Renovation needed.
Destination is great if you have an early flight from the Pisa airport and it’s close to the Pisa Tower.
Walls are. Bit thin so I could hear my neighbor snoring.

The room looks okay but don't let it fool you. It looks like a run down old hotel to be frank, just maintained enough. The sliding door in the shower, i need to move slowly, otherwise it will break out of the platform. Just don't expect anything fancy. Breakfast spread is also bad, no variety. Fortunately we only stayed for one night.

Parking is spacious, room is also okay, worth the price.
Service is terrible. We booked 2 rooms and we found 1 room's air conditioner is broken. Water keep coming out from the AC and floor was muddy. We complained to the lady in reception then she said no any room available. She has no any intention to help and was so unfriendly. We insist asking to change the room then finally she gave us another room.

No way to give 4 stars to this hotel. We stayed here because of Centuto rentacara, otherwise-would not recomend to anyone for such price

Everything was fine. The breakfast is delicious, the staff is friendly. Only the walls are very thin and everything can be heard from the next room.

This is a good place to stay, especially if you're travelling by car as it's very close to the motorway exit. If you're arriving by air or rail a private transfer is mandatory as there are any direct connection to/from airport and rail station by public transport system. Overall considering the hotel looks good, well runned and maintained.

I travel all around the world first time having a very bad experience stay in Pisa. When eating breakfast we want refill hot water but the staff told us have to charge for 2 euro.. we are client for staying this hotel not suppose face like this 👎

I have never encountered such a bad hotel. The restaurant had to pay for water, and they supervised us during the meal, making us feel like prisoners. Very bad attitude. Speechless

They put discriminatory cards on the table for some clients
Besides, the breakfast area is also separated and they provide limited kinds of foods

Poor treatment at breakfast. Asians are put in a separate room than caucasians, with less kinds of food and facilities. The staff were intently watching us the whole time, one was especially very rude. All the tables have signs saying "NO TAKEAWAYS" and something about paying for water bottle refills.
Room & location was ok, but this definitely shouldn't be a 4 star hotel.
