It‘s near the sea. Property is simple but very nice. Breakfast was delicious. The Staff helped with every kind of need and took great care of us.

Quiet location. Few minutes walk from the beach. Good breakfast and good value for money

Although the structure is dated they are making improvements for the modernization of the same. The service, cleanliness and food are comfortably in line with a 3 star, certainly well above a two star. We have been helped in the management of the movements (both inside the island and back to the continent) and we have also come against us for other small needs.

Very basic, but clean hotel. With a little more organization and a keen eye, it could receive an extra star. The spaces in the corner of the breakfast buffet are poorly thought out, because they do not allow access to more than two people at a time. We stayed a week, in a distinctly fake superior. Bathroom with persistent smell of cigarettes, bed (two singles pushed together) beautifully broken, sheets stained and never changed, never a sweep, even a full mirror and a basket would be missing. Well-stocked buffet breakfasts with really efficient and friendly staff. Ample parking, near the town center and the beaches.

We were on vacation for six days, as a couple, this summer: excellent cleanliness, friendly and always available staff; excellent cuisine and average portions. The quality / price ratio is excellent and even Cavo itself offers delightful tranquility for those looking for it, without giving up karaoke evenings in the clubs that are located a ten minute walk from the hotel. We will be back.

Breakfast and location was excellent. We loved our stay there. Everyone was so friendly and whatever we asked for was provided. The food in the attached hotel was excellent.

The hotel is located one hundred meters from the pier where the ferry from Piombino docks. The room we were given was large enough with a large wardrobe, fridge and TV. There is no air conditioner but the room is equipped with a ceiling fan which, at least in this period, was more than enough to not make us suffer from the heat. Unfortunately, a lot of humidity and mosquitoes due to the pine forest...

The hotel location is excellent, being on the sea front but the rooms are away from noisy traffic. Housekeeping is of a high standard. Breakfast is provided in a bright airy room or on a veranda. There is no bar or restaurant. Rooms are simple and adequate. There is a fan but the fridge is not good.

We stayed at the property in June 2022. We confirm everything that previous travelers have said: the place is nice and quiet, practically on the sea, the rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. The staff is very kind and welcoming, the abundant and varied breakfasts (sweet and savory for all tastes) We recommend it to everyone. We will definitely stay there again if we stay on the island again.

It can be reached in a few minutes from Cavo. Each apartment has a private parking for one car. The structure is beautifully maintained and cared for. Beautiful residence with apartments equipped with terrace with pool view table. Shared laundry with washer and dryer for € 3 each for use during reception opening hours. in minimal kitchen equipment. Provide sheets and towels. Far from the most beautiful beaches but perfect to discover also the woods of the island and the lesser known beaches.

Beautiful nature and near to a very good stone beach with really clear water. Cavo (the town in the near of Elbadoc) is a cute little town with really good pizza and crossaints.

Elbadoc is a great campground to stay at! It is slightly off the beaten path so is about a 15 min walk from Cavo, which isn’t an issue for going out and sightseeing for the whole day. Our site was private and surrounded by trees. The issue was that there were many noises throughout the night from stray cats in the area. The camping itself is quite nice, spacious places for your tent and toilets and showers are regularly cleaned (although smell a lot like a sewage), but there is a LOT of noice until late in the night, so do not come here if you want to get a good nights sleep.

Nice location right in the forest, nice little hut, very fun to stay for one night! The bathrooms and showers were however very very dirty.. That was a great shame!

I've been there a couple of times for work (social tourism). Five years ago, when the house was still furnished with dated furniture and we had the use of the kitchen all to ourselves, because it was the beginning of the season and it was just us, now I don't remember well, we were about forty people. And then two years ago , the house was already renovated and I found the mess hall, above all, furnished...

3 night accommodation..the facility and staff are welcoming. The room was basic but big .. maybe it needs to be updated a bit. No mosquito nets. Poa soundproofing. Good breakfast for the covid period. Central with cable, very convenient private parking.

Excellent holiday home the rooms are large and also recently restored. Modest prices, I was in September though ... breakfast is equipped with yogurt, fruit, biscuits, bread, cold cuts, cheese, then a machine for coffee and cappuccino and one for fruit juices. In short, in the end it is 200m from the beach and my family and I had a good time.

Priceless view, magnificent location in the tranquility of the green, where in the evening you can see a fairytale sunset and the flying of fireflies. For the first time I happen to find EVERYTHING in the apartment. We had a great week in Umberto's apartment. Breakfast and dinner on the large terrace overlooking the sea were beautiful. Umberto was super nice and not only gave us tips, but also lent us a parasol and made the children happy with delicious plums from the garden. Nisportino beach can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Great for snorkeling and swimming. There are also kayaks and pedal boats for hire...

We have just been guests of Umberto, an exquisite person, at Casa Lida. The apartment is very nice, functional, spacious and clean. The terrace is fantastic and allows you to enjoy beautiful sunsets. Quiet beach of Nisportino and excellent restaurant on La Battigia beach within walking distance. Unfortunately not very close to the market. Very happy.
