Beautiful authentic hotel/resort with private beach.
It has a huge swimming pool overlooking the Mediterranean, a number of restaurants to choose from including one right on the beach.
Lots of areas to relax including a Cigar room.
Rooms were large and spacious, ours had a sea view and balcony.

The only good thing to appreciate about this place is its location at the beach, landscape and grand trees. However, if you’re looking for the blue stretch of water at the beach and for an elevated, pleasant and 4-stars experience, I wouldn’t recommend it at all. Very old facilities, below-average food and service, poor hygiene (saw a cockroach at breakfast), no variety of restaurants and bars, poor quality of food (from breakfast to bars to restaurants). It feels that there’s no investment whatsoever to keep the place and service at an expected 4-stars. Surely, not coming back and won’t recommend it if you want to spend a relaxing and magical time in Sardinia.

The positives:
This is a really interesting place. A 1950's hotel, on the sea with its own private beach. Its a really great location and good place to relax and not a long drive from Cagliari.
We stayed in the villas which were quieter and a few of the villas are right on the beach (Villa Marte) ... and if you want to hear the waves as you go to sleep its an amazing place to be.
But ...
As other reviews say the food is average (there are a range of better restaurants nearby) and some of the furniture and decoration is tired and needs updating.
The gym / fitness centre doesn't have much equipment (one treadmill and one bike) but there seems to be some repainting and updating going on during May 2024 when we were there, so maybe this will change.
I'd post 3.5 stars if I could. Its a hard place to value accurately as so much depends on what you're looking for.

Beautiful hotel with villas. The entire area is green and flowers. Oleanders of different colors, hibiscus, eucalyptus and pine trees.

We stayed at this hotel for a week at the end of June. Liked everything. Silence, clean beach, green well-groomed area. We got a nice room with a sea view. There are no special complaints about the food. Breakfast is modest, but sufficient. Dinners according to the a la carte system. There is a small town nearby where you can buy what you need; a bus goes there on a regular schedule. Many thanks to the Russian-speaking girls Nadezhda and Maria for their hospitality and help. Riposato in questa settimana di hotel alla fine di giugno. Mi è piaciuto tutto Silenzio, spiaggia pulita, area verde paesaggistica. Ho una bella camera con vista sul mare. Non ci sono lamentele particolari sulla nutrizione. La colazione è modesta, ma sufficiente. Cene su un sistema à la carte. Nel quartiere è una piccola città e dove è possibile acquistare quello che ti serve, ci va un autobus su un programma. PS Grazie mille alle ragazze di lingua russa Nadezhda e Maria per l'ospitalità e l'aiuto.

The hotel area is very nice: well-kept garden, small beach or pool, however in the season there might be tough to find a sunbed.
The restaurant pretends to higher quality than can offer. The staff is not trained to serve dishes or drinks. The Food is rather lower quality, specially for breakfast. Scrambled egg or bacon is served cold.
You might notice the age of the object. The furnitures are old, the paint is peeling from the walls, windows are not tight.

Good price for value, staff is kind. You will pay for the location (beach + swimming pool), nothing more.
Do yourself a favor and don't spend your money on the restaurant or the hotel. High prices and very bad quality of the food. If you don't believe me, look the other several reviews regarding this topic.

The place is Magic. The views are amazing. The hotel is really quite. Perfect in April. The rooms & bathroom are a old, but the views are really super nice. The staff is really kind. I recommand to stay here

There is a truly beautiful private beach - it’s the reason we booked the hotel. However the food and facilities are bordering on abysmal. The restaurant was genuinely awful- at best, frozen and tasteless; at worst- inedible. We were there for 2 nights, with breakfast and dinner and 1 lunch. The breakfast is barely acceptable. On the 2nd evening, I couldn’t even eat my main course it was so bad- I handed it back uneaten- explaining the issue. No response was made. I noted that the table beside me also couldn’t eat their main course and had requested a salad instead. We were there during a small wedding of less than 40, but a lot of the dining areas and pool were blocked off to regular guests. I would hope that the food was so bad due to the kitchen being understaffed, but either way, it was terrible. The beach bar and other areas were already closed- this is not indicated when booking. Overall the service staff appeared grossly inexperienced, alongside a lack of care, although friendly. The bar is incredibly overpriced- €13 for an Aperol Spritz seems steep, plus the average price for a pasta at lunch, €20. In any event, our room ended up being in a lovely location overlooking the sea and it was very clean. No info given about the hotel at check in, but also no phone in the room to contact reception. The views are truly stunning and I cannot argue about the location and beach. Only come if you have a car to access food elsewhere. Also check if they are having a private event as this will impact your stay. As we were checking out another wedding was being set up.
