A very well organized hotel. We had a great time. Very clean and polite staff. You can enjoy free ride with the ski lift, free sun chairs and bikes. We had the fullboard's option, so everything was included ( except for the drinks), food was ok, fresh but slightly too salty... Overall,I would recommend this hotel.we will visit for sure again.

Very comfortable and welcoming hotel right on the piste with easy access to the chair lift . Excellent food and service for those who opt for mezza pensione with friendly staff. Also seemed to be plenty of entertainment for young children. One area for improvement, the changing facilities in the ski room were cramped.

Nice hotel in the Abruzzo National Park, "family" run, nice and well furnished rooms, kind and helpful staff, typical Abruzzo menu, also suitable for people with celiac disease (they were AIC certified but due to a mistake at the moment they are not) , they also have entertainment for the little ones. We had a great time and my celiac wife didn't have any problems.

We spent a very pleasant week in a comfortable environment suitable for a relaxing holiday. It's not a real 4 stars. It's costly, but the buiding is very old (fairly well kept, though), rooms are very basic and old, beds very tough, and service is poor - breakfast ends at 9.00, they are a little flexible but they are not happy.

Great place. Four of us (2 adults and 2 children) stayed for 6 days. Very big room with plenty of storage. Food was fantastic. Really convenient for nearby skiing. Entertainment for the kids was great, they loved it. Will be back next year, probably before!!

Stayed here on a ski trip, the pillows were pretty much a sheet in a pillow case. No microwave or fridge in the rooms. The dinner and breakfast were very good and the staff is friendly. Took quite a long time about 45 mins to check out . Just remember to bring your own pillow from home !

My wife and I have never been so welcomed at a hotel. We loved every minute we were there, they are so friendly. Our car couldn't reach their parking lot due to snow, but we called and they plowed the drive way for us and the lady walked out to where we were parked to walk us inside, Also a quick 5-10 minute drive to the ski area.

We spent a week here in January 2018 with our 21 and 20 y.o. daughters and son 16 and had a fabulous time. The warmth of the welcome, the wonderful staff, the home-style food (can you have too much truffle?), the skiing all made for a great family holiday. Excellent value and very highly recommended.

This is our 4th year in Roccaraso. This hotel is in the perfect location with parking. Hotel is basic, but very clean and comfortable with the best bar in the village attached to it. Lots of good restaurants within short walking or easy driving distance. The ski slopes are a short 10 minute drive away.

I hadn't skied for over 36 years but my daughter persuaded me to join my grandchildren and son-in-law to join them this February at the Roccaraso ski resort in the Apennines. We based ourselves at Rivisondoli, a fairly small centre but the experience was well worth it. The staff were just tremendous - friendly, understanding and very helpful - given my complete lack of vocabulary in the Italian language...
