Hotel Medinblu

Great location, big rooms. The restaurant has was delicious and had great views. My husband left a sweater in the closet and the hotel contacted us and had it shipped to Florence. Absolutely amazing service.

The rooftop terrace restaurant was a very pleasant spot for an excellent Sunday lunch of spaghetti with clams, mussels, and shrimp in a light tomato sauce followed by grilled octopus and a side of eggplant caponata. The views over the city combined with wonderful food made this meal memorable.

This should be a 5 star hotel. The staff the location and the rooms were all perfect. Staff very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Front desk staff always polite and eager to help. Chris and his team at breakfast always greeted us with happy smiles and knew our coffee order. We had a fantastic 5 days there.

Great location right in the center and 3 minute walk to the beach.
The staff was very nice and accommodating.
They made a reservation for us at a near by restaurant and upgraded our room free of charge as a Christmas gift.
The breakfast was very good too at the roof of the hotel.
The problem with this being on the main street was the noise at night, it was 3:00 am and we could hear people talking outside.

The overall atmosphere and look are nice. I honestly expected a bit more from this hotel especially because of the high price per night. We got a superior double, so far nothing special.
The staff is prepared, professional and very welcoming. I really appreciate that.
There is a beautiful terrace on top of the hotel where you'll have the breakfast but unfortunately it was very hot during the morning and no A/C or ventilation provided. The other bad note is that we got back to the hotel at night (11.45pm) we hoped to spend at least a hour at the terrace bar drinking some cocktails and experience the beautiful view but The terrace was close. A bit disappointing for an hotel that try to show an international approach and doesn't even keep the bar open until 1 am of Saturday night.

Fantastic rooms. Centrally located. Convenient for the whole town. Staff very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Lovely breakfasts beautifully laid out and served.

Awesome Hotel. The staff is extremely accommodating, very clean and recently updated. The rooms are perfect. The rooftop terrace has a great view of Sicily. Great location a block off the main street. Definitely cannot go wrong booking this Hotel.
