The location is very good, you can see the panorama, the photo spot in front of the hotel is a must-see, and within 5-10 meters walk around, there are several very good restaurants🍴, but the condition of the hotel itself is average, and the rooms are hygienic The cleaning was not tidy enough, and I found used slippers at the foot of the bed

It was very friendly, the view from the balcony was so good, and the breakfast was very, very delicious, and overall it was a satisfactory accommodation. I made fun memories in Positano haha ​​I recommend it!!

We especially enjoyed their homemade drinks like the chocolate and americano. While the room didn’t have a kettle, the staff gladly provided us with hot water at night whenever needed

They kindly arranged for porters to assist with our luggage during both check-in and check-out, which made a huge difference. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety

A big concern for us in Positano was managing our two bulky luggages, but the staff, especially Christina and Roberta, were incredibly helpful and responsive

The room had a balcony that opened right up to the sea. Walking distance to the best beach spot in Positano. The rooms were spacious and so was the bathroom. Felt very authentic! Hotel was clean

In our stay in Positano we decided to stay in La Caravella! And I’m so glad we did! This place is the best, I really don’t understand how it has bad reviews! First of all the location is AMAZING, and you can’t beat the price! No going up and down stairs with ur luggage and bags, it’s right on the beach

The place has Lounge chairs in the front, which is amazing because you don’t have to pay the 25€ Sun bed fee of the Positano beach. We simply left our things in the Caravella sun beds and went for a dip in the beach

Seaside view with the sound of the waves. Private sun-beds in frond of Spiaggia beach with free access to the beachfront. The expensive hotels in Positano have very difficult to access uphill

Staff very friendly, attentive, beautiful place

The stairs to the pool was an unforgettable experience in itself. The pool with a private beach offered stunning views, and the on-site restaurant served the most delicious dishes

And we even had the pleasure of meeting Nonna Margherita, the owner herself, during their cooking class! We’re so grateful to all the hardworking staff for creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere

The rooms were clean and plenty big. The service is especially good. The staff are all so wonderful and you can tell it’s family run. They went out of their way to drive guests up and down the hills

Communicating using WhatsApp was so easy and they were so helpful. Breakfasts were good and the restaurant served good lunch and dinners too. The Amalfi coast isn’t easy to get around but the staff made it easy for us

The best grotto to the beach. 200 some steps down and so worth it! Right around the corner is a giant cave you can swim to as well! We loved this part of the hotel. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

Although we did not stay at the hotel… we sat beachside at their rentable chairs and the service was AMAZING. Arturo the bar man treated us like family and he was so accommodating

There are a couple of good restaurants very close and a couple more within a short walk. The complimentary breakfast was a very nice spread with many options. Staff was friendly and helpful

Has a shuttle to take u down to private beach and back up. It is possible to walk but steep climb back up. The front desk is super helpful. View on terrace is great out to the bay

Clean and tastefully decorated hotel. The location was very convenient as it was located a few steps away from the train station and stop for the shuttle bus from Naples Airport

Their seaside restaurant (accessible on foot through a steep road or by free shuttle service) made pretty good food as well

We stayed here for the last week of August. It is a beautiful building in an excellent location. It's a two minute walk to the train station, ten minutes to the beach and about five minutes to the main town

It overlooks the sea and mount Vesuvius in the distance. The jacuzzi is available to book for free for 40 minutes at a time but we didn't end up using it as we prefer the beach

The sandy beach was gorgeous with lots of loungers which we took advantage of most days. There's also some reasonably priced bars and cafes close by to keep you hydrated and some clean toilets

The staff are absolutely lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was pretty good, it was a buffet which didn't change but had decent options and lots of nice coffee and juice available. We would definitely stay here again

The hotel was very peaceful and welcoming with a beautiful scenery. The room was specious and clean. Beds were clean and comfortable. The location was great and train station was only 5 minutes from the hotel

I came here with my two daughters and it started badly with the airline losing my mobility aid however the wonderful staff at the hotel got me the free loan of a wheelchair for the length of our stay!from the local pharmacy

My wife and I stayed at the Eden Bleu for four nights as part of an organised group of 25. The hotel was comfortable and friendly. I don't recognise it from the moans of those who posting below went in a group in May

I loved the area as it is full of character and charm, much more authentic than some areas on the Amalfi Coast. The family even organised a party for our group on the last night and it couldn't have been better!

There was nobody sat behind the bar waiting for customers but when we wanted a drink the receptionist called a member of stuff to serve us and we could go and sit in the comfortable area to the left of the door

This hotel is amazing clean modern and very comfortable. The small fishing village is full of amazing and not too expensive restaurants-a very special pier restaurant where you can watch the sun go down

We had a rental car and the staff parked it securely in the gated parking area. We had access to the car anytime we wanted. The beach club down the bottom of the pier is as so good too

We stayed with our children for one week and this trip had been absolutely unforgettable! The staff are so friendly and accommodating! I can’t say enough about them… They really go above and beyond and helped us make our first family trip to Italy one to never forget

We did not stay at the hotel but we ate dinner in their dining room. It was a fabulous experience especially because of our gentleman server. He was so excited and passionate about everything on the menu that we were too

High cost performance, The service is very considerate, The town is roughly between Naples and Sorrento, so if you drive by yourself, you will not be disappointed if you choose this hotel

The shared apertif platter was really delicious. The view is incredible and it was a lovely experience. Definitely come here if you're looking for a spectacular view while you dine

One small suggestion: it would be even better if the sunbeds, umbrellas, and towels on the beach were included for hotel guests without an extra fee. Other than that, everything was perfect from start to finish!

I had such a pleasure stay here, peaceful and beautiful little town, not so many tourists as Sorrento, but just 20mins train from there. The best thing about it is the incredible view and private beach

Incredible location; older hotel that has been upgraded with modern amenities. Lobby is on the top floor and all rooms overlook the Med, as the hotel is literally built into the side of a cliff.

The location is perfect, it’s not T the center of everything, it’s a bit remote, but still accessible and near the town. I would definitely stay there again

Gorgeous getaway outside of Sorrento This resort was beautifully located North of Sorrento with breathtaking views and all the amenities. The sea view room was extremely cool

The path is slippy and not for the faint hearted! The local taxi drivers have conspired to charge a flat rate of 25 euros (each way!!) to and from the centre, despite the fact it is only around 1

We had a great family stay here in Feb 19. Room 8 is a family suite with 2 good sized rooms (and 2 TVs) with sea and volcano view. So glad we stayed here and not Naples, very relaxing

Nice breakfast (with nice cakes and proper Italian coffees). Without exception we felt that all of the staff genuinely care about the guests, this made us feel extremely welcome

It is worth noting that the hotel is listed as being just 350 metres from the centre of the town. It is, but only if you take the poorly lit, very steep footpath up 203 steps

We came out of season so not many of the surrounding bars, restaurants were open until the day before we were due home. Season seems to start at the first weekend in March

We stayed in the apartments they were basic but clean and pretty. The beach was wonderful as well as the pool. It would be hard if my grandbabies came because there isn't an area for littles in the pool (too deep)

We got married at Le Axidie last year and it was wonderful! The wow factor arriving at Axidie made our guests very excited too. The food and service was fantastic, no request was too much

Although we didn’t feel the rooms were worth the price, everything else compensated for it! Overall we had a great experience, hence why we stayed so long

pros: - the outside area is GORGEOUS to play uno - ac is so helpful - there’s plenty of food - playground area and football is so nice - fresh towels even though reviews say you don’t? - beds are literally fine there’s no major stain or any ants as seen in reviews - shower was hot all the time and was so nice cons: - have to pay for ac after a day - back door was slightly broken as didn’t open...

Please do not be put off by the negative reviews, it is perfect for this type of trip. If you want to explore the town, it is only a short walk too

it weirdly came in separate parts - pasta, then the lettuce came by itself but no complaints. Breakfast was limited selection so most had croissant and nutella but wasn’t the worst thing

Just returned from a school trip with 50 children and 5 adults. This is a great base for a school trip to explore the area. The rooms were clean, the food was very good for a school trip, the staff friendly

Good specially for families with kids, they can enjoy the pool for swimming and tanning,and the terrace of the bungalows for breakfast. there s also pingpong tables and a restaurant
