We loved Albergo Cappello! Our room was amazing, so large and extremely elegant! With a cozy sitting area and wonderful bathroom. A perfect location right across from the food market. The best part for me was all the great art books covering both the Italian art movements and great artists

Wonderful high-ceiling rooms with plenty of space, frescoes and the only place I've seen where Murano glass chandeliers really work! Very helpful staff and ideally located for walking to all the sites around Ravenna. And if you've never been to Ravenna and you like culture - go! Go now!

Great location in the heart of Ravenna’s old town. Junior suite nr 107 has lovely tower views. Staff as amazing as ever. Wonderful restaurant and enoteca, great cappeletti pasta. with bolognese ragout and also superb mascarpone dessert.

Fantastic large room with frescos, high ceiling in this 15th century Palace loved it.
Two issues I have... breakfast was not good - had to pre order the day before and what arived was very limited!
The bed was large and comfortable but the sheets where too small and did not fit, asked for them to be changed for the second night but no action taken, such a shame!

t’s a beautiful palazzo with painted ceilings, Murano glass chandeliers and Venetian plaster walls, but also with so many problems. The elevator was broken during all 6 days of our stay. Our toilet leaked. WiFi is non existent. AC doesn’t really cool the room and it’s stuffy inside. If you open the windows, you need to know that Emilia Romagna mosquitoes are nasty. The hotel is located on the noisiest street with so many bars where people party late - hence, poor quality of sleep. Also that street is pedestrian and dropping the luggage off is difficult. The stuff was very friendly, but so little attention to details.

Very nice, cozy and clean room with a nice view of the leaning tower. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good breakfast buffet!

We had a very nice stay in this beautiful historic palace, located in the deep city centre. The junior suite was fantastic! A particular thank you to Mattia, very helpful, kind and professional!

Beautiful hotel, great location and excellent attention. Valentina and Hilaria are great hostess. My room little bit noisy until 1 am aprox with street restaurants and bars but pretty much acceptable: excellent music and great environment. I would return if needed. I reccomend Albergo Capello.
