Zass restaurant another level, service, food, atmosphere and of course the amazing views ! Carlino's restaurant which is on the lower level is so good for either lunch or dinner - beautiful surroundings and the lemon pasta to die for ! Everyone from the guys that refresh your room to the reception were super helpful with everything

It was such a nice little gift and such a nice send off as we left what was the best property I have ever been to! Thank you to everyone at Il San Pietro! We will see you again soon!!❤️

Cannot argue that this is one of the top hotels in the world. Everyone is super friendly, very much a family atmosphere. Everybody always seems really happy and enjoy their jobs

As a result, it is the only luxury hotel with its own private beach club, tennis courts, etc. Their upscale restaurant, Zass, is also a truly remarkable dining experience with attentive servers and awe-inspiring views

We must give a shout out to Pascale at the pool area, along with Alessandro and Erica, super attentive, always super helpful, and cannot do enough to make your trip even more wonderful

Perfect for relaxing and having cocktails at the bar during the day or early in the day, and beautifully decorated moments throughout the hotel - from the hallways to the lobby to the vegetables growing along the paths, it's a dream

Hotel Pasitea was really lovely. I personally loved the vintage decor and thought the hotel itself was very pretty (its covered in beautiful pink flowers outside that must have taken decades to grow)

We were shown our room and how to operate everything which was helpful too. :) The room itself was very clean, everything worked properly, and the view from the hotel us unbeatable

Located a few kilometres before the entrance of the town (if you come from Napoli), Le Agavi hotel gives you some of the best views on Positano (from the the breakfast area, from your room, from the beach…

Beautiful vistas of Positano! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool has a great bar and staff. The rooms are perfectly clean and comfortable. The funicular down to the private beach is fabulous

The highlight is undoubtedly the beach club, providing a premium experience, and the water taxi service adds an extra layer of convenience, making it easy to explore the surrounding area

Rooms are large and well furnished, the breakfast is excellent (forget about your diet) and the beach area (accessible with the funicular) is a hidden jewel

And the every hour shuttle is very convenient for your trips back and forth to Positano center. And if you can, treat yourself with a dinner at the Serra. The Agavi Blu menu (seafood) is a fantastic culinary journey

It was a 20 min walk to the main beach, but this place was so amazing you almost didn’t even want to leave. The food at the restaurant was top-notch, and the wine selection, amazing

I absolutely loved this place. The view from the room was an absolute dream, and the location was so incredible for us because we did not want to be in a loud area but wanted to be close to main Positano

As another plus we are a gay couple and felt absolutely safe and at no point “othered” by staff, which does happen in other parts of Italy. Overall I cannot recommend this place enough

It was very friendly, the view from the balcony was so good, and the breakfast was very, very delicious, and overall it was a satisfactory accommodation. I made fun memories in Positano haha ​​I recommend it!!

We especially enjoyed their homemade drinks like the chocolate and americano. While the room didn’t have a kettle, the staff gladly provided us with hot water at night whenever needed

They kindly arranged for porters to assist with our luggage during both check-in and check-out, which made a huge difference. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety

A big concern for us in Positano was managing our two bulky luggages, but the staff, especially Christina and Roberta, were incredibly helpful and responsive

One of the highlights was the balcony with a stunning view—my partner and I enjoyed a peaceful evening watching the sunset from there

The bartender at the pool Paulo is an expert in his craft and extremely helpful. I would have loved a casual dining options poolside to save me a walk into town, besides this it was a flawless experience

Wife and I stayed here for a few nights. It's a super nice location with spectacular views. The rooms were pretty nice and spacious with a balcony. The hotel helped us arrange transport to/from Naples

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Hotel Tritone! Everything was perfect: the location, room, views, food, the beach club and waters are beautiful! But what makes this place more special is the very professional and warm staff including the owner who has a rockstar dog and enjoys entertaining the guests! Congratulations Team Tritone, the 5 stars are very well deserved!

It's a pretty confusing layout given it's on the side of a cliff but once you get your bearings it's not too hard to get around. The food is very good, most places costing ~€30 per entree and €20 for cocktails

We honestly didn’t want to leave at all cause the hotel had everything. My only suggestion is to maybe bring some water and snacks to have in your room so you’re not paying for food all the time

But it's at a pretty high quality, the pizza Tritone at the bistro is top notch. Also highly recommend the day trip to Capri, you get picked up right at the dock and get to visit for ~3hrs

They suggested us things to do around the town and helped us book everything. The room was super comfortable with amazing room service. It had a jacuzzi in it which was fun. Best hotel we have ever stayed at hands down

We asked about laundry services and they apologized that they didn’t have in house services but two minutes up the street was a place that for 25 euro washed you laundry and returned it to your room

My wife and I came here for our honey moon and the entire experience was fantastic. The breakfast was great with a lot of options. What made them a cut above the rest was their customer service

They have a WhatsApp channel and you can ask them anything and they will respond. For example, we asked for a garage in Positano and they immediately recommended a place

Highlight of our stay in Italy. The staff are super friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Their shuttle service helped us get around the towns very easily

Family owned nice little place, away from crowd yet close to town. Owners welcome you every morning with a smile and complimentary breakfast. Rooms are good size and very clean. Beach is public but never too crowded

We didn’t stay overnight but stop by the restaurant that is owned by the same lady and her Mom. They were so sweet and attentive, definitely recommend to stop by even if you just want a glass of wine or a cappuccino.

The rooms are spotless and the air conditioning is very good! Steps to the water, a patio with a view, in an uncrowded paradise only a boat ride away from Amalfi or Positano

This place is a little slice of heaven. The cove and surrounding restaurants are great. La Conchiglia is clean and comfortable, with a wonderful family taking care of you

Wonderfull place and wonderful staff. Cleaning 10, comfort 10, food EXCELLENT. The tiny and green valley where the Conchiglia is, is a small amazing part of paradise

Exceptional place, right on the beach, marvellous view and unique experience. It is a family-run hotel & restaurant with very good food; I recommend in particular Pizza and Clams Spaghetti. Will be back next year

LOCATION IS UNREAL! It is located on a beach, in a cove with huge rock formations on both sides. Food was fantastic and reasonable priced

It's also just a short walk away from the bus stop from where you can take the local bus to Positano. It also has boats for Capri right from the beach where it is situated had a great coastal walk 2 mins away

One of the primary reasons why I loved this place is because you can literally roll out of your bed and get to the beach ( Marina Di Praia ) if you are staying here

As in this coast, many challenging steps with your luggage. You have the quiet of remote as well as the difficulty and limited choices of remote. Need to pay for cab or ferry to go anywhere off the tiny beach or hotel

Sun sets early behind the hills so not a great deal of beach time; approx 3-4 hrs to swim

Has a shuttle to take u down to private beach and back up. It is possible to walk but steep climb back up. The front desk is super helpful. View on terrace is great out to the bay

Clean and tastefully decorated hotel. The location was very convenient as it was located a few steps away from the train station and stop for the shuttle bus from Naples Airport

Their seaside restaurant (accessible on foot through a steep road or by free shuttle service) made pretty good food as well

The hotel has its own beach area reserved on the bay. Safe, beautiful, with little restaurants and coffee shops, this area gives you a lot of options

The hotel is well located beside the train station and with a small private equipped beach (navette service included). The service at reception is good! However, the rooms are not big

Says bar service but we was told 6-11pm it was most nights 6-10/10:30 and if you ask for a drink before or after are told no one available to get it even though there was usually someone about and could be a bit rude as if we was asking for the world and just wanting a glass of wine or a beer

There is a mini bar in the room with a few things in but no prices so we thought the water and soft drinks would have been for free as no where to get a soft drink in the day as stated above but they are charged and also others had issues with being charged for drinks that were not even in their bar (beers and they was non drinkers) Evening meal was also provided 7-9pm had a choice of a 3 things to...

Outside seating areas of the hotel looks neglected and all the cushions on the seats had been put into storage and I assumed this was as coming to the end of the the season however when I private party booking arrived all these re appeared just for them

Don't get me wrong, they are doing their job here but with a small investment in some points it can bring much more value for customer here. Currently I don't see it as a good value for your money

  The hotel is beautiful, the room we are in number 501 is elegant, spacious and perfect with plenty of storage - we have a rear door that opens to our own outdoor table and chairs, and just 30 footsteps you are at the outdoor pool area with infinity pool and all of this faces the coastline with spectacular views and sunsets - the views are incredible

We stayed with our children for one week and this trip had been absolutely unforgettable! The staff are so friendly and accommodating! I can’t say enough about them… They really go above and beyond and helped us make our first family trip to Italy one to never forget

We did not stay at the hotel but we ate dinner in their dining room. It was a fabulous experience especially because of our gentleman server. He was so excited and passionate about everything on the menu that we were too

We had a rental car and the staff parked it securely in the gated parking area. We had access to the car anytime we wanted. The beach club down the bottom of the pier is as so good too

This hotel and staff were so nice. Every single staff member we interacted with (quite a lot) were all so friendly and helpful. If ever I was to run a hotel I would love the staff to be as amazing as this team

I did not stay at the Sporting Hotel but I paid to use their private beach and it was worth it! They have an elevator on the backside of the patio that will take you down to their private beach for a small fee

If you are a guest of the hotel this fee is waived. The beach has chairs and umbrellas for rent and the beach is mostly stone. They have a large area sectioned off for swimming and have a lifeguard on staff

The beach is a pebble beach and while it is funny watching people tenderly walk across the peoples, it is not as much fun when you must do so yourself to get to the water. So yes - aqua shoes are a must

The hotel boasts a slightly wobbly elevator that takes you down to the private beach. If, like us, you are used to sandy beaches then make sure that you have some aqua shoes (or something similar)

Take a waterproof camera down to the beach with you and get some shots of yourself swimming with Vesuvius behind you. I'll add some photos to give you a sense of the place

Good soundproofing) All the food was really tasty, and there is a great Michelin started restaurant attached. There’s also an indoor spa, a gym area that overlooks the sea and all the staff were wonderful

We stayed in the apartments they were basic but clean and pretty. The beach was wonderful as well as the pool. It would be hard if my grandbabies came because there isn't an area for littles in the pool (too deep)

We got married at Le Axidie last year and it was wonderful! The wow factor arriving at Axidie made our guests very excited too. The food and service was fantastic, no request was too much

The place is 15 minutes from the train station meta which is practical to go to sorrento or napoli. The beach are not far also 15 minutes but they are all private

View is awesome, we were 5 in a Bungalow and everything went well. Few things I didn't like was that there were ants in our kitchen and that the pools could have been a little more clean

Good specially for families with kids, they can enjoy the pool for swimming and tanning,and the terrace of the bungalows for breakfast. there s also pingpong tables and a restaurant

Very accommodating and helpful host! Very clean room. Owner was extremely helpful with transportation to other towns on the coast and to the airport. Breakfast was simple, OJ was fresh squeezed daily

Free bus to Sorrento and ideal location to explore the area. We booked all inclusive and were impressed. Did I actually read someone moaned the lift was slow! There are two lifts and a beautiful marble staircase

The grounds of Hotel Europa themselves are beautiful and allow quick and easy access to town. The breakfast is delicious, varied and plentiful. The restaurant staff are helpful and polite

  The location is away from other restaurants and attractions but this is made clear in the description when booking, it wasn’t a problem for us as we had a car, they run a shuttle to the nearest railway station at Vico equense, if you have a car it’s easy to drive there and park in the underground parking in the center of town, from there getting the train to anywhere you want is easy and cheap

Only two slight criticisms, 1 the shower wasn’t particularly hot or powerful and 2 they need to vary the restaurant menu at least a couple of times a week if only by a few dishes. Overall I would recommend this hotel

Room 2as not worth it in any way, only pretty view was from the center outside and the beach, though i did slice a gash through my foot having tried going deeper then my knees

Beautiful location with a view of Vesuvius. Friendly people at the reception. Rooms were also fine, only a pity there was no balcony.

The overall feeling of the hotel is very good, the service is also good, it is right by the sea and you can go swimming. The breakfast is a standard Western breakfast and the room is also OK.

this place is awesome! Got to our AirBnB mid afternoon and the place was clearly about to close for the afternoon. We were starving, and they took us in. especially the mussels appetizer! So good we came back

The view from our balcony was stunning! From Sant'Angello Sorrento is a 20min walk and in my opiniom it is really better to stay here than in crouded Sorrento. Sisters are very friendly and helpfull, english speaking
