This is a great hotel if you're not really wanting to spend time in Venice, just using the airport to fly out of, and need a place to crash the night before. Cozy, comfy, quiet, calm and clean hotel. It's a 3 story hotel, it's not crowded nor very big. It's a 2min walk to/from Mogliano Veneto train station. We had 3 rooms all of which were clean and roomy and beds are quite large. But safe boxes are very small...and are locked with the keys which you should ask for them from reception. The hotel is very old, the rooms, the bathrooms, all. It is not a 4 star hotel, I would give it 2 stars. At some point of the night, the lights went out but they fixed it in about 15 minutes. The hotel is so convenient for taking a bus into and out of Venice, Mestre is a beautiful, quiet town on outskirts of city. Lovely to walk around, we will definitely stay at garibaldi hotel again!

Quiet, clean, budget friendly Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Friendly service at the front desk, spotless clean hotel. The bed was the comfiest we’ve stayed in yet. Quiet. It was nice to stay here instead of Venice. The number two bus is right outside the door of the hotel which takes you right into Venice.

Great value hotel Lovely clean hotel, all staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It isn't luxurious, however it does have everything you need and is great value for money. The number 2 bus leaves the hotel every 10 mins and gets you in to Venice in 25 minutes or so for €1.50. it's ideal.

Definitely they are in a good location, the bus #2 stop is in front of the hotel, 5 minutes from the train station. The same bus take you to the Venice canals, price is good to my standards, clean

Great location with restaurants near by and bus stop in front of hotel. Excellent staff. Only issue was bed linens very stiff and scratchy.

The room is big, the toilet is big, the decoration is in an old style, the bed is average, the bedding is even more average, the hotel garden is first-class, the environment is first-class, very relaxing, suitable for families, friends, couples (if you don't have high requirements for the room/bed). The breakfast is also OK. I should come again.

Unfortunately, we were only at this hotel for a couple of nights on this group tour, which was a shame as it was the best hotel in which we stayed. The room and bathroom were large, nicely decorated and clean. The manager/owner? was extremely helpful and the staff were accommodating. The food was good even though they were catering for 2 or 3 tour groups.

I was stranded in a very busy Venice area after a cruise line error caused me to miss my flight. The Hotel Bolognese fit me into their last available room. I arrived very tired, disheveled, and hungry. The staff went above and beyond to welcome me and make my one night stay comfortable. They assisted with ordering a pizza upon my arrival and also a cab back to the airport for the next morning....

It’s the 2nd year in a row where we arrive and the pool is not working. Very unsatisfying. The hotel could have make contact to us to let us know and to rebook another place. There is not much to do in the area and we only go here to use the pool and relax

Room amanities are a bit older but clean. Great breakfast and beautiful lobby. Pleasant stuff. I can honestly recommend.

The hotel is very clean and much more cost-effective than the double tree hilton. It is also close to Marco Polo Airport. It is cost-effective.

Very clean hotel with good connections to Venice and the airport. However, the soundproofing in the room is non-existent and you can hear EVERYTHING that happens in the other rooms, from snoring to chatter often late at night. The mattress was very uncomfortable and we had two single beds pushed together instead of a double bed as planned when booking. The photos were not contractual.

Older villa in nice quiet residential area. Good basic breakfast.

It's simple and cousy, yet effective. It's easy to get here and close to places to eat.

Very comfy place. Has a bathtub and a nice bed. But they put an hour to check out in the booking and when you are there, they ask you to checkout earlier and can't keep your luggage if you need to travel just a few hours later

When we booked the room, we said we'd be there between 6-8pm, but the building was secure so when we got there after having driven all the way from zurich, we couldn't get in and there was no one at the desk that we could see. An attractive small b@b close to the river and central bus station in Mestre. Lovely and helpful receptionist. Spacious and clean bedroom with bathroom. Nice breakfast. Good value.

The Vivit Hotel is located in the heart of Mestre in the charming Erminio Fereto Square. We spent three nights here in two double superior rooms 104 and 105 with stunning views of the square. The rooms are spacious. The mattress on the bed is very hard. Some parts may be less well maintained. Just 150 meters from the hotel is Mestre Centro tram stop. In just 15 minutes you can be in Venice at Napolitana...

Hotel very typical of all the lovely decor that the Venetians love. Beautiful and stunning fixtures and decor so perfectly done. Staff service was good. However room was very small for international guests with luggage making it difficult to manoueve in your room. Wide spread of breakfast and drinks. Good location near tram and bus station for easy travel within the town.

Cute and affordable rooms. Perfect for those who want to travel on budget and don't need all the luxuries of a room. Staff was very helpful. Do note that you will need go pay a Venice City Tax which is by person and per day. The city in general has mosquitos so you may spot some occasionally in your room. The rooms are spacious but not well lighted...rooms don't have kettle but on the reception there is coffee and tea facility available.. spacious restroom and sitting area where you can conveniently wait after checkout and even keep your luggage if you are going to venice islands and the great canal.

Great personal, extraordinary, halpfull, nice, educated. Very chip parking place 200 m from the hotel (12euros per day), bus station across the Street, 1.5 euros to venice, Last 25 minutes. Good choise for trip to Venice.

stayed here not long ago with family, hotel wasn’t too awful but there’s definitely room for improvement! the cleanliness was lacking, the lift was old and Ghetto, the area also isnt the best there’s lots of homeless people sitting right at the front of the hotel.. breakfast was also very boring, same thing everyday and the food isn’t even the best compared to other places.

It's in the centre, save neighborhood, 100m from main walking area, jus across you have bus stop with number 7 or 7e to Venice, in 300m is great parking Costa 12e per day. The hotel it self is from 90s, with nothing inside just towels, and plastic cups, not even hooks for wet towels. Breakfast is very small but it's OK for 1-2 days. Staff is nice and polite. Large parking space, delicious Pizzas and food in their Restaurant. The interior of the rooms is truly amazing, cozy and retro-looking. It is located in a peaceful place, not much traffic, locking doors.

Excellent location to walk to the center of Mestre but also for the transport that in less than 20 minutes allows you to reach Venice. More than for the location, however, I recommend it for the staff, kind, polite and helpful, a real guarantee.
