It's convenient, just across one of the accesses to the Scala dei Turchi. It's pay parking and it costs only 6$ for a few hours. There are bathrooms and showers on site that are free for the parking users. They are clean-ish but toilet paper is a bit of a luxury it seems so I recommend having tissues with you. It's a quick way to find parking especially when street parking is limited.

Very convenient enterprise for non locals wishing to park close to the beach without the hassle of trying to find tight spaces along the main access road. Lift to the beach a great idea, the walk down does give you great views.

I was parked for about 3 hours and the price was 6 Euros. Included in that price is access to use the bathrooms, otherwise there is a 1 Euro fee. If you bring anything heavy, be prepared to go down and up a winding/steep hill to get to the beach.

Super convenient and affordable parking for anyone looking to do a day trip to Scala dei Turchi. I saw several RVs and thought it would be the perfect place to sleep overnight.

Salvatore and his staff are some of the most genuine, friendly and helpful sosta camper hosts you will come across in Sicily. Arriving in this small part of Sicily, overcoming agglomerations of people who crowd into a strip of land, was liberating. Hotel structure elegantly designed to welcome holidaymakers eager for sea, beach, sun, but also holidaymakers throughout the year in winter. Welcome with a smile and absolute availability. The hotel conditions are ok and the room was clean. It is close to the beach. The breakfast was ok, but it can be made healthier and more various, as it is the same every day. Every day was a problem with the wifi, it got broken. Also the signal of the phone in the room is very poor or nonexistent.

Stayed here for several days with children. Basic but serviceable facilities, clean and well maintained. I believe it's under new owners so they are investing. Lovely pool area with showers and lifeguard. Breakfast is generous continental style with a good assortment. Loses half a star because the mezzanine in our room has a staircase and railings not suitable for small children, and another half...

Small, cute and unique bed&breakfast on the most perfect golden sand beach with crystal clear water. Great host couple Chico and Lola! Amazing traditional sicilian breakfast served with love. Great stay for relaxing on the beach, and short drive to Agrigento and Valle dei templi. Parking is a bit tricky, but Chico will help you with everything.

The place is fantastic, right on the beach. I was not lucky with the weather (a rare september raining day) but my stay was saved by the kindness of the hosts. It's possible to walk to Porto Empedocle by the beach (40 minutes)

Everything was fine. We were treated very polite and host offered us breakfast even it was not included. Location amazing with parking in front of the beach. 100% recommend.

Lovely stay. Beautiful property by the sea, with Scala dei Turchi right in front of the house. The room was nice and clean, and we were offered a very complimentary breakfast in the morning. Great host!

A fancy resort above the famous Turkish Steps on the coast of Sicily. There is a bar and lounge with a terrace outside to enjoy a beverage. The restaurant was beautiful and the dinner was delicious. Service was excellent. There is a huge pool. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

My compliment to this fabulous place and its staff. I've celebrated my wedding here and today I came back with my wife to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, why? Because their restaurant can boast on the best chef available in Sicily. Usually people complaining about the quality of the food served during most of the weddings but not in this place, our guests finished everything was on their dish...

The owner was very kind, punctual and very discreet. The rooms are brand new, the bathroom in excellent condition with a very spacious shower box. It is possible to park for free just a few steps from the structure and the location is strategic, not only served as an area, but also 2 km from the Scala dei Turchi, therefore perfect for those who want to stay overnight and not make long trips to go to...

Very nice place. Clean and large room. The owner (or admin) welcomed us personally. Show the room, how to set the shower, lights, internet, etc. He suggested places to eat and what to do around the area. Good price!

Location is perfect, with 2 terrasses at both sides of the appertment. A great view on the Scala dei Turchi as well as on the beach of punta Granda. A very warm and personal welcome with a bottle of local great white wine!

the location was amazing, right on the beach and a 10 minute walk to Scala dei Turchi. an amazing host, who kindly picked us up from the bus stop and dropped us at the train station when we left. the apartment was super clean and amazing views on both sides! i highly recommend stopping at the nearest supermarket so you can cook up some meals and enjoy the view.

I only stayed one night in early October with my boyfriend. The room was spotless, tastefully decorated and very bright. The clean and modern bathroom. A dip at the Scala dei Turchi is perfect for its proximity to the sea and the staircase, the large and clean rooms, the shared kitchen with even the outside where they serve a super breakfast! Gina is the best host you can find. Place is extremely cozy clean and tidy. I had the chance to visit in full winter appreciating the quietness of the place. Wifi is ok. Everything is fine inside and outside. Very close to the amazing scenario of "Scala dei Turchi" in Realmonte. Main road is very close usefull to start a wonderful journey in the magic land of Sicily. Splendid view from the wooden bungalow. Exceptional private beach ... A little effort on the cleanliness of the bungalows would be a plus.

Location away from the world in an unbeatable place. Its strong point is that it has a semi-private beach down some stairs from the complex. Another positive point is to be able to sleep with the sound of the sea or dine on the terrace of the bungalow watching a sunset or the stars. The Wi-Fi is useless though (1 minute buffering then 3 seconds play), minibar was broken and the lighting in the room was inadequate - no lighting in the shower area; someone else could have been in there with me and I wouldn’t have noticed.

The structure is beautiful and located relatively close to Agrigento (30 min). So it gives you a chance to stay in a quiet, rural area instead of a busy town. Easy to reach, plenty of parking spaces and beautifully decorated. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and luxurious with a huge balcony. Perfect to relax. Lovely and quiet place in the countryside, easily accessible and close to beaches. Rooms are spacious and nicely designed. I did not have dinner, however I really enjoyed their wine (own production) and the high quality small bites.
