Location is just steps away from the train station and the marina. Not too far away from tourist attractions by foot and front desk staff was more than happy to give you a map and explanations on how to get around. Rooms are old and the AC was not functioning. Comfortable bed. Cleaned every day. Toilet also clean. But toilet don't have good vantilation system...little smelly. But all together is managable if you don't want to spend much. It is a cheap option.

Pros: incredible staff, good location (5 minutes to the train station on foot), unimaginably affordable, relatively clean. Cons: very dated room and facilities, funny smell from the drains, small room, broken mini fridge, no desk in room.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights as part of our honeymoon and we enjoyed our time here! The hotel was beautiful and the staff was always so friendly and helpful. They even gifted us with a card and local honey to take home with us. It is a short walk to the main street and the train station which was important to us. We highly recommend staying here!

I couldn’t wait to write this review! This hotel is A+++++ in service and the rooms are beautifully appointed. Everyone from the front reception, food & beverage service, and housekeeping were all phenomenal. Every person was very accommodating and top class. We only stayed a night as we were leaving the next day for our cruise. I wish we had more time in Ravenna just to stay at this very beautiful...

We had an awesome stay here, the staff is very nice and hospitable. Driving up to it, it seems like the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, but in reality it is only 5 minutes from parking near the center of Ravenna. The breakfast is excellent, the dinner is ok. I recommend eating in ravena for evening meals. I would stay here again.

Quirky! Unusually large suite for two people - a bedroom each!. No electric kettle or milk for tea/coffee - had to boil trad kettle on hob! Lift stops and leaves you in the dark if you are too slow to select a floor! But lovely helpful staff and comfortable bed and lovely breakfast. Great location.

Nice Location. Its by far not the newest and up to date Interior, but very clean. We stayed there for one night to visit Ravenna. Nice and super friendly reception with tips for the city.

Although the room is not Morden design, but the service and staff are really nice and friendly. I was quarantine there for 5 days after arrived to Italy as per Gov requirement. All staff trying to help order food etc....

Good foe one night and the amount we paid. Rooms are decent and have free WiFi. You can park the car in front of your door. The only defect is that your door is right only the parking so if you are unlucky and have neighbours arriving in the night speaking loud you will hear everything.

When you think of a 4 star rating for a hotel, you just have to go back in time a few decades for this hotel. You actually have mostly everything that you need, but the rooms are very dated. Also, in my room there were styrofoam cups. I had to go downstairs to get ceramic coffee cups. Obviously I've seen styrofoam cups in hotels before but none of them were claiming to be 4 star. We stayed here during our road trip around Umbria and Tuscany and were happy with the Hotel Mosaico. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room and bed was comfortable. Parking was easily accessible. Walking distance to the historic downtown area of Ravenna.

Very cozy hotel close to Ravenna train station. Room was well distributed and equipped. Breakfast is well balanced and delicious. There is also bus station if in need. Several restaurants and cafes in the area. Definetely many places, landmarks to visit and enjoy.

Wonderful Hotel and staff. Located in the heart of Ravenna. The building had been a royal home and I felt like a prince when I stayed there. My room had the original painted wall and ceiling decorations. The also have an excellent restaurant and bar. Great staff!

Very good hotel for its price: rooms are clean and well furnished, service is amazing, and personel is nice. The hotel restoraunt is probably the best in the town. I definetely recommend it. The only one small complaint is that LED's in the air conditioner wall panel could be a little dimmer :)
