The new management of this hotel is really valid....staff were friendly and the location is great...we tried anke the Spa and we were happy!
I purchased a groupon for the restaurant, and after reading some of the reviews I had come to panic. Then we decided to try it and honestly it went well. The staff is friendly and the service commendable....you are working hard. The food in spite of what the age reported on the opinions was good. For sure nn is a restaurant of a 4 star hotel, but maybe it's better that way.
I'm pleased to be here to enjoy the sorroundings, seemed to forget all problems ,I love this place. .!

I stayed at this hotel on September 14th and accidentally left behind my brand-new bag. After realizing it, I sent an email to inquire about it. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and kind, and they promptly located my bag for me. I am truly grateful to every staff member who communicated with me and assisted in resolving the issue. Their professionalism and kindness made all the difference, and...
This hotel was wonderful for us! I read some reviews talking about a woman at the front desk with glasses who was rude, but I can tell you that Virginia was the picture of kindness and professionalism. Our room was everything we needed. The restaurant was exceptional for every meal and the waitstaff was incredibly accommodating! Shout out to Vincenso who was a wonderful server and conversationalist...
had a great stay! as upon arrival had a very good impression! we arrived late in the evening and when we indicated that we had not eaten yet the staff immediately took action to make a reservation at a restaurant nearby so that we could still eat. the service is great and the staff is interested! for us this is really a 5 star hotel! in particular antonio, jacob, christina and stefan stood out! what...
Excellent breakfast and service. Good rooms. Easy to reach transport. What else can we expect. If you drive then thats 💯
Staying at this hotel for a week with my partner and already one of the better hotels we've stayed at. Very friendly, attentive and helpful personel. After a cat bite we had to go to hospital for a tetanus shot and they did everything to help us. The restaurant is super, especially the prussian beef, 1.4 kg was gone in 2 minutes. When in the neighbourhood, we would stay there again.
Good food, rich breakfast, other food is average

Good location for Pisa International Airport, no atmosphere, no coffee or tea in rooms just a vending machine in reception. The restaurant is small and does not open until 19.30 although the food was very good. No other eateries in,walking distance.
😐 Overrated for a 4-star hotel, but convenient for short stays Hotel Galilei is a practical choice if you need to be close to Pisa Airport and Pisa Centrale train station. However, despite being rated 4 stars, it feels somewhat overrated. The rooms are clean and functional but show signs of wear, and some can be noisy due to poor sound insulation. The location is in an industrial area, which is not...
Nice hotel, good amenities, close to the airport approximately 30 minutes walk from centre of Pisa
Nice hotel. Receptionist was amazing. Very helpful in suggesting restaurants. Bar (tender) was nice as well.. Breakfast was also very good...
The beds were too hard. And the rooms not sound proof. You could hear people coming and going all night. But the staff in the reception was very helpful.
Location: While Hotel Galilei's proximity to the airport and train station is convenient, the fluctuating taxi prices can be a deterrent. We found ourselves paying €16 for a short 5-minute drive to the main station, which was quite disappointing. Room and Facilities: The rooms at Hotel Galilei are spacious, accommodating three guests comfortably. The facilities were generally clean, though not exceptional...

The location of the hotel is in a great place, quiet and you can see the tower in the distance which is about a 15 minute walk away! The reception area and foyer are nice and spotlessly clean. The pool area and garden are great and the staff there were very friendly and attentive! Our room was large and perfectly fine, however there were a couple of electrical sockets not working and the bathroom/...
Hotel and service amazing!!! Beautiful surroundings the pool area was lovely. Restaurant is very reasonably priced and great pasta. Cocktails fab👌🏻The only downside to the trip was given a ground floor disability room which we never asked for ( I feel like this happens a lot these days) and therefore a bathroom that gets soaked just having a normal shower
Good hotel, one big minor was the breakfast, when it’s not even full need to wait very long for a coffee, only one machine operational. For the rest good breakfast and very helpful staff
Great location ampel parking.  One mile walk to leaning tower.
this is such a business type-of- hotel. very much suitable for businessman/woman who wish to stay and make a conference there. + the price was a bit on the competitive side so it’s very nice tbh.
The place was amazing, clean towels, good wifi and comfortable beds.

Pisa, Via Delle Torri, 20 🧭 Map
The room is poorly soundproofed, there are a lot of dust marks on the table, there are a lot of mosquitoes in the lower floors, and the facilities are relatively old. But the service staff is good, and the hotel's hardware facilities can't keep up.
As expected of Mario, it is clean and easy to use, but the location is a bit tricky. It takes quite a while to get to the center of LS. The price is high for that.
Because it was a transit relationship, I only stayed for one night, but there is a small shopping mall near the hotel with a supermarket and a small restaurant, which can meet emergency needs.
Very nice room and service especially the reception desk lady called andrea! And very nice and kind guests!! (From Andrea receptionist)
It is a 10-minute drive from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. There are charging stations in the outdoor parking lot, and the outdoor parking lot is free. There is also a paid underground parking lot. The staff said that the outdoor parking lot is also safe. We added breakfast, 10.5 euros per person, and the various breads and pastries for breakfast are of high quality. Overall, it is suitable for self-driving...
The staff service is very good 👍, the room is clean and tidy, for a solo address more remote, fortunately we drive, there is free parking service. The breakfast food choices are relatively small, but the parma ham is good 😋

We recently stayed here for 5 nights and the overall experience was pleasant. The hotel is located right across from Pisa train station so was perfect considering we had a day trip booked out of Pisa to Venice, didn’t have to walk far at all. Nice police presence outside the station as well who frequent the hotel to use the restroom so felt very safe going outside during the evening. It’s also not...
Upgraded to a suite on 5th floor. It was a 2-story room but stairs going up very rickety. Water pressure for hot water in the shower was terrible. Like a 1 or 2 out of 10. There was also a mechanical noise that sounded every 30 seconds. I told the front desk and they sent someone up right away, which was good. The man heard the sound, never checked the water pressure, and never came back! I told...
I stayed for just one night as I was passing through and prioritised being close to the station. I had read the reviews beforehand, so I had a general idea of what to expect. I stayed in a superior single room. Check-in went smoothly. Once I got to the floor, I noticed the corridors were a bit poorly maintained. The room itself was fine—more in line with a three-star hotel. However, it had several...
Two minute walk from train station - perfect. Staff were friendly, warm and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. Didn’t have breakfast. Loved the welcoming juice and sweetie/savoury snack jars - lovely touch.
Stayed here with my wife and two of our daughters. The room the daughters were in was more modern. The room my wife and I were in was more old-fashioned and a bit less well appointed. Our room had three electrical outlets by the bed, one of which seemed a bit wonky. But we were able to charge our devices. Still the price was considerably cheaper than the hotel we last stayed in in Rome. The NH is literally...
Great value, clean, well size and ideally placed hotel. Hotel is opposite the train station and perfectly located to local restaurants and shopping area. The Piazza del Duomo is a 20-30 minute walk away. The room was of a good size, clean in good order. Breakfast was of a good quality. Bagni di Pisa is truly a place that stays with you. We came as a couple and left feeling completely recharged. The atmosphere is peaceful and elegant, but what makes it special is the people — genuinely kind, attentive, and sincere. It’s one of those rare places that feels both luxurious and personal at the same time.
We stayed at this hotel last winter and really enjoyed the different pools and spas. It is true it is not the most modern hotel sure, but it has its charm I would say. It is like staying at an old palace😊 choice at breakfast was OK, nothing crazy. It needs some work I would say
Got a very bad room on first night But was given better room on next night Very disappointed since I did not get my welcome fruit basket or welcome drink.
I was not a hotel guest but I booked the day spa for the day. The staff are very helpful and friendly. However, as mentioned in other reviews, there needs to be more investment. Specifically, the robes and some of the fixtures around the spa. While using the pools it was clear there were some areas that needed some looking at. Many lamps were out, there were bandaids along the sides of the pools, and...
No issues, staff was awesome, friendly, courteous, food was awesome, plenty to select from. And what can I say about the variety of wine selection, Chianti was great, excellent body, color, hreat aroma.

Awesome hotel with great location. They could earn some extra points by upgrading the breakfast a bit. Overall, super happy

Everything was great, the staff were kind and competent, and the location was convenient. Overall, an excellent choice.
The good thing was that their breakfast was the best I had on my trip to Italy, but what left the deepest impression, and what angered me the most, was that the information provided by the check-in and check-out staff was completely contradictory! A good hotel only 3 minutes from the train station. Rooms were basic but comfortable with kettle & complimentary tea & coffee. Bathroom was spacious With shower over bath & a bidet. Prime location! Right on the river, gorgeous view! Super easy to walk around Pisa. The hotel style is beautiful. We unfortunately had some trouble sleeping because of the bars around but that nothing the hotel can control. The staff was super kind and spoke english very well. Friendly and helpful staff but hotel needs a bit of refurbishing, paint flaking off in room, air conditioner very noise and couldn't sleep
Very friendly and accommodating staff Bathroom are quite simple, but the rooms and the hotel itself has an amazing charm : stairs, decorations, paintings,... Would definitely come back again Excellent value for money at £80/night mid June Great breakfast considering it's included in the room price
A bit worn around the edges, but that only adds to its unique charm. There's something truly special about staying in the same hotel that once hosted so many historical figures and great European writers. The atmosphere is full of character. Well, these two receptionists were polite people. And breakfast is all right. However, place could be more elite for four stars because it's associative with two by facility and just showerhead in bathroom. I also wasn't glad to see a black long hair under bed's sheet.

Me and my partner recently stayed here on a trip to Pisa. The location couldn’t be any more perfect. It’s right next door to the leaning tower and if you want to skip the rush and get pictures it’s great. However, our room had no working air conditioning in 26 degree heat and no windows. It was a decent room. The location was the selling point, less than 5 mins walk to the leaning tower of Pisa, so we reached the tower early and took some pictures without a lot of people around. Wonderful hotel only 2km from the leaning tower. The staff were super friendly and the rooms were really nice and modern also quite spacious. Breakfast spread would also really nice .
Pretty average hotel. Not much else in Pisa other than the tower which is somewhat far from the hotel despite having a nearby buss. There was construction going on outside our room that was loud. There were no restaurants or cafes open when we were there. Felt pretty run down. The hotel was fine. The courtyard was very nice to sit in. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful
I stayed here for one night whilst visiting Pisa. Room was clean and comfortable. Check in process was smooth. Continental breakfast was good.
Nice, central hotel We stayed one night before further into Toscana and the hotel was perfect for that. Clean, super friendly staff, central which made it easy to walk around town and get to the central train station and the room (junior suite) was comfy and with plenty of space for 2 people. We arrived early and they helped us by looking out for our lugage while we walked around the city.
Clean and affordable accommodation with reliable air-conditioning, which was greatly appreciated. The staff were kind, pleasant, and all capable of speaking English which was great. She gostishka claiming to be "luxury", but too old, really. Of course it's not 5 stars.
