B&B Hotel Pisa
Pisa, Via Scornigiana 1 🧭 Map
Nice room, wide with tiles instead of carpets. Not satisfied with bath tub instead of shower. The flap glasses could not protect the floor against water. Breakfast might be improved. Receptionists are kind and helpful.
I enjoyed the wide room and the view from the 4th floor, air conditioning and floor tiles instead of carpet, large TV set. Guys at the reception are very friendly and helpful. No 5 stars because of the bathroom. I could not appreciate the bath tub instead of a real shower. The glass doors could not avoid water falling almost directly on the floor. Otherwise price is attractive.
I stayed here 2 days, most hotels in the area struggle to meet the needs of English speaking people but this was not the case. Francesca was super welcoming and friendly; she made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. She recommended fun things to do and good food! She is awesome! Ask for her! The hotel was clean and I will stay here again
The hotel is located about 10-15 minutes by car from the old city center, somewhere at the outskirts of Pisa. The room was clean and nice, comfortable bed, good linen. It was very quiet, no noise was heard from outside. The staff is helpful and accomodating. WiFi in the room and lobby worked perfectly.
I like the location of the Hotel with a very friendly staff, the Hotel look pretty new and our room was very clean and big nice beds, they provide us with very important information regarding the surrondings and even recomend what to do
We have stayed in B&B hotels all over France during the last 15 years and this was our first time in using one in Italy. The whole experience was excellent. The hotel is modern, clean and feels quite luxurious. Our room with 4 beds was fantastic - very clean, modern and spacious. We had a balcony with a lovely view too! In every other B&B we have used, the floor is always carpeted with rather nasty...

Beautiful historical spa, so well maintained and clean throughout the day! The prices are slightly higher than expected but they often have interesting packages and offers. The staff was kind but not everyone was professional.
We have enjoyed our first 2 days of the stay. The staff has been great and answered all our questions about the area. Their kindness is much appreciated. Grounds are beautiful, and breakfast is a great way to start the day!
The rooms are spacious, but it is disappointing that they do not have a coffee or tea station, which is considered a basic amenity. The hotel's facilities are outdated and overused. The spa's location in two different wings, both of which are old, is not ideal. The operating hours of the spa from 10 AM till 7 PM are also not up to the standards expected of a 5-star hotel. On a positive note, the staff...
Old and dated hotel. No where near a 5 star. The spa is also old and dated with basic pools. Sauna was very good though. Steam room smelled of sewage.
We used “Night at the Spa” package that includes aperitif (finger food and drinks), visit to 5 pools and 2 saunas (dry and steam) , bathrobes, towels and slippers, and background music. They oversold the entry passes it seemed as the place was crowded as sardines! There was no place to change, not enough lockers, i had to change in the toilet and jam my things into a small 30x30 locker in the corridor...
This hotel was out this world. The staff were amazing and very attentive. Simone in the bar was amazing as were the rest. The staff have excellent English. You can tell why this is a 5 star hotel. The room we had was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed. Apart from there being no coffee or tea facilities ( not the end of the world. It is just something we are used to). Stayed here with my wife and two of our daughters. The room the daughters were in was more modern. The room my wife and I were in was more old-fashioned and a bit less well appointed. Our room had three electrical outlets by the bed, one of which seemed a bit wonky. But we were able to charge our devices. Still the price was considerably cheaper than the hotel we last stayed in in Rome. The NH is literally...
Great value, clean, well size and ideally placed hotel. Hotel is opposite the train station and perfectly located to local restaurants and shopping area. The Piazza del Duomo is a 20-30 minute walk away. The room was of a good size, clean in good order. Breakfast was of a good quality. It was great place to stay with excellent access to all things needed.
Great location right next to the central station. We were able to check in early because our room was already ready, which was really nice. Room was okay, more or less what you'd expect from an NH hotel.
We found the room very small, however, it was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a problem with the glass wardrobe door coming off the runner which could have been very dangerous but no apology was offered. It appears that the hotel does not have any English speaking TV channels. Reception and restaurant staff were really nice and very helpful. We had a nice treat for our anniversary...
Location, location and location 👍 Fantastic for proximity to train station in Pisa central station. Simply cross the road and you are at the station. It’s away from super busy area of city which makes it perfect if you want to use public transport or have your own car. They provide shampoo, shower gel & lotion generously. Their hair conditioner is not good. Their hair dryer is good. Their pillow is firm & nice. Lobby has drinks, food & wine 🍷 & alcohol, it’s convenient if you are hungry at night & want to grab a bite within hotel. Shower with warm water is good also. Hotel is clean. Great location near the Tower of Pisa. The staff was super friendly and very nice. The bar and restaurant have a great selection of food and drinks. There is a bus stop nearby as well.
Lovely hotel near The Tower of Pisa. Booked a double room with breakfast for a few days in November. The rooms do need a bit of an update, but still very clean and large. Bathroom was new with walk-in shower, however did flood on the last evening. Staff were very attentive and sorted immediately. Hotel is 2 mins from local train station but about 20 mins walk from Pisa Centrale. I don't think there...
The staff was very friendly! Parking was cheap for 10€ a day. The room and bathroom was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good and had a good variety. It is about a 15 min walk to the tower and there's also a bus stop around the corner. We really enjoyed our two night stay.
The room was great, the bed was really big and the pillows were some of the best I've seen in a hotel (I also loved the black out shutters). Breakfast was varied and plentiful. It was very nice to have a coffee order brought to our table. On check out, the man at reception kindly booked us a taxi which was greatly appreciated. Thank you Grand Hotel Bonanno, we had a lovely time. Philip
Old but nice hotel. Cleaning is good and the rooms are comfy. Short walk to city centrum. Staff is very helpfull and nice. Helped us to find the nicest dinner for the whole vacay.
We ere there during the first week of May this year. This is an extremely good quality hotel. Perfect for Pisa Rossore train station but good luck with the ticket machines. Lovely room, immaculately clean. Wonderful breakfast. Superb restaurant. The staff are very nice, utterly polite and professional. Special thanks to Angelo and for my birthday cake. Lovely, quiet, comfortable hotel in an excellent location. Minutes walk to restaurants and shops and sights. Room is clean. Bathroom has plenty of plush towels, washcloths and hand towels. Excellent WiFi. Ample, delicious breakfast with many choices and to-order espresso coffee. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend.
Incredibly lovely staff. Hotel is also very nice but the staff makes you want to come back. Lovely breakfast, starting at 7 am but they let you doggy bag if you have a flight. Safe street, as a solo woman I did not feel any uneasiness. 12 euros to the airport (0.80 euros per bag). Excellent location. My AC was not working great, it wasn't hot the day I was there but could be a problem when it is.
Hotel is located 10 minutes from train station and 10 minutes away from the tower.it is not a 5 star hotel. It is quaint.its clean and quiet. Great ac,and room is adequate. Bed is hard though.terrific free breakfast. Free ride to the airport, if you've booked through their website. We would stay here again.
Fantastic hotel. Stayed 1 night before we were flying home. Flight was at 6am which meant we would miss breakfast, but the hotel offered to make us up a takeaway breakfast to pick up at reception on our way out. Also helped to book taxi to the airport. Great service and great location. Very central but also on a nice quiet street. Would definitely stay again
Stayed one night at the end of our trip. Staff were very helpful in booking us a taxi to the airport and arranging a breakfast for us as we left early, before breakfast hours. Room was comfortable and the food in the bar was tasty.

The wife’s family decided to do an overnight trip to Pisa so we stayed here for one night. The hotel looked like it had been recently refurbished . The rom was nice and larger , much more so then the typical hotel room in Europe. Bathroom was spacious and the shower was large and the water pressure was simply wonderful. Best shower of the trip.
Nice hotel, strategically positioned very close to the train station. Rooms are not exceptionally roomy, but clean and modern. Hotel in general is clean and well maintained. Breakfast is varied and abundant. Staff is in general cordial and helpful.

Great hotel base for our itineraries cycling Venice to Pisa or Pisa to Rome. Friendly helpful staff and lot's of space. 🚴‍♀️🚴🏻🇮🇹
Walkable distance to Pisa tower takes about 15-20 mins to get there. Rooms were big and spacious and were also very tidy. The man on the front desk explained to us what the main sites were, and the breakfast was just excellent 👌, but there were no vegan options and some vegetarian options. Also the pool was fun but the water was a bit dirty other than that it was fun.
Recently visited Hotel Pisa Tower Plaza for 2 nights. Excellent location to visit the tower. About 15 minute walk. Our family room was clean, cool and perfect for us as a family of 4. The addition of the pool is excellent especially in this heat. The staff are friendly and helpful. We read the previous reviews and was apprehensive, but I can't complain. You can clearly see it was a 5 star, now needs...
We chose the hotel for the pool area which was a really nice place to chill and enjoy the Tuscan sunshine away from the tourist crowds. I wouldn’t say the hotel is 5 ⭐️. Maybe once upon a time as the public areas do look really nice. Our room was big and we had wonderful views of the town centre and tower. I would say for the money we paid it was good value. Pros: large hotel with excellent pool...
Customer service is very bad from the reception. No water at the room, no tea & coffee at the room not even a kettle. When we humbly request the these basic items didn't show much interest. But the room and the bathroom is nice and clean. Service at the restaurant is somewhat satisfactory. After taking 6 rooms this is our honest feedback.
Me and my partner stayed here one night on the first of April which is a holiday in Italy. Our first impression was a very distracted receptionist who gave us wrong information stating the restaurant was open when it was closed. The location for the hotel is good, 15-20 minute walk to the leaning tower of Pisa. The walk passes through a sad, dark, tunnel though. This hotel is five stars, which brought...

This hotel was wonderful for us! I read some reviews talking about a woman at the front desk with glasses who was rude, but I can tell you that Virginia was the picture of kindness and professionalism. Staying at this hotel for a week with my partner and already one of the better hotels we've stayed at. Very friendly, attentive and helpful personel. After a cat bite we had to go to hospital for a tetanus shot and they did everything to help us. The restaurant is super, especially the prussian beef, 1.4 kg was gone in 2 minutes. When in the neighbourhood, we would stay there again.

The room was good! Nice beds, but small shower and not much water pressure. The real problem was the staff at the breakfast. The reception staff for the check-in was nice, polite and really helpful. I recently stayed at this hotel and the location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the Pisa Tower. However, the hotel could use a bit of refreshing since the decor feels stuck in the 70s. The room itself was good, but the breakfast was just average. Overall, a decent stay, but some updates would really enhance the experience.
Fantastic Location. The staff was extraordinary and helpful. We utilized the underground parking for 25 euro and they came and met us in the alley and parked for me. The rooms were comfortable, the bathrooms are nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. We were on the street side and our view took my breath away. Clean, well equipped and ultra convenient. 500 meters to the tower and basilica. Staff very friendly and ready to help. Nice stay with the family in a big room. We’ll repeat, no doubt!

The beds were too hard. And the rooms not sound proof. You could hear people coming and going all night. But the staff in the reception was very helpful.
Renovation needed. Destination is great if you have an early flight from the Pisa airport and it’s close to the Pisa Tower. Walls are. Bit thin so I could hear my neighbor snoring.
Everything was fine. The breakfast is delicious, the staff is friendly. Only the walls are very thin and everything can be heard from the next room.
This is a good place to stay, especially if you're travelling by car as it's very close to the motorway exit. If you're arriving by air or rail a private transfer is mandatory as there are any direct connection to/from airport and rail station by public transport system. Overall considering the hotel looks good, well runned and maintained.
Arrived from Pisa airport at 1am, staff were very welcoming rooms was spacious and modern. Being close to the airport you would think you would hear aircraft noise in your room, you hear nothing. Very quiet. Nice hotel
It's a great location for early morning flights since the hotel is very close to Pisa airport. The location is in an industrial area so there is really nothing to see. But the hotel is nice, clean and the breakfast is over Italian standard.

A bit expensive for the quality. It's 40min walk from the leaning tower of Pisa and doesn't have a gym. Decent big rooms but not a 4 star hotel. I would not pay close to 100€ for this. The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. You can put your bags for free near the reception area. Not many things to do around. I won't recommend but give it a try and make your judgement!
It's a lovely hotel, a short taxi ride from the airport. The rooms are large, the beds are very comfortable, and the breakfast is plentiful. There is a local bus service into the town just outside the hotel, and it runs every 10 to 15 minutes. Pisa has so much to offer over and above the leaning tower, which is stunning. Really nice staff at front desk, housekeeping and restaurant. You're not in the middle of the city but easy to drive there, go by bus or taxi. Hotel has free outdoor parking and nice rooms.
Andrea at reception was very nice, helped accommodate a small concern with our room. Rooms are more spacious than what you typically get an Italy. Don’t recommend coming here without a car, it’s far from everything, and cabs are expensive. Uber is banned in Pisa.
Room was large with a spacious closet, and a shower and bathroom to match. The staff was very friendly and helpful if we needed a taxi into town. We don’t speak Italian and most of the staff and people in the town could speak English which was very good for us! We dont usually stay in mid range hotels but this one was really nice! I would highly recommend this hotel!
Excellent mid range hotel. Easy location to bus, walk to Arno, small mall w. Grocery market next door. The service here is outstanding, and breakfast at €13 is well worth and has everything I needed to fill me for the day. Exceeded my expectations for sure.

Small but clean room in a great location. Convenient location to the Tower, restaurants everywhere, shopping just a 10 minute walk. This hotel made Pisa my favorite city in our trip. Highly recommended.
The best experience in Pisa. You are so close to "Piazza dei Miracoli" and you can see the Pisa Tower from your hotel room. The staff is soo nice to you and I am sure you will have the best days here in Pisaaa!
Great hotel. Great location right. Right beside the leaning tower of Pisa. The staff were very friendly and helpful and answered any questions I had. The rooms were clean and simple. Had everything you may need. If your spending a couple of nights in Pisa look no further than hotel Francesco.
Hotel Francesco is an old hotel in the centre of Pisa. The location is perfect as it's just a couple of minutes away from the leaning tower. The quality of the room is not that hight. The beds were not that comfortable and the water pressure in the shower and the sink was far too low. The service was however very good and they helped us with quite a few things.

Yes the rooms are small, but they are very pleasant. The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming. The courtyard is delightful. It is a very short walk to the tower and other tourist sites. The bathrooms are small but clean. Overall very nice for the price and convenience of the location. We paid for the on site parking which was a plus.
Stayed at Athen for one night in a single room. The room was Ok, double bed, a bit small the bathroom (shower really small) but ok for one person. WiFi good. The weak point is the breakfast, very poor. Good position to walk to the city center, no free parking around the hotel during daytime. No elevator. Crew very helpful! The new management of this hotel is really valid....staff were friendly and the location is great...we tried anke the Spa and we were happy!
I purchased a groupon for the restaurant, and after reading some of the reviews I had come to panic. Then we decided to try it and honestly it went well. The staff is friendly and the service commendable....you are working hard. The food in spite of what the age reported on the opinions was good. For sure nn is a restaurant of a 4 star hotel, but maybe it's better that way.
I'm pleased to be here to enjoy the sorroundings, seemed to forget all problems ,I love this place. .!

Pisa, Via Puccini 24 🧭 Map
Good service, friendly staff. Small room, the shower was way too small to be comfortable. Breakfast was simple, but good. Location is great (20 minutes walk to the Pisa Tower, 2 minutes to the train station). Fine for 2 nights, price was good.
Easy access to/from train station. Nice and clean rooms, however, with too few electrical sockets and rather cramped space in the bathroom. Friendly and helpfully service.
Great location: 3 mn from the train -bus station of Pisa Centrale, 10 mn to the city centre and 20 mn from the leaning tower of Pisa on foot. Decent room: tiny but clean. The double bed was actually two single beds put together and the shower booth a bit too small but, overall good if you are planning to stay out. Wardrobe with personal safe (by code), TV, AC with remote, hairdryer, bidet. New Toilet...
I would certainly reccomend Hotel Touring. Close to train station is very convinient. Clean, cheerful decor, friendly staff and good breakfast.
It's for a 20 minute walk from the center. The rooms are maybe a bit small but okay. The staff is nice and very helpful.
Our 1st time to Italy. The Touring hotel is very close to the train station located in the heart of the city. Breakfast times were 7am to 9.30am. The room was cold as we couldn't set the ac. The hotel is dated but then this is Italy if you are expecting a hotel with style then book elsewhere. Don't knock it for being dated etc when you know what it has to offer. Staff were very friendly and helpful...
