive after midnight - and that's not problem for them all the time welcome!

Tucked away this family run type of hotel is quiet and very pretty the man on reception made us feel very welcome room's are basic but clean and comfortable. Hard to come to the hotel because the road is broke.the room is good warm and big. The water is also good warm. The people are friendly. In the room, we find spiderweb. The windows are having moist so the ventilation is not good. But the view from the window is nice.

Strong smell of cleaning agent lingering in the room all night… third bed - sofa bed poor condition … didn’t provide drinking water in the room … no kettle provided … no tissue paper in the washroom nor anywhere … but like the solar room and garden .. breakfast is good … staffs are friendly and helpful Suggest management fix the above issue thanks

A really nice little hotel with fantastic staff. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. The staff were absolutely superb and all spoke great English. Only a 15 minute walk from the Tower of Pisa. Only complaint is that it's a very noisy area. Trains go past all night and it sounds like there's a recycling centre nearby, making it difficult to sleep. Would still certainly recommend.

We had a room near to reception, we did not hear any comings or goings. The hotel was not very far from the Central train station but also only a short walk across the bridge to the popular tourist spots. Staying at this hotel for a week with my partner and already one of the better hotels we've stayed at. Very friendly, attentive and helpful personel. After a cat bite we had to go to hospital for a tetanus shot and they did everything to help us. The restaurant is super, especially the prussian beef, 1.4 kg was gone in 2 minutes. When in the neighbourhood, we would stay there again.
