It's convenient, just across one of the accesses to the Scala dei Turchi. It's pay parking and it costs only 6$ for a few hours. There are bathrooms and showers on site that are free for the parking users. They are clean-ish but toilet paper is a bit of a luxury it seems so I recommend having tissues with you. It's a quick way to find parking especially when street parking is limited.

Very convenient enterprise for non locals wishing to park close to the beach without the hassle of trying to find tight spaces along the main access road. Lift to the beach a great idea, the walk down does give you great views.

Arriving in this small part of Sicily, overcoming agglomerations of people who crowd into a strip of land, was liberating. The hotel conditions are ok and the room was clean. It is close to the beach. The breakfast was ok, but it can be made healthier and more various, as it is the same every day. Every day was a problem with the wifi, it got broken. Also the signal of the phone in the room is very poor or nonexistent.

Stayed here for several days with children. Basic but serviceable facilities, clean and well maintained. I believe it's under new owners so they are investing. Lovely pool area with showers and lifeguard. Breakfast is generous continental style with a good assortment. Loses half a star because the mezzanine in our room has a staircase and railings not suitable for small children, and another half...

We enjoyed staying in this apartment, it is not far from the beach and there is a restaurant just next to the apartment. The host was super nice and she also let us check out a bit later on. She also provided some toys so our one year old could have something to play with.

The apartment are new and with all the comfort. It is not far from the Turkish staircase and in the calm. The beach is not that far and I nice restaurant close by.

A fancy resort above the famous Turkish Steps on the coast of Sicily. There is a bar and lounge with a terrace outside to enjoy a beverage. The restaurant was beautiful and the dinner was delicious. Service was excellent. There is a huge pool. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

My compliment to this fabulous place and its staff. I've celebrated my wedding here and today I came back with my wife to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, why? Because their restaurant can boast on the best chef available in Sicily. Usually people complaining about the quality of the food served during most of the weddings but not in this place, our guests finished everything was on their dish...

Everything was very clean (rooms, common areas and the pool), service was great and breakfast was delicious. The location near Scala dei Turchi tops everything off.

We spent three nights in this cozy and quiet B & B. Family atmosphere, friendly, hospitable and helpful owners. Clean room and varied breakfast with local products and home-made cakes. Recommended for those like us who love simplicity, tranquility and nature.

Highly recommended b&b close to the sea and to the Scala dei Turchi with parking space. The hosts are very friendly and talkative. We were accommodated in a clean, large and recently fitted room with large balcony. breakfast was generous, too, and the espresso coffee just delicious.

Excellent B&B that allows you to reach the beach in 10 minutes on foot. The structure is new and the rooms are large. Unfortunately, you need a car to have dinner because there is nothing close by.

The Wi-Fi is useless though (1 minute buffering then 3 seconds play), minibar was broken and the lighting in the room was inadequate - no lighting in the shower area; someone else could have been in there with me and I wouldn’t have noticed.

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. A dip at the Scala dei Turchi is perfect for its proximity to the sea and the staircase, the large and clean rooms, the shared kitchen with even the outside where they serve a super breakfast! Super confortable bed. Very clean and spaceous. 10 minutes walking from the beach next to Scala dei Turchi. Complete breakfast and nice capuccino!

Room was very comfortable and clean and cool. The terrace are was very comfortable and there was a good view of the sea from the bedroom. The hosts were very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was amazing and plentiful. It was a pity though it wasn’t served on the shady terrace - that would have made it for us( although we are happy to be advised on things like this from the hosts as most places...

We spent a weekend at this B&B and it was an absolutely positive experience. Clean and friendly place. The owners are friendly and very hospitable people available. Delicious breakfast prepared by them. The sea within walking distance of about six hundred meters. I advise!

You can park in the courtyard of the villa, without looking for them along the road, which is impossible, among other things. Good hearty breakfast. B & b located in a strategic position a few steps from the Scala dei Turchi. We stayed for three nights in the structure. The owners are very hospitable and attentive to guests' needs. Convenient private parking. The rooms are spotless but extremely small and, in particular, ours overlooked the veranda where we had breakfast and from 8 it was no longer possible to rest because it was not soundproofed...

Villa is located just above the Scala dei Turchi. A minutes walk takes you to a beautiful viewpoint and in a few more minutes you can be at the beach leading to the Scala. We started our journey around Sicily here and it was better than we could wish for. They came to pick us up in Agrigento and drove us back. This is the nicest place we ever stayed. They were the perfect host. It's a family owned b&b in such a peaceful location. Walking to distance to Scala dei turchi. The host gave us homemade wine and a ride to valley of temples. We enjoyed it so much we booked another night. Highly recommend!!

Small, cute and unique bed&breakfast on the most perfect golden sand beach with crystal clear water. Great host couple Chico and Lola! Amazing traditional sicilian breakfast served with love. Great stay for relaxing on the beach, and short drive to Agrigento and Valle dei templi. Parking is a bit tricky, but Chico will help you with everything.

The place is fantastic, right on the beach. I was not lucky with the weather (a rare september raining day) but my stay was saved by the kindness of the hosts. It's possible to walk to Porto Empedocle by the beach (40 minutes)
