The new management of this hotel is really valid....staff were friendly and the location is great...we tried anke the Spa and we were happy!

I purchased a groupon for the restaurant, and after reading some of the reviews I had come to panic. Then we decided to try it and honestly it went well. The staff is friendly and the service commendable....you are working hard. The food in spite of what the age reported on the opinions was good. For sure nn is a restaurant of a 4 star hotel, but maybe it's better that way.

Staying at this hotel for a week with my partner and already one of the better hotels we've stayed at. Very friendly, attentive and helpful personel. After a cat bite we had to go to hospital for a tetanus shot and they did everything to help us. The restaurant is super, especially the prussian beef, 1.4 kg was gone in 2 minutes. When in the neighbourhood, we would stay there again.

this is such a business type-of- hotel. very much suitable for businessman/woman who wish to stay and make a conference there. + the price was a bit on the competitive side so it’s very nice tbh.

The room is poorly soundproofed, there are a lot of dust marks on the table, there are a lot of mosquitoes in the lower floors, and the facilities are relatively old. But the service staff is good, and the hotel's hardware facilities can't keep up.

As expected of Mario, it is clean and easy to use, but the location is a bit tricky. It takes quite a while to get to the center of LS. The price is high for that.

Because it was a transit relationship, I only stayed for one night, but there is a small shopping mall near the hotel with a supermarket and a small restaurant, which can meet emergency needs.

Great value, clean, well size and ideally placed hotel. Hotel is opposite the train station and perfectly located to local restaurants and shopping area. Bagni di Pisa is truly a place that stays with you. We came as a couple and left feeling completely recharged. The atmosphere is peaceful and elegant, but what makes it special is the people — genuinely kind, attentive, and sincere. Prime location! Right on the river, gorgeous view! Super easy to walk around Pisa. The hotel style is beautiful. This hotel was fine for our purpose. We were able to walk from the train station and take a quick cab to the airport the next morning. The area surrounding it was not very nice. Nice, central hotel We stayed one night before further into Toscana and the hotel was perfect for that. Clean, super friendly staff, central which made it easy to walk around town and get to the central train station and the room (junior suite) was comfy and with plenty of space for 2 people. We arrived early and they helped us by looking out for our lugage while we walked around the city.

The wife’s family decided to do an overnight trip to Pisa so we stayed here for one night. The hotel looked like it had been recently refurbished . The rom was nice and larger , much more so then the typical hotel room in Europe. Bathroom was spacious and the shower was large and the water pressure was simply wonderful. Best shower of the trip.

It was very easy to access from the Pisa central station by bus number 5 and the Pisa airport is in walking distance. Room I booked was really comfortable and clean.
