The best last stop of our 16 day Italy trip. The location is wonderful with 360 degree views of Positano from the rooftop pool deck. We spent three days at the pool soaking up the sun, atmosphere and drinks/food. It is a very modern style hotel with great vibe. The breakfasts (we had one in the restaurant and two on our balcony) were the best! The service is off the charts great. Anything we called for was delivered in mere seconds, it was mysterious how quickly they came! The room was larger than we anticipated and very comfortable! Definitely a highlight!

Beautiful hotel! Views are the best in Positano! Service has been absolutely amazing. The concierge staff has been extremely accommodating and helpful. I cannot compliment them enough, terrific help on restaurants, beach clubs, whatever you need!

We’ve recently Stayed At Hotel Villa Franca, From the Moment we arrived the transportation from the airport was very exceptional, the check in was Really Smooth, at first They showed us around the Hotel and the amenities, and the most beautiful views from all positano, the rooms were spacious, spotless clean, and very luxury.
the Friendly Staff went above and beyond to ensure us an unforgettable stay, they truly care for their Guest, I highly recommend this Place, and can’t wait to Be Back,

I stayed here with my husband, business partners and their spouses and it definitely impressed all of us! The view is to die for! The pool is on the roof with a bar and food while you lounge in the most comfortable chaise lounge chairs. Room view was also amazing and the room was fabulous with a very comfortable bed. The shuttle down to the town was very convenient and I can’t say enough about the service! They pamper you from the time you walk through the door until the time you leave! Highly recommend. Bite the bullet, it’s worth the money!

Stayed nearby but ate here for dinner. I believe there are 3 dining areas/restaurants in the hotel. We were at street level with a great view over the sea. It was like dining in a fashion magazine set: striking decor and staff outfits. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Food was good, but a bit overpriced (even for Positano). Our server was friendly, but inexperienced and somewhat unfamiliar with the (not extensive) menu. I only mention because for the experience they aspire (and charge) to provide, that was surprising.

utterly amazing location- the views were ridiculous, even when compared to the walk of the gods and the remainder of Positano. An afternoon by the pool was other worldly. The rooms were comfortable, staff impeccable and service second to none. negative reviews concerned me, but they were clearly unfounded. if you are a vaguely reasonable human you will adore your stay at this fabulous hotel.

This hotel is beyond stunning. The views are immaculate and ambiance is untouchable. We had dinner at the fine dining restaurant inside the hotel and it was the best meal that we have had since we got to Italy. The service was impeccable. We finished a class of water and the waiter was there filling it up. They were very knowledgeable about the menu and were able to steer us in the best direction for our choice of dinner. The lamb was beyond tender, the pasta dish was the most delectable dish we had the entire trip and the lemon dessert with the soufflé melted in our mouths. The pool was so impressive and the views were insane. I highly recommend this hotel for so many reasons and couldn’t have had a better experience.

Not a 5 star hotel. You don’t get What you pay for. Rooms are tiny. If you have a suitcase or two you wont have space to walk in the room. Our beds only had a sheet to cover ourselves in no blankets, so we were cold all night. Overall the people who work here don't seem to want to be here. Cool design in the hotel but its just not a vibe.
