Stayed here with my wife and two of our daughters. The room the daughters were in was more modern. The room my wife and I were in was more old-fashioned and a bit less well appointed. Our room had three electrical outlets by the bed, one of which seemed a bit wonky. But we were able to charge our devices. Great value, clean, well size and ideally placed hotel. Hotel is opposite the train station and perfectly located to local restaurants and shopping area. The Piazza del Duomo is a 20-30 minute walk away. The room was of a good size, clean in good order. Breakfast was of a good quality. It was great place to stay with excellent access to all things needed.

Great location right next to the central station. We were able to check in early because our room was already ready, which was really nice. Room was okay, more or less what you'd expect from an NH hotel.

We found the room very small, however, it was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a problem with the glass wardrobe door coming off the runner which could have been very dangerous but no apology was offered. Well, these two receptionists were polite people. And breakfast is all right. However, place could be more elite for four stars because it's associative with two by facility and just showerhead in bathroom. I also wasn't glad to see a black long hair under bed's sheet.

Beautiful historical spa, so well maintained and clean throughout the day! The prices are slightly higher than expected but they often have interesting packages and offers. The staff was kind but not everyone was professional.

We used “Night at the Spa” package that includes aperitif (finger food and drinks), visit to 5 pools and 2 saunas (dry and steam) , bathrobes, towels and slippers, and background music. The staff was very friendly! Parking was cheap for 10€ a day. The room and bathroom was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good and had a good variety. It is about a 15 min walk to the tower and there's also a bus stop around the corner. We really enjoyed our two night stay.

The room was great, the bed was really big and the pillows were some of the best I've seen in a hotel (I also loved the black out shutters). Breakfast was varied and plentiful. This old hotel kept much of its original charm and atmosphere. The room and bathroom were large. The breakfast has a variety of bread, cakes, juices and fresh fruit. And of course freshly made coffee. The location is close to restaurants and the old city centre and within walking distance to the tower and railway station. I can recommend this place

In 30 years of travelling with accomodation the room and especially the bathroom was shabby . The bathroom was s not fit for purpose . The foyer was charming whilst retaining its authenticity, the test of the hotel requires major upgrading and repairing . The dining area for breakfast had a large sheet pinned to the ceiling !!! An average hotel we took in the center of Pisa to go in the airport in the morning. Not the best of hotels.The room smelled of insecticide pills which are carcinogenic. There was no blanket but a thick couverture.The bathroom and the room was very clean though and the staff were very friendly. It was 5-10 minutes walk from the central train station so location was good.

A modest hotel near the central train station in a residential section of Pisa. We stayed in a "triple" room that contained a single large bed and a small cot. Neither bed was particularly comfortable and the sheets were not very clean. The location is good, however, and the staff are very nice. They also serve breakfast, but we had pastries and coffee at a nearby cafe.

Enjoyed our stay here. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We were given a free room upgrade which was a lovely surprise. It was a decent room. The location was the selling point, less than 5 mins walk to the leaning tower of Pisa, so we reached the tower early and took some pictures without a lot of people around. The hotel is not accessible, you need to climb a flight of stairs and another 2-3 stairs to get to the rooms. The service was good. I purchased a groupon for the restaurant, and after reading some of the reviews I had come to panic. Then we decided to try it and honestly it went well. The staff is friendly and the service commendable....you are working hard. The food in spite of what the age reported on the opinions was good. For sure nn is a restaurant of a 4 star hotel, but maybe it's better that way.

The Leaning Tower of Pisa is a five-minute walk away. The breakfast lady was very friendly and even added latte art to the coffee. The room has two windows and is well ventilated. The bathroom is very warm and the towel rack is heated. Recommended

The toiletries were not replaced every day. The room was too green. But the location is perfect largely because the station is 1 min and the center is 5 min and the leaning tower is about 20 min.

This is my third time to stay at this hotel which speaks volumes. Perfect location for exploring Pisa or catching an early morning flight. The rooms are comfortable and have a/c. what to say... hm all really close just couple minutes walk to all Pisa landmarks, 12 min walk to train station and what is really imported 25-30 min walk to Pisa airport!!!! do not need any taxi or bus... just walk... generally all clean not any issues . staff excellent really help full, we arrive after midnight - and that's not problem for them all the time welcome!

Tucked away this family run type of hotel is quiet and very pretty the man on reception made us feel very welcome room's are basic but clean and comfortable. Hard to come to the hotel because the road is broke.the room is good warm and big. The water is also good warm. The people are friendly. In the room, we find spiderweb. The windows are having moist so the ventilation is not good. But the view from the window is nice.

The hotels was very nice and lovely. The garden with the fountain was beautiful. The room and bathroom was great, we needed more space for clothes, mayby some drawers or a dresser. 5 hangers for two people was not enough. There where some small mistakes with only one coffee for two people one day, the next day only one coffee cup.

Strong smell of cleaning agent lingering in the room all night… third bed - sofa bed poor condition … didn’t provide drinking water in the room … no kettle provided … no tissue paper in the washroom nor anywhere … but like the solar room and garden .. breakfast is good … staffs are friendly and helpful Suggest management fix the above issue thanks

A really nice little hotel with fantastic staff. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. The staff were absolutely superb and all spoke great English. Only a 15 minute walk from the Tower of Pisa. Only complaint is that it's a very noisy area. Trains go past all night and it sounds like there's a recycling centre nearby, making it difficult to sleep. Would still certainly recommend.

We had a room near to reception, we did not hear any comings or goings. The hotel was not very far from the Central train station but also only a short walk across the bridge to the popular tourist spots. The Hotel is old and a little renovated, the beds and the bathroom are fine and the Breakfast is good with plenty of choice. It is located directly in the center and near the train station, from there a Bus to the airport. For one or two nights recommended at the price, otherwise, the direct surroundings and the Hotel for a longer stay is not very appealing.
