Apartment ok Large rooms and a nice terrace where you can eat Clean and in a good location, too bad the roads are not easy to walk. A flaw is the not very nice furniture: "ramshackle" shower cubicle and uncomfortable bed. The swimming pool is almost always deserted and equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs and showers.

View from the balcony is amazing. Room is very spacious, all the comfort is there. Parking is no problem just nearby. Hostess was very kind and helpful, same goes for the older man who helped us with some extra cutlery and a plate for the take away meal 😋

We have been there this August for two weeks, the residence are nice, environment is quite, good for families who want to have some natural silent and you can easy see the beautiful sunset everyday there. It is a very beautiful place, was with my camper there and it was such a nice few days. We spend a one week vacation at sole e mare camping place. The location is less than 50meters away from the beach. The toilets, washrooms and showers are new and very nice and clean condition. Each camping spot gets electricity and each camper gets access to a limited number of free warm showers daily. Wifi internet access is not free but very affordable. We stayed at the close in the middle week of August, what can I say? The location is an estate surrounded by greenery, the apartments are equipped with every comfort and the furnishings are new. The swimming pool is elegant and spacious. Gigi and Mario are welcoming and close to every need. A car is absolutely necessary to enjoy the holiday. Highly recommended!

Very nice area for a relaxing holiday away from the tourist bustle. Very good starting point to get to know the east of the island and the local beaches.

T’he place it’s amazing. Don’t expect anything luxurious if you understand luxury for service. It is the luxury of staying there.

In one word: perfetto! Amazing place, comfortable room, fantastic service; from the check-in flexibility to the delicious customized breakfast and the great restaurant and beach advice. Even during high season, Aloe Ranch is a calm place to unwind and still close to the hotspots and bigger crowds.

Laura was a wonderfully welcoming host, the room was perfect, location beautiful, and the breakfast was awesome. We had an excellent stay and would be happy to come back.

I go back there for the third time in several years during which it has not changed even if there is no longer Mr. Franco to help the owner with whom I had done so many chats, the place is rustic as is normal for a farmhouse but well cared for and above all the apartment always very clean. Excellent value for money and unfortunately for me the eastern part is the most beautiful of the island.

La Lecciola was a most pleasant surprise and the highlight of our stay in Italy; a true gem nested in the hills of eastern Elba, with amazing views and beautiful nature. We spent one week at Elba, lodging at the Agriturismo Lecciola, a beautiful property owned and managed by Giulia. The property is impeccably maintained, the apartments very clean and well furnished and equipped with spectacular view of the sea. Giulia and her family are very generous hosts and made our stay most memorable.

The chief who prepared the breakfast is a spectacular person. He patiently explains every item on the table, sometimes telling a story behind one particular dish. His passion and excellence can be seen and tasted. Upon checkout we even received a jar of his handmade peach jam. Thank you again. The staff was really helpful and professional.

Rooms are basic but comfortable and clean. The staff is very professional and friendly. Special mention to the breakfast where pastry level cakes and brioches are served. Recommended!

I can highly recommend this hotel it is absolutely lovely! All the staff are incredibly friendly and polite and the hotel itself is delightful and literally a 30second walk from tne marina itself! I stayed in room 305 which is probably the best room for a view! It has a little balcony terrace which you can sit out on and look across the marina! Stunning recommended!

Beautiful camping with a great host (Roland). The campside is in the middle of the forest in a very quite area. Close to the sea side, approx 500 meters.

I’ve been staying here twice and every time it has been a delight. I’ve been really impressed by the food they are serving now at their new restaurant and as well by the live music events. The host was always friendly and fulfilled any demand that we had. This is the right place to go if you are looking for a nice place to relax and as well if you like to go hiking. I am positive that I will be returning...

Beautiful campsite, relaxed vibe, clean sanitary facilities, very friendly staff and good food. Beware, the road to the campsite is gravel and on the camping itself parts of the road are very steep, specially when your tent is on the higher parts of the camping. We've made it with our "city"car, but 4 wheel drive is recommended!

Room service every day, clean towels, large bathroom (but the downside is not having a shower stall, it bothered me), amazing balcony view, very good breakfast. The path from the sea to the hotel is beautiful, there is a restaurant close by that is the best on the island. We had to check out at night because we left before breakfast, the person in charge left a bag with many delicacies for us to take...

Excellent location, very panoramic and in view of the beautiful beach of Baiano, strategic to reach coves and beaches. Very efficient and courteous staff, who go out of their way. Abundant breakfast, varied and attentive to all the nutritional needs of the guests. The furnishings and equipment of the rooms can be improved. There is no lift or the organization of a baggage transfer in the room.

Hotel for 2 stars very well equipped. Price is ,however, very high and place is hard to reach - especially if you rely on public transport: There are only 4 busses a day. Cleaning lady was annoying and entered several times our room even though we clearly stated that it is occupied.

Family run bed and breakfast a few 100 metres up the hill from Bagnaia beach. Simple rooms, clean with ceiling fan, tv, ensuite shower and toilet. Lovely family, all extremely helpful and spoke great English. Budget but fine for our purposes.

The annex for 8 is really an apartment for 6. But it's clean and has two bathrooms and an ok kitchen to make food and a spacious fridge. Great place, wonderful people. Fantastic animations, and great surrounding (mountains and sea). The only disadvantage is that everywhere is far. Nearest town is 3km from hotel. But you can always rent a car or scooter/motorbike

I have already returned to this hotel 2 times, a very peaceful and quiet place ... clean rooms, very kind staff and Luciano always ready to make guests smile .... I didn't put 5 stars just because they don't offer breakfast. ... so dear Luciano we will do 2 weeks if you insert the breakfasts .... highly recommended .....

Second experience. The residence is not excellent, but it is still very nice (still in line with the category and the price). Actually I noticed that they are renovating it slowly, the apartment I stayed in the first year is now renovated, but for now only those to be restored .. but it is fairly clean and in an exceptional location. The hotel rooms are adequately equipped and if something is missing, you can ask at the reception and it will be organized. Beautiful place full of palm trees and many different plants. Our lodge tent was super, swimming pool was great for us and for kids. Restaurant serves tasty food and the prices are ok. Elba island is also very green and beautiful place with lots of beaches, hills and trails. It was a perfect holiday there!!!

Such a lovely hotel and I believe probably the best place to stay on Elba! Gorgeous old world charm, nice rooms, great spot for aperitivo, and amazing beach. The beach and loungers make it so you’d never really need to leave the hotel! The water is nice and the beach restaurant is picturesque and great quality. The hotel was clean with a calm ambiance and all of the staff were professional, friendly and, those that could, made a great effort to speak English which we were grateful for. Quiet structure, with rooms set up with everything you need to be autonomous. Pay attention to accessibility as the driveway is steeply sloping. Given the secluded position with respect to Porto Azzurro, despite the possibility of taking a shuttle, it is almost essential to have your own vehicle.
