Very friendly and welcoming staff. The room i stayed could have benefit from a facelift. The bathroom window was not functioning well. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

Staff, food, location, tidiness... everything was just perfect about the hotel. Highly recommended.

Great location. The old-fashioned style of the rooms not in line with the structure needs to be revised a bit.
Bad "double" bed made up of two singles and without even a double topper. Upon request for resolution, another mattress cover was added, which did not solve the problem.
A single lift is not enough, especially with a practically non-existent call logic (waiting record 11 minutes). A new lift will be added in the works during the stop.
The restaurant service should also be reviewed.
Good level of cleanliness and change of towels / sheets, superior to a classic 3-star hotel.

The hotel is located on the beach front and quite close to Viale Ceccarini.
The rooms are simple and well cleaned, some have a large balcony.
The reception staff is available and always ready to help.
The restaurant is a bit too crowded and the distance between the tables is a bit sacrificed.
