Where to start, the linen is changed every three days and the sheets once a week, don't tell me that this is hygiene, then we talk about the price, a single person who goes on holiday has to pay for a room as if there were two of them but the linen they leave her for one.
There is no lift so you have to carry your luggage up a steep staircase to your room yourself.

The hotel is fine, the only flaw is that there is no lift so for those of a certain age and with a lot of luggage it becomes heavy.

The hotel, better B&B, is very nice, in an excellent location and welcoming. Really beautiful. The owner very kind and helpful. For the final cost there could have been a more abundant breakfast than what was proposed (insufficient for those who have to travel a long distance).

Cool hotel where you get a good value for a fair price. The room and bathroom are not huge but its more than enough.
The location could not be more central. The beach is very close with approx. 150m walking distance (closer than the closest parking space). We were supprised that even though the street is rather busy, you cloud not hear anything in the room. The aircon is really good and modern and the room was very clean and got cleaned every day. There is loads of super good restaurants around the place as well as gelaterias, pizzerias and creperias.
The two women running the hotel were really cool and helpful in everything we needed and asked for.
There is no restaurant in the hotel but they have a cool agreement with the café accross the street where you can go and get coffee and croissants if you have breakfast included.
We think the place deserves more than 2 stars! :)

La struttura è molto carina, pulita e accogliente. Le proprietarie sono gentili e disponibili. Probabilmente la cosa migliore della struttura è la posizione, al centro di Procchio, hai tutto a portata di mano, dalla spiaggia al ristorante, dal bar al supermercato. Volendo si potrebbe fare una vacanza intera senza spostarsi, rilassante e piacevole. Isola d'Elba da amare!!!

Central location, very close to the beach, a small supermarket, pharmacy and bars and shops. The owner is very kind. Small but well cleaned room, adequate for our one night stay, during the Great Elban Crossing, excellent value for money. The breakfast service, at the nearby partner bar, is not very satisfactory.
I deepen the review to clarify that our dissatisfaction with breakfast is due to the lack of elasticity in the composition of the breakfast, we would have preferred that, for the same value of course, you could choose what to include, the owner in my opinion could also improve in terms of courtesy .

Hotel in the center of Procchio. The owners were more than kind, meeting all our needs. The room is spacious and clean and inside there are all the necessary comforts. From the television to the air conditioning, up to a very useful mini fridge for keeping a few bottles of water or food cool. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is very large. There is no breakfast room, but across the street there are bars, grocery stores and many shops. A few steps also leads directly to the free beach of Procchio. Excellent stay, will definitely be back! Better than many 3-star hotels 🔝

Very comfortable hotel, the owners are always very helpful and kind for any eventuality. The well-kept rooms, excellent wifi signal, TV in the room with excellent viewing of Italian channels, small fridge available in the room, breakfast included at the BAR adjacent to the hotel.
Location very close to the magnificent Procchio beach which can be reached on foot and to the procchio lounge where all the services are located: bars, shops, pharmacy, ATM etc.
