Good foe one night and the amount we paid. Rooms are decent and have free WiFi. You can park the car in front of your door. The only defect is that your door is right only the parking so if you are unlucky and have neighbours arriving in the night speaking loud you will hear everything.

Good for the money, but far from a good place to stay. Close to the city, free parking in front of the room.

I loved my stay in this hotel. Great for families, they take the kids in consideration and leave little gifts for them. Incredible service, location and food. It really stands out from the usual hotels. Maybe it should have less stairs for more accesability.

We stayed here during our road trip around Umbria and Tuscany and were happy with the Hotel Mosaico. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room and bed was comfortable. Parking was easily accessible. Walking distance to the historic downtown area of Ravenna.

As the city historical center is not far, around 15 minutes walk you can reach most of the attractions. Very friendly staff, however, once in the room it was hard to find outlets to charge devices and you could hear all about the other rooms noises.

It depends what you want from the life, if you're a happy person, you can see the sea where you lie down in your bed. Great view. The breakfast is very very simple but this is what Italian people like it is very normal for them. I recommend this hotel.

A very nice hotel at the outskirts of Ravenna. Staff was very polite and efficient. The room was very clean. It did have a funny light switch layout (and it really was funny, enough to be mentioned here: there were way more switches than there were lights). The restaurant was good and the breakfast buffet offered plenty of (good) food.

We entered our suite to find a very spacious area. The bed was comfortable and they were the only pluses. We did not find the reception staff helpful. We were extremely disappointed to find there was nowhere nearby to have a meal. The dining room started service at 7.30pm. There is no coffee bar for snacks or coffee during the day. Quirky! Unusually large suite for two people - a bedroom each!. No electric kettle or milk for tea/coffee - had to boil trad kettle on hob! Super friendly staff and nice and big room. There is a washing machine so you can do your own laundry. The staff does speak english and really helpful.

When you think of a 4 star rating for a hotel, you just have to go back in time a few decades for this hotel. You actually have mostly everything that you need, but the rooms are very dated. Also, in my room there were styrofoam cups. I had to go downstairs to get ceramic coffee cups. Obviously I've seen styrofoam cups in hotels before but none of them were claiming to be 4 star. Amazing place, very clean and staff is top notch. We had problems getting here due to the Marconi Express strike on Friday, and we catched the last train from Bologna to Ravenna,but Faiza was amazing. She helped us through the phone and we finally got to the hotel by midnight, checked in by her. She just went that extra mile with all her help and support.

had a 6 days stay with my friend and we really enjoyed it. the room was big, comfortable and super clean, also had fresh towels everyday. not very much noise in the morning. I recommend a stay here, because the hotel is modern and the staff super nice and efficient.

This is a basic hotel, no amenities, and not much to do around it. However the service staff is top notch, super friendly and helpful! We stayed here one night waiting to board our cruise and we unfortunately fell on a holiday so we were stuck to our room All day with no food options other than frozen pasta meals. If you are coming here for a night, that’s all I would say it’s good for.

Location is great, if you have your own means of transportation. There are plenty of parking spots and the premises is close to main road. Big plus, there is a nice big park to run or have a stroll. Staff is friendly and eager to help. Rooms are clean, mattresses and pillows are off good quality. Breakfast is not of great variety, but it is of good quality and well prepared.

I was there on a very short business trip. The hotel is a convenient place for a night or two, quiet and clean. My room had a nice bathroom, clean sheets, nice pillows ... The breakfast was served after 0700, too late for most of the travellers, but the reception offered a snack from the bar instead. The staff was very nice and available for any assistance. Worth every penny!

Great location in the heart of Ravenna’s old town. Junior suite nr 107 has lovely tower views. Staff as amazing as ever. Wonderful restaurant and enoteca, great cappeletti pasta. with bolognese ragout and also superb mascarpone dessert.

Fantastic large room with frescos, high ceiling in this 15th century Palace loved it. Two issues I have... breakfast was not good - had to pre order the day before and what arived was very limited! The bed was large and comfortable but the sheets where too small and did not fit, asked for them to be changed for the second night but no action taken, such a shame!
