Hotel is a beautiful old building in the perfect location of old town. We reserved a room with the balcony and we were able to see miles and miles into Marche Valley. So breathtaking! Service was so-so for an infamous Italian hospitality, especialy when it came to the next day breakfast. We asked if we can take a table by a window, and were told "NO", - some are in a "stricly dining" area, and others...

SPLENDID hotel, impeccable in every sense. Friendly and welcoming staff, excellent facilities, superb service. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed and with breath-taking views. The location is fantastic, in a quiet and quaint street, a couple of blocks from the main square (Piazza Leopardi). Breakfast is of an excellent quality, with a wide selection of locally-sourced delicacies. A must-go to hotel

Stayed here for work. Rooms are clean and fairly priced. Parking is a little tricky and limited. Definitely pay for parking vs trying to find street parking.

Struttura pulita, staff gentile e professionale, colazioni varie ed abbondanti, dal terrazzo si apprezzava un bel panorama.

The rooms were nice. The fish dinner was quite good. All the food was fresh and local. The staff was friendly. And the croissant was just a perfect delight

We stayed 2 days with the structure for a sporting event.... we had the pleasure of being completely pampered by the professional, welcoming, kind service of the entire kitchen team, bar, restaurant, rooms, all orchestrated in an excellent manner by Arianna, I thank everyone on behalf of our group of 29 children and adults. Excellent location in the center with private parking. Excellent breakfast...

Hotel in the center of Recanati. The renovated common areas not the rooms with dated bathrooms. The shower cubicle in my room was completely inadequate for an oversize person like me, in other rooms there were more accessible cubicles, it was enough to have a little more eye. I tried the restaurant and it was better.

Hotel in the heart of Recanati where you can breathe peace and cordiality. Right from the call to book the room, the staff was more than friendly and this cordiality was maintained even during the stay. Spacious rooms furnished with solid furniture, as they once did. Very comfortable beds. Varied breakfast with homemade cakes. I really hope to come back!

Cozy and central place in the country, the staff is knowledgeable and kind. The breakfast is simple but plentiful. The reserved parking spaces in front of the hotel are very convenient. The bathroom lacked a shower and a curtain for the tub.

The room was immaculate and modern,we had a lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful marche countryside and a sea view to match the breakfast was plenty and varied and the hosts were very kind and helpful could have stayed a few more days but we were on a travel schedule would definitely come again if we were in the area as the hotel was very central for the town and seaside

The breakfast was lovely. They had a great selection of cakes. The staff were amazing and very quick and they were paying attention to the details. The room was a good size, split into sections by wadrobes so give us 2 little rooms with a bit of privacy.

Just perfect. Receptionist and everybody in the hotel shown high level of hospitality. Rooms are clean and freshly renovated. Beds are very good. Restaurant downstairs is just another excellent experience with the most tasty food I tried in Italy. Try deserts! Very much recommended!

Holiday hills, villages, sea. Enchanting place, among the cultivated and colored hills of infinity, near the village of Recanati, Loreto and 15/20 minutes from the marine beaches. The owners are kind, welcoming and attentive to the needs of the guest. Breakfast rich, plentiful and good. On request, in the evening, you can taste the typical dishes of the Marche hills, prepared and served by the owners...

Wonderful structure and location with large garden, family management of mother and daughter Room equipped with everything you need, and very clean. Rich and delicious breakfast buffet. Possibility to have dinner, with homemade products and excellent ingredients. In the garden you can make friends with the dog Meringa and Sally. Clean, air-conditioned rooms, favorable location, delicious breakfast, and then there is Paola who is an angel on earth, 5 stars on everything !!!!

The B&B a casa di Paola is a comfortable and very welcoming place, the room is well equipped and bright. Cleaning is good. The garden is very pretty, we will definitely return. Kudos to the staff!

Nice clean and welcoming place, Paola kind and helpful. The room had a very nice and comfortable balcony with a mosquito net. The bathroom products are fully stocked, even the hair dryer is present. We stayed on the top floor and there are stairs to climb, but they are large and suitable for children, we were even offered to put the safety gate. Comfortable bed and sofa bed.

Very nice and cozy, immersed in the typical hills of the brands. Quiet environment with very nice and friendly managers. Good breakfast with homemade cakes. The only downside is the price a bit 'too much.

It is cozy and very well cared for. An oasis of tranquility and offering easy access to the nearby town of Loreto and the Conero sea. The breakfast is delicious, with excellent cakes and homemade jams (strudel 10 and praise)! I stayed a weekend with friends and we'll come back to try the barbecue!

We loved this place! It's what a B&B was born to be, an authentic experience hosted by locals. Daniele and BB were excellent hosts, very friendly, warm and welcoming. We felt at home. The place is incredibly spacious, clean, full of light. Air conditioning is available for hot nights. Walking distance from Recanati old town (less than 5 minutes), which in itself is a little jewel of a town...

We had a great time! Under the marvelous Recanati reachable on foot in 5 minutes, from where you can enjoy a spectacular view from the hills to the sea. In 15 minutes you arrive in Porto Recanati a few more for the Conero Riviera. Dear managers, Mr. Daniele has also fixed my slippers. We will be back!

Lovely place, splendid passage, you can see Monte Conero on one side and the mountain on the other. The lady is affable and hospitable To recommend.

B&B nestled in the Marche hills a few km from Recanati and about 15 km from the beaches of Porto Recanati. The B&B managers are very courteous and attentive to any customer need. Pets Allowed. Lunch and dinner are not served but only an excellent breakfast made of homemade cakes, croissants, juices, yogurt, jams, fruit salad and more.

Courtesy and familiarity, beautiful location, tranquility of the area. It has a large garden where you can rest and a swimming pool.

Poorly maintained and a bit dirty! It is not bad at all, with a beautiful view and close to the sea. It would need more attention in maintenance and cleaning. Anyway positive experience.

The house is located in the open countryside so silence and nature are the masters, the options are minimal but you have everything you need to enjoy a holiday with serenity, highly recommended if you have children given the large green outdoor area, the place is very close to the town of Recanati and not too far from the sanctuary of Loreto.

Beautiful property in the countryside 5 minutes from Recanati, surrounded by many fields of sunflowers. Ideal for those seeking tranquility. Upon arrival we were greeted by Tommaso, the owner, who was very courteous and attentive. Being a local guide he gave us indications on the destinations to visit and also where to park ... every morning he makes available for all the vegetables from his garden...

Strategic position to visit the nearby Recanati, Loreto, Castelfidardo and to reach the various seaside resorts such as Porto Recanati, Numana, Sirolo. Quiet place in the hills, well ventilated (air conditioning present but not necessary), quiet and comfortable. Tommaso, the owner, makes you feel at home, well liked and welcomed like a longtime acquaintance. Stra-recommended.

Very nice and cozy place. Very strategic position for visiting the surroundings and a few kilometers from the sea. Tommaso the friendly and helpful owner. Recommended for those who want to combine the pleasure of the quiet of the countryside with inland excursions or trips to the sea.

Unique position to visit Recanati, very convenient for the parking lots below ... then with an elevator you can reach it ... and here appears the city and the walls that surround it ... professional staff that make you feel at home ... rooms very accurate .... very satisfied, we plan to return.

Nice apartment in the country,it was well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. S Patrick and his parents were great hosts. We had a amazing dinner with great Italian dishes.

Enchanting place, adequate accommodation structure, elegant and cared for in the choice of furnishings. Fantastic and varied cuisine. Kind and caring owners, especially Mrs. Germana and her son. Our stay was with a Smartbox and it was perfect which is rare.

A country house in Paradise..large bedrooms in this recently refurbished country house, in the middle of the x countryside, on the top of a Hill with a 360 view . Total silence in the night. We also had a very good , home made, typical dinner. We chose this location by chance and we are looking forward to coming back soon. Very friendly and kind owners

In the center of Recanati a jewel of the rich past of the city of the poet Leopardi, an ancient noble palace that makes us experience a dip in the past. Carefully renovated rooms, a garden overlooking the valley, large spaces and beautiful views, a gym, a well-kept breakfast and cellars dug into the tuff reminiscent of the Roman catacombs. I recommend it for a visit to Leopardi's hometown, to relive...

Very spacious and clean rooms, antique furniture. The staff is friendly and helpful, as well as the owner. I find it a little inconvenient to have breakfast times from 8.30 to 10.30, considering that people go to the sea it would be better to bring them up an hour. But cmq there is a kettle in the room and coffee / tea bags for emergencies of this type.
