five days spent with colleagues in peace; hotel equipped with all comforts including the swimming pool. Excellent family management with lots of kindness and helpfulness but above all always with a smile.

Easter 2024: family-run hotel but to be the envy of large hotel chains.
Really satisfactory services, cleanliness and staff.
Overall I don't give 5 stars because the "Miniclub" service needs to be improved and better organized both in terms of spaces and activities: left to be managed by an inexperienced girl and with games and materials that are worn, old and kept haphazardly as if it were the "personal bedroom". ” abandoned.

For us now there is no better hotel in Riccione than this excellent staff and cleanliness, even the owner is fantastic and always available for any information. Extraordinary and scrupulous gluten-free menu. We'll see you soon thanks for everything

Pleasant discovery!!!! We stayed 2 nights full board for New Year's Eve and it was truly a great experience. Hotel with parking (excellent garage service 300 meters from the hotel), close to the beach and with a pleasant walk along the seafront of a few minutes you arrive in Viale Ceccarini.
Excellent meals served not at fixed times but over a wide time slot, varied and always replenished buffet, nothing is ever missing!!!
Large and spacious room and bathroom, we were 2 adults and 2 children and they reserved us a room with 2 separate rooms and even 2 TVs!!!! Excellent cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff...
We will definitely be back!!!!

We stayed in this hotel for the second time, since we had a good time the first time. The staff is very kind and helpful, from the receptionist to the waitress on the floors, to the waiters in the dining room. I put three stars because there are some sore points. We found the room a bit small and "lived in" (in particular, the air conditioning was old and the bathroom door was broken in) while the bathroom was very small. At lunch and dinner there is a buffet which in some cases is unclear as there are no notes indicating what the dishes consist of, as is the case at breakfast. As for the first and second courses, I was sorry to see more variety in the meat-based dishes than fish, the risotto alla marinara and the spaghetti alla pescatore had the same sauce, while for the second course I often and willingly saw fish au gratin. As for the swimming pool, it is heated, an excellent precaution since it is not exposed to the sun. Summing up, the price seemed a bit expensive for the stay.

A special thanks to the owner Laura, who has been working since 1994 and can be seen in terms of professionalism and sense of hospitality, she does her job with passion, something much appreciated by those who stay at the hotel to relax.
The structure has undergone renovation and modernization which brings the 3-star hotel up to current standards.
If we want to find some flaws: cleaning staff not always attentive and up to par (this does not mean that the rooms are dirty, on the contrary)
The lift is almost always busy and you risk waiting more than 5 minutes to get to the 4th floor.
Still adequate for a three star.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for a week in August.
I can only say that good! We had a great time: very kind and always available staff, clean rooms and excellent food! Abundant breakfast, nothing is missing! Excellent location, very close to both the sea and the center.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the storage within the room was nice so the room didn't get messy. Balcony was a a great touch. Bathroom was very clean. The interior decoration was very attractive. Great hotel

Good location, great service very small room! The hotel is in a very nice location, close to the beach and walking distance to the main shopping area. Service is great, very very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our room was very claustrophobic. Smaller than a cruise ship cabin! The spa is incredibly small, not worth the 25 euros entry fee. The steam room is big enough for 2 people. Looks a bit like an afterthought.

10 days spent with family. Exceptional hotel. Staff and owner very kind and helpful. The excellent kitchen. No negativity. Recommended hotel. We will definitely be back.
