We stayed a week, in a distinctly fake superior. Bathroom with persistent smell of cigarettes, bed (two singles pushed together) beautifully broken, sheets stained and never changed, never a sweep, even a full mirror and a basket would be missing. Well-stocked buffet breakfasts with really efficient and friendly staff. Ample parking, near the town center and the beaches.

We were on vacation for six days, as a couple, this summer: excellent cleanliness, friendly and always available staff; excellent cuisine and average portions. The quality / price ratio is excellent and even Cavo itself offers delightful tranquility for those looking for it, without giving up karaoke evenings in the clubs that are located a ten minute walk from the hotel. We will be back.

Breakfast and location was excellent. We loved our stay there. Everyone was so friendly and whatever we asked for was provided. The food in the attached hotel was excellent.

The hotel is located one hundred meters from the pier where the ferry from Piombino docks. The room we were given was large enough with a large wardrobe, fridge and TV. There is no air conditioner but the room is equipped with a ceiling fan which, at least in this period, was more than enough to not make us suffer from the heat. Unfortunately, a lot of humidity and mosquitoes due to the pine forest...

The hotel location is excellent, being on the sea front but the rooms are away from noisy traffic. Housekeeping is of a high standard. Breakfast is provided in a bright airy room or on a veranda. There is no bar or restaurant. Rooms are simple and adequate. There is a fan but the fridge is not good.

We stayed at the property in June 2022. We confirm everything that previous travelers have said: the place is nice and quiet, practically on the sea, the rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. The staff is very kind and welcoming, the abundant and varied breakfasts (sweet and savory for all tastes) We recommend it to everyone. We will definitely stay there again if we stay on the island again.

It‘s near the sea. Property is simple but very nice. Breakfast was delicious. The Staff helped with every kind of need and took great care of us.

Although the structure is dated they are making improvements for the modernization of the same. The service, cleanliness and food are comfortably in line with a 3 star, certainly well above a two star. We have been helped in the management of the movements (both inside the island and back to the continent) and we have also come against us for other small needs.

Completely immersed in the green of the surrounding forest, a couple of km from the first beaches. Suitable for those who love being in contact with nature. Very nice apartments with kitchen (well equipped), great shower 🚿 large pool, great view and very quiet. Only our room by the pool on the ground floor is a little too insightful for the other house guests.

We stayed at the close in the middle week of August, what can I say? The location is an estate surrounded by greenery, the apartments are equipped with every comfort and the furnishings are new. The swimming pool is elegant and spacious. Gigi and Mario are welcoming and close to every need. A car is absolutely necessary to enjoy the holiday. Highly recommended!

We have been there this August for two weeks, the residence are nice, environment is quite, good for families who want to have some natural silent and you can easy see the beautiful sunset everyday there. The only problem internet connection is very very poor even you can buy an extra Gb connection from the residence but it may not function the same ( it’s happened to us). The chief who prepared the breakfast is a spectacular person. He patiently explains every item on the table, sometimes telling a story behind one particular dish. I can highly recommend this hotel it is absolutely lovely! All the staff are incredibly friendly and polite and the hotel itself is delightful and literally a 30second walk from tne marina itself! I stayed in room 305 which is probably the best room for a view! It has a little balcony terrace which you can sit out on and look across the marina! Stunning recommended!

I go back there for the third time in several years during which it has not changed even if there is no longer Mr. Franco to help the owner with whom I had done so many chats, the place is rustic as is normal for a farmhouse but well cared for and above all the apartment always very clean. Excellent value for money and unfortunately for me the eastern part is the most beautiful of the island.

We spent one week at Elba, lodging at the Agriturismo Lecciola, a beautiful property owned and managed by Giulia. The property is impeccably maintained, the apartments very clean and well furnished and equipped with spectacular view of the sea. Giulia and her family are very generous hosts and made our stay most memorable.

In one word: perfetto! Amazing place, comfortable room, fantastic service; from the check-in flexibility to the delicious customized breakfast and the great restaurant and beach advice. Even during high season, Aloe Ranch is a calm place to unwind and still close to the hotspots and bigger crowds.

We booked an 8 + 2 apartment, for two families. Cozy place and nice staff too. Nice and quiet place. The rooms were clean and very spacious. A gem were the two swings.

We stayed here for three nights. Finding this place was a bit of an adventure and we loved the views from the road on the way up and down. When we finally got there we had a warm welcome from Francesca and our room was comfortable and clean with lots of rustic charm. I especially loved the fruit trees in the garden, the lizards darting around, and most of all the pool which is a little piece of paradise...

Was here for a few days on my wedding trip. The location is amazing (and offers a thrilling uphill drive the first time you arrive) and Francesca was a charming and helpful host. Great place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Try their own vino rosso!

Apartment ok Large rooms and a nice terrace where you can eat Clean and in a good location, too bad the roads are not easy to walk. A flaw is the not very nice furniture: "ramshackle" shower cubicle and uncomfortable bed. The swimming pool is almost always deserted and equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs and showers.

First stop on our first holiday on Elba, a truly magical place. Peace and nature, just a dip in the pool, lots of hammocks to relax. And then the welcome from the truly exquisite owner, like the freshly baked croissants in the morning. Children happy to have been there and sad to have to leave after only one night.
