Beautiful historical spa, so well maintained and clean throughout the day! The prices are slightly higher than expected but they often have interesting packages and offers. The staff was kind but not everyone was professional.

We have enjoyed our first 2 days of the stay. The staff has been great and answered all our questions about the area. Their kindness is much appreciated. Grounds are beautiful, and breakfast is a great way to start the day!

The rooms are spacious, but it is disappointing that they do not have a coffee or tea station, which is considered a basic amenity. The hotel's facilities are outdated and overused. The spa's location in two different wings, both of which are old, is not ideal. The operating hours of the spa from 10 AM till 7 PM are also not up to the standards expected of a 5-star hotel. We used “Night at the Spa” package that includes aperitif (finger food and drinks), visit to 5 pools and 2 saunas (dry and steam) , bathrobes, towels and slippers, and background music. You stay here for convenience and closeness to the airport, not for the luxury, amazing views, or amenities offered. Nearby, there is a bar and a grocery store, which is great as rooms have a tiny kitchenette.

Good location near the airport, allows easy access into Pisa. Really friendly staff, giving personal touch to our stay. Limited but good quality breakfast. Very good cappuccino coffee, served with happiness. Rooms neat, tidy and well-equipped. Comfy mattress! Not always the case!

The wife’s family decided to do an overnight trip to Pisa so we stayed here for one night. The hotel looked like it had been recently refurbished . The rom was nice and larger , much more so then the typical hotel room in Europe. Bathroom was spacious and the shower was large and the water pressure was simply wonderful. Best shower of the trip.

Nice hotel, strategically positioned very close to the train station. Rooms are not exceptionally roomy, but clean and modern. Hotel in general is clean and well maintained. Breakfast is varied and abundant. Staff is in general cordial and helpful.

Room not big but enough for a family of 3. Room is clean and got all the basic need. The bed is comfortable, and if you like quiet environment this hotel is strongly recommended, 10 min drive from the Pisa tower.

The walls in this hotel are very thin, if you have loud neighbors then you will be unlucky. The staff is friendly and the breakfast was fine. WiFi works well and the hotel is located in a quiet area of the city.

One of the best PISA experiences in ITALIA was this hosting! Attentive and we were going to leave very early and the night before they booked and handed us breakfast so we wouldn't travel hungry, you guys were sensational!

Walking distance from airport with a good balcony and large airy rooms. Good breakfast and good staff. Three floors of steps are a bit much and the walking distance to the centre of town is a long way.

As a group of 2 couples, we booked this b&b last minute as our late flight from Pisa airport was cancelled. It's location is great for the airport, just a 5 minute walk up the road. we were greated by 4 flights of stairs to walk up with 5 heavy bags and no lift. It was a really clean and nice place. Very friendly staff and in walking distance from Pisa Airport. I was a bit disappointed that there was no elevator at the building. We had to carry all of our luggages up to the 4th floor.

Nice but small rooms. Service is great. Front desk spoke English very well. We showed up before check in and they allowed us to leave our bags. The do require that you leave your room key with the front desk when you leave the building. Not sure if that is a French thing, but it seemed odd. Overall a great experience.

It is beside the botanical gardens and very close to the leaning tower of pisa. The room is comfy and very clean. It was good value too.

Great location. Rooms are clean, basic but ok. Sound isolation is the only thing that is bad at the hotel. You can hear everything from the street and even other rooms.

Renovation needed. Destination is great if you have an early flight from the Pisa airport and it’s close to the Pisa Tower. Walls are. Bit thin so I could hear my neighbor snoring.

This is a good place to stay, especially if you're travelling by car as it's very close to the motorway exit. If you're arriving by air or rail a private transfer is mandatory as there are any direct connection to/from airport and rail station by public transport system. The room was great, the bed was really big and the pillows were some of the best I've seen in a hotel (I also loved the black out shutters). Breakfast was varied and plentiful. We ere there during the first week of May this year. This is an extremely good quality hotel. Perfect for Pisa Rossore train station but good luck with the ticket machines. Very happy with our choice of this hotel. Close to the main attraction (tower and cathederal etc) also close to Pisa Rossore train station. Staff were very good. Stayed one night at the end of our trip. Staff were very helpful in booking us a taxi to the airport and arranging a breakfast for us as we left early, before breakfast hours. Room was comfortable and the food in the bar was tasty.

The only things preventing a full 5 stars was the bathroom, and specifically the shower, which took some getting used to. The a/c in the room also didn't work so well. The water temps were not consistent, and figuring out the shower door was tricky. Otherwise, a beautiful room and wonderfully helpful staff. Great location, and incredible breakfast included.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Our room was huge and beautiful, and it's only a few minutes walk to the heart of Pisa. The provided breakfast was good with lots of options. I had two issues: 1) the water never got hot, or even warm. We had a big Jacuzzi tub and it didn't do us much good. 2) the walls are very thin, so it's easy to hear other guests moving around even in the early hours.

We stayed here for 2 nights! Nice friendly accommodating staff. Our bathroom door had a big chunk out of the door, clearly hadn't been fixed. Main reception area is lovely but I feel there is a lot needing done to the rooms, upstairs etc. Quite run down in the hallways etc.

Staying at this hotel for a week with my partner and already one of the better hotels we've stayed at. Very friendly, attentive and helpful personel. After a cat bite we had to go to hospital for a tetanus shot and they did everything to help us. The restaurant is super, especially the prussian beef, 1.4 kg was gone in 2 minutes. When in the neighbourhood, we would stay there again.

An average hotel we took in the center of Pisa to go in the airport in the morning. Not the best of hotels.The room smelled of insecticide pills which are carcinogenic. There was no blanket but a thick couverture.The bathroom and the room was very clean though and the staff were very friendly. A modest hotel near the central train station in a residential section of Pisa. We stayed in a "triple" room that contained a single large bed and a small cot. Neither bed was particularly comfortable and the sheets were not very clean. The location is good, however, and the staff are very nice. They also serve breakfast, but we had pastries and coffee at a nearby cafe.

Enjoyed our stay here. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We were given a free room upgrade which was a lovely surprise. The hotel was spotlessly clean apart from some grubby marks on our headboard. The bathroom was modern, well equipped and clean. The buffet breakfast was simple but excellent quality. A bit expensive for the quality. It's 40min walk from the leaning tower of Pisa and doesn't have a gym. Decent big rooms but not a 4 star hotel. I would not pay close to 100€ for this. The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. You can put your bags for free near the reception area. Not many things to do around. I won't recommend but give it a try and make your judgement!

It's a lovely hotel, a short taxi ride from the airport. The rooms are large, the beds are very comfortable, and the breakfast is plentiful.
