Available to accommodate your requests (we were travelling with kids and we required an out-of-menu dish for them: no problem and served with a positive feeling to do something nice for the kids and not as a favour for the parents). A very nice hotel at the outskirts of Ravenna. Staff was very polite and efficient. The room was very clean. It did have a funny light switch layout (and it really was funny, enough to be mentioned here: there were way more switches than there were lights). The restaurant was good and the breakfast buffet offered plenty of (good) food.

We entered our suite to find a very spacious area. The bed was comfortable and they were the only pluses. We did not find the reception staff helpful. We were extremely disappointed to find there was nowhere nearby to have a meal. The dining room started service at 7.30pm. There is no coffee bar for snacks or coffee during the day. We cannot recommend this hotel as it is too far from the city...

My wife and I have been staying in several NH hotels on our trip over the last two weeks. I liked this one the best. Location is terrific. The room was very nice. The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. I look forward to going back to Ravenna and I would happily stay here again.

Good foe one night and the amount we paid. Rooms are decent and have free WiFi. You can park the car in front of your door. The only defect is that your door is right only the parking so if you are unlucky and have neighbours arriving in the night speaking loud you will hear everything.

We arrived at the train station from Rome and took the local train one stop to Classe (the South Western part of town). When you think of a 4 star rating for a hotel, you just have to go back in time a few decades for this hotel. You actually have mostly everything that you need, but the rooms are very dated. Superb Hotel. Check in was quick and easy and the host was very friendly. We took lift up to second floor. Room was very clean and comfortable. Buffest breakfast was very good, the service was perfect and the coffee was excellent. The hotel is less than 5 minutes from the railway station and 7 or 8 minutes from tbe town centre. It was easily walkable. The property seemed well kept. It is subject to a lot of street noise, but it's the middle of the big city.

Clean, comfortable and convenient Hotel Italia is conveniently close to the rail station; the area is very walkable to many of the attractions and the shops. The staff were very nice and the room was spacious, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The buffet breakfast and the staff in the little attached breakfast only restaurant were very nice. Its a simple hotel, a few minutes walking from the trainstation. The rooms are very basic but i excepted that, it was cold in the room but in the 5 places we stayed in Italy, only 1 was warm in november, so i think that's normal... Blankets, towels, floor, toilet, washing basin et cetera was all clean. Some dust on the radiator in the shower and the seams in the small shower cabin were not really clean...

Hotel Roma Stay A budget hotel, but everything was above standard, apart from the very basic breakfast. Room was very clean and A/C worked really well. Would highly recommended other travellers. Close to the railway station and easy walk to centre of the city. The only let down is there is no bag store and reception not manned throughout the day. But…..that said you have a great hotel for a great price...

Hotel was ok. Our room was in the basement: we would have appreciated knowing this before booking. First time sleeping in a basement hotel room. Wouldn’t return but ok for one night before our cruise. Walking distance from the train station with our small carryons (but wouldn’t walk with heavy luggage’s as sidewalks are bumpy).

Right from the beginning, staff by the name of Mayte was very warm and welcoming.whenever we asked for something extra she did it with a smiling face.. Its an idle stay if you are in transit like taking a cruise. The hotel had an excellent breakfast. However one should be aware that they don't have a restaurant. So for lunch and dinner you can go out within 15 minutes walking distance. I highly recommend...

Room is clean, lots of towels, well-renovated room and bathroom, upgraded lighting fixtures and good water pressure. No coffee/tea maker, had to borrow mugs with the staff who demanded that they be returned asap back to the kitchen.

As the city historical center is not far, around 15 minutes walk you can reach most of the attractions. Very friendly staff, however, once in the room it was hard to find outlets to charge devices and you could hear all about the other rooms noises.

Unfortunately hotel internet was down part of both days I was there. Very inconvenient but market across the street had free access . Lift also Mindy criminal so had to carry suitcase up stairs to my room. Otherwise convenient location and relatively comfortable.

We stayed here for one night after our cruise ended and really enjoyed the hotel. We arrived early and they allowed us to store our luggage before the 2pm check in. Our room was #103 a Junior Suite. This hotel is quite unique. The staff couldn't be nicer! Going out if their way for their guests is no trouble. The location is right in the center of town. So convenient. The breakfast is amazing! The only con is when you initially try to locate the hotel. We went by it the first time. It is located on a street that you can't drive down certain times of the day.

The quadruple booked was actually a mini apartment with two connected rooms. Excellent beds. Clean the apartment. The well-heated bathroom is functional. Excellent and abundant for number of towels. Good breakfast.
