Average hotel with clean rooms and poor customer service, terrible food. The hotel is not close to the Dune of Porto Pino, although it appears close on maps. It's 14 km from the dunes. We booked half board, dinner was fixed menu with hardly any options for vegetarians, and seafood wasn't done well. Next morning breakfast was shut at 9.30 am. Very poor customer service. The dunes are great to visit, it's better to stay inland rather than this hotel.

They were very welcoming with us in all moment. They provided their services excellently from the very beginning to the last day.

The place is simple and clean, very well kept. It's close to the beach and restaurants, you can reach these on foot, in 10/15 minutes.
The bed was comfortable so we rested well.
The staff at the reception is very nice, professional and helpful.
They also have new mountainbikes for rental for a very reasonable price (15euro), and it's worth to have a stroll around with it.

Clean, staff very courteous. The beautiful location of the hotel for those who like to stay quiet. Dream beaches.

Good and careful management, excellent quality / price ratio. The staff were friendly and always available ... the Good the x-position to reach the beautiful beaches of the south-western coast of Sardinia. The restaurant serves typical sardinian dishes, mainly fish-based....... Pool-very nice ....

Nice place, the staff spoke Russian. The Italian Breakfast (yogurt, toast and jam). Nice pool. For travel by car, far from the ocean.

Awesome hotel friend atmosphere,fresh lovely tasting food, the hotel members were extremely helpful to me and my family, a outstanding room service, only a quick stroll from the Porto Pino beach and local town
