We had an awesome stay here, the staff is very nice and hospitable. Driving up to it, it seems like the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, but in reality it is only 5 minutes from parking near the center of Ravenna. The breakfast is excellent, the dinner is ok. I recommend eating in ravena for evening meals. I would stay here again.

The rooms are clean, modern and confortable, the restaurant offers delicious italian dishes. The spa is superlative!

Good foe one night and the amount we paid. Rooms are decent and have free WiFi. You can park the car in front of your door. The only defect is that your door is right only the parking so if you are unlucky and have neighbours arriving in the night speaking loud you will hear everything.

Good for the money, but far from a good place to stay. Close to the city, free parking in front of the room.

Very basic rooms, no water, you had to purchase, restaurant didn’t open till 7:30pm and there was nothing else to eat, or drink Breakfast was very basic

Quirky! Unusually large suite for two people - a bedroom each!. No electric kettle or milk for tea/coffee - had to boil trad kettle on hob! This is a comfortable budget hotel, with ample free parking and nice employees located near major roads. It's in a residential area just a few blocks from suburban town center shopping, cafes etc. There's a super take-out piadini place a few blocks away for an exceptional bite at night.

Very close to the motorway. Clean, cheap, safe hotel close to the old town and very close to hospital. In 30mins you can go walking to the old town. You can hire a bicycle for 3euros for the whole day. Runners can go around the town along safe path only for pedestrians. Yo can go to the seaside cycling or by car in few minutes.

When you think of a 4 star rating for a hotel, you just have to go back in time a few decades for this hotel. You actually have mostly everything that you need, but the rooms are very dated. Also, in my room there were styrofoam cups. I had to go downstairs to get ceramic coffee cups. Obviously I've seen styrofoam cups in hotels before but none of them were claiming to be 4 star. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights this august and one of the best hotel that we've stayed. The staff are amazingly friendly and efficient. The room are spacious and spotless clean, the breakfast are abundant with the very nice staff, air conditioning is really good. The place is at the center of centro historico. As the city historical center is not far, around 15 minutes walk you can reach most of the attractions. Very friendly staff, however, once in the room it was hard to find outlets to charge devices and you could hear all about the other rooms noises.

I was there on a very short business trip. The hotel is a convenient place for a night or two, quiet and clean. My room had a nice bathroom, clean sheets, nice pillows ... The breakfast was served after 0700, too late for most of the travellers, but the reception offered a snack from the bar instead. The staff was very nice and available for any assistance. Worth every penny!

Fantastic large room with frescos, high ceiling in this 15th century Palace loved it. Two issues I have... breakfast was not good - had to pre order the day before and what arived was very limited! The bed was large and comfortable but the sheets where too small and did not fit, asked for them to be changed for the second night but no action taken, such a shame!

Very good hotel for its price: rooms are clean and well furnished, service is amazing, and personel is nice. The hotel restoraunt is probably the best in the town. I definetely recommend it. The only one small complaint is that LED's in the air conditioner wall panel could be a little dimmer :)
