Please provide a reasonable explanation as to why my group from Taiwan needs to be seated separately, in another area with screens, far from the ‘local people.’ Additionally, it seems that the variety and types of breakfast are different.
If the explanation is reasonable, I will update the comment.
If not, this arrangement makes me feel uncomfortable.
But the staff in the reception was very helpful.
Room and Facilities: The rooms at Hotel Galilei are spacious, accommodating three guests comfortably. The facilities were generally clean, though not exceptional.
Breakfast: The breakfast buffet offered a limited selection of options, which might not satisfy all tastes.
Service: The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. However, we were disappointed with their response to our complaints about the inconsistent taxi prices from who they order them from. It would have been appreciated if they could have offered more assistance or suggestions for alternative transportation options.
Additional Issues: We also experienced intermittent Wi-Fi connectivity, which was frustrating during our stay.
Overall: While Hotel Galilei offers spacious rooms and a convenient location, the high taxi costs, limited breakfast options, unreliable Wi-Fi, and noise disturbances may detract from the overall experience. Destination is great if you have an early flight from the Pisa airport and it’s close to the Pisa Tower.
