Quiet hotel in middle of nowhere. Room 304 on ground floor had two small bottles of water in fridge but no kettle, tea or coffee. It was clean and tidy but could do with modernising as electrical sockets both sides of bed were hanging off the wall, only socket we could use was in the bathroom which had shower gel and hairdryer. The mattress was reasonably firm but pillows very soft with no support...

I enjoyed the breakfast. I appreciated the cappuccinos, and I enjoyed the potatoes with a scrambled eggs. Also appreciated the kiwi option.

The room is big, the toilet is big, the decoration is in an old style, the bed is average, the bedding is even more average, the hotel garden is first-class, the environment is first-class, very relaxing, suitable for families, friends, couples (if you don't have high requirements for the room/bed). The breakfast is also OK. I should come again.

I understand that they receive a large number of people every day and the turnover is high: as a point of improvement I might suggest to provide ceramic mugs instead of paper glasses in the room. Just don't buy coffe from here, I honestly hated the coffe here. Overall for a good price I could recommend the hotel, the overall fell is a little bit old but definitely clean. Another small downside was that our queen bed was 2 beds glued together 😅u could feel the 2 mattress but quite comfortable as a feel. Also got vine from here and was waaay to sweet, maybe my mistake for not specifying.....

The hotel is good for one night stay, but would not recommend for longer stays. It's missing on atmosphere. The staff is very nice and friendly, though. Great b & b a little outside Treviso

I found myself really well, excellent availability of the manager, a very short warning times, for this is well worth the 5 stars.

Very very quiet B&B, a little isolated from the village. Courteous and kind management, very easy going, Merita. Inside the structure there is an entrance hall with a kitchen well equipped with accessories, with attention that absolutely nothing is missing, two bedrooms both large, modest bathroom with various accessories. The accommodation is extremely tidy, the hosts are friendly and ready to meet you, a minute, two walk away is the train station from which you have a connection to Venice every 15 minutes throughout the day, when you add it all up for a very favorable price you get a lot.

I am happy to have discovered this location in my Internet searches, it is a perfect starting point for trips to the area, to Treviso, Mestre or Venice. The hosts are very kind, collaborative, they provide a fully equipped kitchen, where you can go out on the terrace, taking a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend and hope to return.

Located in the countryside, a few kilometers from the village of Preganziol where there are restaurants and everything you could wish for. Also close to the train station to reach Venice and Treviso. Excellent base for visiting a large part of the Veneto region. Courteous and helpful managers. Good and abundant breakfast.

I was the first customer of this b & b. The place is worth much more than the cost of the rooms. Domenico and Isabella are exquisite people and the room in which I stayed was treated in detail, not to mention the wonderful garden, it seems almost unbelievable as it is in the center of Mogliano. This is a great hotel if you're not really wanting to spend time in Venice, just using the airport to fly out of, and need a place to crash the night before. It's a very easy drive in if you have a rental car to return in the morning. Stylish hotel, basically located in “no where”, but 10 min from Venice airport. Half of the rooms have this narrow vertical windows which gives a “prison” feeling. Taking a shower, all the water poor out from the glass door and the bath became a small pool. Didn’t expect that from a double tree.

Cozy, comfy, quiet, calm and clean hotel. It's a 3 story hotel, it's not crowded nor very big. It's a 2min walk to/from Mogliano Veneto train station. We had 3 rooms all of which were clean and roomy and beds are quite large. But safe boxes are very small...and are locked with the keys which you should ask for them from reception. There is a parking space in front which is free but very much in demand...

Amazing hotel! We only stayed for 1 night in order to be close to Venice. The trainstation is just across the street so you can get to Venice in 20mins for only 2,60. A pleasant suprise! After reading reviews online did not know what to expect, however the room has all the facilities you would expect and all staff are friendly and extremely helpful! Limited items available at breakfast but this wasn't a problem for me!

Assumed pool was free but had to pay for towel robe flip flops and swimming hat and pool did not give you access to sauna. Should say this in activities

The hotel was pretty good and on paper all looked great. BUT on arrival at 23.15 in torrential rain the concierge refused to ket us use the lift from the underground car park and we got absolutely soaked having to walk round the outside. The plug in my bath didnt work so I was unable to have a bath and the breakfast options were tired and not topped up at 8.45am when we came down.

We stayed 2 nights in this beautiful b&b on the outskirts of Treviso. Very well renovated and furnished in a shabby chic style. The rooms are not large but with attention to the smallest details and with an excellent cleaning service. Abundant quality breakfast with sweet and savory. Kindness and courtesy from the staff. Great experience! Everything is spotless and neat, the staff is very attendive and helpful and last but not least, the breakfast is a real feast. Also, the staff was kind enough to allow my presence in the relaxing area for a few good hours after checkout, in order to be able to fulfil my remote work activity.

The hotel is situated in walking distance from the city centre. However, there is a bus, No 1, that is regular and stops opposite the hotel. Last bus at 9pm from train station which is also close. Poor customer orientation ! Made a nonrefundable reservation for 2 rooms and asked 3 weeks in advance to cancel one room and asked a refund. It was rejected - what we had to accept. Nevertheless the reservation should be granted for this 2 rooms But on arrival date we only got 1 room , the other one we paid for was already sold to a third party ......fair play ??
