Location is beautiful, we had a gorgeous view of the harbour. The room was clean and cutely decorated - although it smelled a little musty. We did have a ground floor room and sleeping was an issue on the last night as they had a party upstairs. After calling the front desk, there was nothing to do, music would be turned off at midnight. Beautiful resort! Staff are amazing! Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Food is fantastic. Rooms are beautiful. One recommendation I made to the hotel as they need irons and ironing boards available for hotel guests. And they need ice machines.

Very pleasant stay, high level staff, varied and abundant breakfast. I must say, some reviews make me smile, especially the lack of iron in the room, ridiculous in a five-star hotel to ask for hostel services (especially in an area where fire prevention laws are very strict). I used the laundry which offers an excellent service.

More and more like a hotel

This hotel has lovely views and a lovely pool. It is close to the marina and Porto Cervo. There are spa services avaliable and a restaurant. The beach Cala Granu at the bottom of the hotels land is lovely. White sand a turquoise water. Definatly worth a visit. I could not get a secure Wi-Fi connection in my room which was a disappointment but I survived on cellular data. I would recommend to family...

Lovely hotel that ouses quality without being uncomfortably so or feeling like a chain. Menus provide different options each night with stylish presentation, although menu translation to English sometimes adrift. Good Aircon in the room. Location is spot on! Lunches by the sea 😌😍 the view is so beautiful I however do agree with some of the comments that it’s not very non-smoker friendly. Perfect for adults but won’t really come back if we’re with kids.

The food at the hotel was the best we’ve ever had and the location simply stunning.

Beautiful hotel and the view is incredible. Level of service did not meet my expectations, you will have to call the staff to bring the menu for you to order food or coffee. The boat tour price was very expensive around 1,300 euros including gasoline for 4 hours only. There were no lights available in the terrace so that was kind of disappointing. Overall, nice hotel for a getaway holiday

The hotel is beautiful but the service is not from a 5* hotel. The staff does not make you feel welcomed, they charge you for everything and pool drinks are far more expensive than costa esmeralda’s prices (and that’s a lot). Overall there is no atmosphere, it felt snobish. Plus we required one service: to book a taxi and they couldnt even do it right.

We had an exceptional stay at the Cervo Hotel. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the port's promenade. We had no parking issues, as the hotel provided complimentary valet service in their private parking area. The staff was naturally friendly, and the concierges were extremely helpful. We stayed at Cervo Hotel for two nights and it was awesome! The private beach was super chill, and the restaurant had some really good food. The people working there were super nice and everything was well-organized. Plus, they sent a birthday cake to my husband, which was a really cool surprise, very thoughtful :) . Solid basic Hotel with badly overpriced extras. While the hotel areal is pretty nice for the price per night itself, every tiny extra is being charge with ridiculous prices. You pay 15€ for a reasonnable WLAN (the basic one doesnt work in rooms)! You even pay for a second towel or a second coffee in the morning... Drinks and snack prices are completely hilarious in comparison with other italian locations...

The location is exceptional. Right next to a beach, but crucially, 15 meters up, allowing fantastic views over the bay that attracts large yachts by the dozen. Nice pool area. Honestly, I didn't think I got a good value for my money at this hotel. The room was just ok and for what we paid, I think it should've been better.
