Great hotel. Well maintained and peaceful. Bed was very comfortable, slept great. Service was excellent, the staff was always willing to help with a cafe open 24 hours. The pool was nice and clean with cushions on the chairs.
The breakfast was also good. They had selection of cakes, mini donuts, cheese, meat, eggs, bacon or sausage, yogurt. For gluten free/vegan options they had a large selection of cut up fruit like melon and pineapple as well as kiwis and peaches. They also had cucumbers and tomatoes.
There was also a selection of tea with honey, ginger and lemon. They offered water infused with fresh lemons and ginger. High class breakfast and hotel.

Very good location - beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. Close to all Costa Smeralda attarctions.

Shocking!!! The hotel was not willing to take into consideration our emergency, death of a close person, and did not refund any of our money nor offer any compensation for the future. Before scheduled arrival we called in panic, saying that we are not able to make it because of our devastating situation. We sent all documents that indicated that we were ready for the trip, such as airplane tickets and ferry tickets and we explained our unfortunate situation. We never asked for a full refund, since we genuinely wanted to visit this place, so we asked them to reschedule our booking for the next season, because we could not make it and they did not let us!! They received the full amount of the booking and we never arrived at the hotel. Avoid this kind od service at all costs!

Spotlessly clean room with comfortable beds , excellent housekeeping. Great breakfast .
There are a number of gorgeous beaches at a few mins drive .We had the convenience of a hire car which personally I feel you do need for exploring restaurants, ports , etc .
An extraordinarily naturaly beautiful area perfect for a peaceful stay.

Honestly, I didn't think I got a good value for my money at this hotel. The room was just ok and for what we paid, I think it should've been better. We had a queen bed (that was quite uncomfortable - the mattress was way too firm) and a good-sized bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink. We also had a small balcony (that didn't have a view of anything). The breakfast was great - a good selection of items (both hot and cold) and we ate right by the pool. As far as location, it was just ok. It was a 15-20 minute walk to get to the beaches we wanted to go to and there weren't really any restaurants for dinner within walking distance, so we had to drive (the front desk gave us some great recommendations). For our family of 4 we got 2 double rooms. I don't think I'd stay here again. I would've enjoyed a more comfortable room that had a better view of the coast. The room was very clean and there was ample parking on site.

I have stayed in this hotel more than 10 times. It's family run and so friendly. It's my go to home! Rooms are clean with nice size shower! Excellent breakfast. Sparkling pool, plenty of parking.Well situated and if you have a car explore the area.

Wonderful wonderful hotel! Spotless room. We stayed in the suite with a little outside area which was useful for drying clothes. The pool was very nice right in the sunshine with sun beds to use, cocktails were really affordable for the area and well made. Breakfast was very good - only thing to say about that is that it’s annoying to not be able to pick anything up yourself at the buffet but this is because of Covid so it’s understandable.
The staff were fantastic. A family run hotel and they really made every effort to accommodate us even when we booked last minute. Cute reception dog too! We will be back for sure - absolutely the perfect location for the Spaggia Principe (a must visit beach) 🔥

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly. It’s close to the beach and easy to get around.

Its well located. Owners and staff very helpful and polite. Clean rooms. Lovely pool and good breakfast. Good value.

It is advertised and priced as a 4 star hotel but it is at most a nice motel or a b&b. There is no restaurant for dinner and the breakfast is only mediocre. The people are nice and there is a gym but that's it. The location is fine if you have car, but without a car you would be stuck.
