We were guests last weekend. Beautiful suite with stunning views of the strait. Maximum cleanliness and high professionalism of the staff. We dined on the rooftop with a 5 star menu... excellent! Not to mention the fireworks over the channel... which made the evening truly special. Special applause to the team who showed honesty and absolute seriousness.

This is a good hotel. The staff are helpful and it has lovely views. Rooms a little basic, and need an update. Restaurant food was very good.

On water front, so is close to much to do. In fact the museum is right across the street with two very cool bronze statues. Food is served on 5th floor and there is a great view. Had breakfast there and it was very good ;plenty to eat and good quality. Would go back.

The rooftop terrace restaurant was a very pleasant spot for an excellent Sunday lunch of spaghetti with clams, mussels, and shrimp in a light tomato sauce followed by grilled octopus and a side of eggplant caponata. The views over the city combined with wonderful food made this meal memorable.

Great location, big rooms. The restaurant has was delicious and had great views. My husband left a sweater in the closet and the hotel contacted us and had it shipped to Florence. Absolutely amazing service.

This should be a 5 star hotel. The staff the location and the rooms were all perfect. Staff very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Front desk staff always polite and eager to help. Chris and his team at breakfast always greeted us with happy smiles and knew our coffee order. We had a fantastic 5 days there.

Great location right in the center and 3 minute walk to the beach. The staff was very nice and accommodating. They made a reservation for us at a near by restaurant and upgraded our room free of charge as a Christmas gift. The breakfast was very good too at the roof of the hotel. The problem with this being on the main street was the noise at night, it was 3:00 am and we could hear people talking outside

The overall atmosphere and look are nice. I honestly expected a bit more from this hotel especially because of the high price per night. We got a superior double, so far nothing special. i have yet to stay at the Ehotel but i will give them a 5 star for customer service...i had a bad experience with a 3rd party booking company to the Ehotel during covid.Ehotel tried everything to assist me in getting a refund even though they as well did not get any money for the booking.originally i was upset at Ehotel as well but soon realized they were the victim of this unethical 3rd party booking...

Used to be a very nice hotel, but is showing its age. A/C a bit noisy. Miss some regular bread for breakfast, but there are plenty of cakes and sweet croissants. Easy to walk to the university from here.

Great small boutique style hotel about 4 blocks north of Regio central main train station. Good value. Nice smaller bed. And it has a restaurant.

Lovely place, staff really helpful and it just had a really nice feel to it. Breakfast was plentiful. Secure parking. Cute little balcony with a view of Sicily. A stones throw from the town centre and amenities.

Excellent value for money. I wasn't expecting much for €20 but got a lovely room with balcony and the staff were very helpful with everything I needed. Will stay here every time.

A decent hotel. The location was perfect (great view over the sea and Sicily), but I think that some renovation and refurbishing could help. I won't complain over breakfast: we got a coupon for a local croissant around the corner. Above all, we found that it was generally worth the money. Not perfect, but safe for the wallet.

Small room and abit rundown, but clean and worth the ~30 EUR I payed for one night. The floor in the bathroom felt warmish so I think there was underfloor heating in there, appreciated in January.... Unexpected little place, simply perfect, tastefully decorated. Guests have access to all kinds of comfort, from ps4 to netflix, through the 5-star bathroom. Perfection sought and realized.not just the overnight stay but the whole side dish: advice on dinners, lunches, bars, ice cream parlors, granitas and excursions. Rare hospitality elsewhere. The city offers no comparable facilities. Breakfast is choice and quality. Difficult to park in the street but not far away is the seafront with enormous capacity.

This is my second stay here and I'm having a great time! Plenty of nice amenities (4k TV, PlayStation 4, Netflix - you name it) but the crown jewel is a top-of-the-line shower cabin - I highly suggest you to check it out on THM's website!
