Amazing staff and food
Rooms are nothing to write home about, though they were very clean
Beds are a bit uncomfortable
Room service organized all my things every day lol
Super nice location just a 30 second walk from the main street

It is difficult to find the right words for an effective description of this hotel. Symbol of professionalism and customer care. The atmosphere is that of a family that pampers you and follows you 24 hours a day. Strategic location. Cleanliness and order guarantee a stay to be recommended and supported. Another strong point is the catering, suitable for all palates and always varied. It does not fear competition even in terms of quality/price ratio. To be recommended in complete safety.

Everything is fine, but they don't accept our little 4-legged friends in the restaurant. I had to cancel the pension, but only bed and breakfast, which they kindly served me on the hotel terrace - thank you! - even with the dog under the table. In this ... very kind

Great hotel in great location. Clean rooms, very kind staff, super abundant breakfast. The only flaw was the suffocating heat in the attic where we had the room, and for this reason there was no air circulation. I recommend leaving a fan in the attic rooms.

Excellent quality/price ratio: hospitality, courtesy and professionalism. Cleaning. Good cuisine and central location in the town. I regret the recent days spent in the structure, far from the exaggerated heat of Rome. Antoinette

Really nice hotel, excellent location, the soundproofing of the entrance doors to the rooms could be improved, otherwise it is a 4 star, excellent restaurant and breakfast, very kind and helpful staff, especially Franco who proved to be a huge help for a repair to a suitcase... familiar... the best for my tastes

We stayed in a quadruple room, with half board. Excellent value for money.
The hotel is located behind the Roccaraso train station, where it is possible to park. Arriving late in the evening, we were greeted by the smile of the very kind Mr. Frank. The next morning, an excellent and rich breakfast, sweet and savory. Very courteous and always available dining room staff. The room was comfortable and above all very clean (the cleaning staff is more than efficient). Excellent dinner. Every evening a wide choice of 3/4 first courses and as many second courses. Starters/side dishes buffet with a wide choice. The welcome and treatment of all the staff are not of a three star hotel, they deserve more stars for availability, courtesy and commitment to the activity they carry out every day. Also very welcome was the post-dinner entertainment with Alice's entertainment, never intrusive, which gives adults and children the opportunity to socialize in the hotel's large lounge. A card game room and a TV room are present for those looking for a little more privacy. Leaving was a great sacrifice.......we will definitely return. Thank you for the welcome Hotel Iris.

Typical mountain structure, warm and hospitable. Friendly staff and really good dishes. The only negative note is the lack of availability to park the car in the area. It will certainly be a point of reference for my stays in Roccaraso.

I have made several trips, but I have never ever found people of the courtesy that we found in this hotel, without exception. From the staff at the reception to the dining room staff to the ladies who take care of tidying up the rooms, without forgetting Alice!!
It really felt like family, a kindness never experienced before during a trip.
I'm just saying that on the last day, after leaving the hotel and taking a tour of the town, before setting off again we were looking for a place where we could prepare a simple plain pasta for the trip for our little girl... after a couple of refusals I called directly to the hotel asking them to do this courtesy, and not only were they very helpful, but they also offered it to us!
In all this let's not forget the excellent cuisine and breakfast, friendly entertainment and always clean rooms!!
When we return to Roccaraso, we will 100% stay there again

Located in the center of Roccaraso a stone's throw from the main street. Kindness and professionalism reign supreme. Cozy rooms with large bathroom. The breakfast is plentiful and good.
I highly recommend it.
