Pleasantly positive experience. Not very modern but very clean rooms, equipped with a large balcony with clothesline, daily cleaning with change of towels and sheets which pleasantly surprised us for being a three star hotel. Very kind staff, very friendly and helpful. Homemade food but very good and in the right quantity, perhaps the breakfast buffet could be improved from which I expected more choice...

Hotel by the sea. Simple rooms but with everything you need and equipped with a large balcony. Simple but very refined cuisine. Staff in the room and at reception always friendly and helpful. So an absolutely positive experience

Evening as a couple in this beautiful restaurant in the hills just above Roseto degli Abruzzi. Chef Gabriele Feliciani great with his dishes. Great experience, we stayed with our Golden Retriever (Olivia) and it is a really pet friendly hotel, nice the possibility to use the pool for them and the possibility to wash them. Clean room, good and varied breakfast. We used the swimming pool for ourselves and it is very well kept. Great experience.

Excellent initiative what they do, we found ourselves in this hotel only because it accepted dogs. The room staff very kind, excellent breakfast. Poorly furnished 80's rooms quite clean. But for the cost of the room, all the furniture should be re-evaluated a little.

Very positive experience, what I was looking for for our canine. Note for the owners Adriano and Anto ... Central Hotel, Not very large rooms but well arranged, good cuisine, every day meat or fish menu, abundant fruit and desserts, portions a little scarce (but almost always at least for the first ones they are given back) .... the only thing is that you he starts at one and at 2.30pm he still doesn't get us up from the table! Spotless room, friendly and helpful staff. At breakfast the citrus donut is mandatory (made by the owner with oranges and lemons picked from the trees in the garden) simply "greedy"! The hotel is less than a hundred meters from the beach with two partner beaches. Ideal for a totally relaxing stay.

If you don't have too many pretensions and you like being with the family, it's the right place. Rosanna and her husband are two very nice people with whom to spend a few nice days.

Spent there just one night in February. Decent clean hotel, basic but good breakfast. Also nice wine in the evening, friendly staff, free parking. Possibly fantastic place to stay for your summer holidays. Located right by the beach.

Its okay rooms, outside looks like best hotel with 5 stars but room is not for 5 star and 4 star room is for 3 star hotel. Location is great. But the train is near and ever 5 to 10 minutes you hear the train and sometimes you cant sleep.

Definitely not a 4 star, to be very generous a poor 3. Kind staff sure, but you don't pay more for the staff, but for the structure and services. Structure flaws, old furniture, sparse and often not well maintained (a piece of the shower came off, the air conditioning was poor, the television showed only the 3 channels of the rai, in the bedroom there were only two beds and a locker, nothing else,...

Very nice accommodation. New equipment on apartments. Was very well cleaned on arrival. Only 50 meters from beach thru the small park (you don't need across a road). Hotel and restaurant managed by a young and dynamic team who demonstrate the desire to do well. Always available and attentive to customer needs. Well managed and welcoming rooms. The restaurant deserves more than a visit as it offers expertly used high quality products.

Finding a place where they know how to cook fish in an excellent way is rare ... this restaurant is a pearl !!! Both raw and cooked does not disappoint! Very kind staff, beautiful and elegant place !!! 10 and praise!

The structure as a whole is truly deserving. All the young staff are up to par for the category to which they belong, great professionalism and savoir-faire. Excellent cuisine and wine list, it will become our reference point for our new motorcycle trips.

Everything was great there, nice apartments, shops nearby, beach 3 minutes. center 4min.on foot. Recommended for families and couples as well as individuals. Recommendation, earplugs because of the railway at the back of the building...wink!

Excellent place! We stayed here for 6 months straight and cannot argue about anything. Rooms are spacious and nice, managers are superhelpful in any raised problems. Incredible location for summer holidays, since it’s 2 mins from the beach, bars, supermarket and restaurants. I definitely recommend visiting this cosy residence and eating in their restaurants, which serves tastiest Italian dishes.

STUNNING sea view apartment. We had a good time right away. The super clean structure and the apartment is equipped with every comfort and with a fully equipped kitchenette. Private covered parking. Definitely to return.
