The room was the feature that stood out at this hotel. It was spacious and the views from the window were fantastic. We looked over rolling green hills, a view immortalised by Italy's famous romantic poet, Leopardi, in his poem L'Infinito. In the evening we could see the castle glowing in the late sun. The hotel was full of character in a good way and the staff gave us a warm welcome.

We have stayed in this hotel many times already and also this time it was more than great. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the middle of the center and the rooms are absolutely great. Hotel is a beautiful old building in the perfect location of old town. We reserved a room with the balcony and we were able to see miles and miles into Marche Valley. So breathtaking! Service was so-so for an infamous Italian hospitality, especialy when it came to the next day breakfast. We asked if we can take a table by a window, and were told "NO", - some are in a "stricly dining" area, and others...

SPLENDID hotel, impeccable in every sense. Friendly and welcoming staff, excellent facilities, superb service. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed and with breath-taking views. The location is fantastic, in a quiet and quaint street, a couple of blocks from the main square (Piazza Leopardi). Breakfast is of an excellent quality, with a wide selection of locally-sourced delicacies. A must-go to hotel

Stayed here for work. Rooms are clean and fairly priced. Parking is a little tricky and limited. Definitely pay for parking vs trying to find street parking.

Recently renewed rooms and big free parking. Buffet breakfast with tasty local food and very helpful personnel.

The room was immaculate and modern,we had a lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful marche countryside and a sea view to match the breakfast was plenty and varied and the hosts were very kind and helpful could have stayed a few more days but we were on a travel schedule would definitely come again if we were in the area as the hotel was very central for the town and seaside

The breakfast was lovely. They had a great selection of cakes. The staff were amazing and very quick and they were paying attention to the details. The room was a good size, split into sections by wadrobes so give us 2 little rooms with a bit of privacy.

Just perfect. Receptionist and everybody in the hotel shown high level of hospitality. Rooms are clean and freshly renovated. Beds are very good. Restaurant downstairs is just another excellent experience with the most tasty food I tried in Italy. Try deserts! Very much recommended!

Decent pizza and good service in a large room where it's also possible to watch sport events on a wide TV.

The rooms were nice. The fish dinner was quite good. All the food was fresh and local. The staff was friendly. And the croissant was just a perfect delight

We stayed 2 days with the structure for a sporting event.... we had the pleasure of being completely pampered by the professional, welcoming, kind service of the entire kitchen team, bar, restaurant, rooms, all orchestrated in an excellent manner by Arianna, I thank everyone on behalf of our group of 29 children and adults. Hotel in the center of Recanati. The renovated common areas not the rooms with dated bathrooms. The shower cubicle in my room was completely inadequate for an oversize person like me, in other rooms there were more accessible cubicles, it was enough to have a little more eye. I tried the restaurant and it was better.

Beautiful property in the countryside 5 minutes from Recanati, surrounded by many fields of sunflowers. Ideal for those seeking tranquility. Upon arrival we were greeted by Tommaso, the owner, who was very courteous and attentive. Being a local guide he gave us indications on the destinations to visit and also where to park ... every morning he makes available for all the vegetables from his garden...

Strategic position to visit the nearby Recanati, Loreto, Castelfidardo and to reach the various seaside resorts such as Porto Recanati, Numana, Sirolo. Quiet place in the hills, well ventilated (air conditioning present but not necessary), quiet and comfortable. Tommaso, the owner, makes you feel at home, well liked and welcomed like a longtime acquaintance. Stra-recommended.

Very nice and cozy place. Very strategic position for visiting the surroundings and a few kilometers from the sea. Tommaso the friendly and helpful owner. Recommended for those who want to combine the pleasure of the quiet of the countryside with inland excursions or trips to the sea.

The place is beautiful, characteristic, with attention to the smallest details, welcoming. Easily accessible because it is located on the Recanati-Porto Recanati state road. The value for money is very good. It is also possible to bring the Amici Pelosi, and then .... Chiara and Daniele are sweet and easy-going people!

The awesome couple running the joint are worth alone the visit. Yes you re in the middle of (beautiful) nowhere. But that means a blissful night of sleep. And that you won't starve, with the only pizza shop in the area a mere walking distance. The room is really no frills and w netflix a big bonus, perfectly adequate and even exceeding the price tag, in itself the selling point. On top of all this...

Owner is kind and very welcoming, exceptional cleanliness both room and bathroom, it seems to me that the bathroom is bigger than a double room, Mediterranean breakfast, 15 minutes by car to the Leopardi house!

The place is located in the countryside of Recanati. Silent place. Well appointed and clean room and bathroom. Welcoming and helpful owners, with excellent attention to the current anti-covid rules (disinfectants, masks available, sanctification). Hearty Italian breakfast, table prepared with care and attention to detail. You park immediately in front of the b & b. We will be back as soon as possible...

Lovely place, splendid passage, you can see Monte Conero on one side and the mountain on the other. The lady is affable and hospitable To recommend.

B&B nestled in the Marche hills a few km from Recanati and about 15 km from the beaches of Porto Recanati. The B&B managers are very courteous and attentive to any customer need. Pets Allowed. Lunch and dinner are not served but only an excellent breakfast made of homemade cakes, croissants, juices, yogurt, jams, fruit salad and more.

Courtesy and familiarity, beautiful location, tranquility of the area. It has a large garden where you can rest and a swimming pool.

Poorly maintained and a bit dirty! It is not bad at all, with a beautiful view and close to the sea. It would need more attention in maintenance and cleaning. Anyway positive experience.

The house is located in the open countryside so silence and nature are the masters, the options are minimal but you have everything you need to enjoy a holiday with serenity, highly recommended if you have children given the large green outdoor area, the place is very close to the town of Recanati and not too far from the sanctuary of Loreto.

We loved this place! It's what a B&B was born to be, an authentic experience hosted by locals. Daniele and BB were excellent hosts, very friendly, warm and welcoming. We felt at home. The place is incredibly spacious, clean, full of light. Air conditioning is available for hot nights. Walking distance from Recanati old town (less than 5 minutes), which in itself is a little jewel of a town...

We had a great time! Under the marvelous Recanati reachable on foot in 5 minutes, from where you can enjoy a spectacular view from the hills to the sea. In 15 minutes you arrive in Porto Recanati a few more for the Conero Riviera. Dear managers, Mr. Daniele has also fixed my slippers. We will be back!

Spent 3 weeks here as a summer vacation with relatives. Beautiful landscape and villa. View is very beautiful. Quite place. Perfect for escape from megapolis and its rumours. Swimming pool is ok. Service is ok. Though the oil they produce is very good.there is catering service. Tasty local products (salami, cheese) We spent at least 20minuts to get to the seaside. Villa has barbeque and pizza ovens...
