Lu' Hotel Porto Pino

The staff of the hotel is very friendly and willing to help you.
We really enjoyed the pool and the hotel breakfast.

Staff are friendly and totally support with information and an honest answer. The pool is great with an easy pool side service for drinks and snacks. Overall all staff were helpful and you knew they were there to help you. Great all round service! Overall the breakfast was good and well catered for gluten free food.

It's a mediocre hotel except for the service, which is excellent. Rooms are alright, there is no gym, the rooms don't have coffee machines or anything besides the bed honestly, nothing of the kind of services you'd expect on a 4 stars hotel. They don't allow you to bring food from outside into the room but they don't provide a lot of good wines or have a lot of variety on room service. They don't have beach services to provide you with (like give you an umbrella to take to the beach), besides a beach club at Porto Pino. It's clean and nice but it lacks personality and attention to details that make a difference in the experience.

Staff is super, very helpful. Swiming pool is great. Clean hotel. About 10 km from the beach.
The 4 stars doesn't meet the standard for wifi, Very unstable, the rooms are okay but not 4 stars with cheap equipments, I would avoid the restaurant with small portions, not very authentic and expensive for what it is. Overall the experience is cool but it looks like a work in progress hotel.
