Hotel Palmarosa

Pleasantly positive experience. Not very modern but very clean rooms, equipped with a large balcony with clothesline, daily cleaning with change of towels and sheets which pleasantly surprised us for being a three star hotel. Very kind staff, very friendly and helpful. Homemade food but very good and in the right quantity, perhaps the breakfast buffet could be improved from which I expected more choice. Very kind and knowledgeable dining room staff. Convenient parking on the seafront in front of the hotel. Very convenient location on the beach and close to the town center. To return.

We returned yesterday from our stay at the Hotel Palmarosa. A simple hotel where you can relax.
Excellent location on the seafront. The rooms appear to all have sea views. Ours (on request) was a frontal sea view, something I particularly cared about. The room was larger than I expected and, although not huge for four people, overall it was comfortable without that feeling of being on top of each other. The bathroom very small. The cleanliness of the common areas was good, but the room was less so. They complied with my request to clean the room within a specific time and I thank them very much for this.
Very fast restaurant service, menu with a choice of three first courses and three second courses with the addition of fruit and dessert twice a week, water and wine included. Pretty varied menu and the food was really good. Fully satisfied.
Ah...please. Replace the knives....they don't cut.
Fridge and paid parking on request.
Air conditioning: I didn't understand the criterion of the times of choice on when to turn it on (it was centralized) and unfortunately when it was off you noticed it immediately. Luckily these days it wasn't as hot as previous weeks and so it was bearable but still when it was off it was hot.
Overall nice and pleasant but with a little something to review. I would happily stay here again.

The room facing the sea is large, bright and always clean thanks to the girls. The owner resolves any uncertainty with calm and dedication. Good food and the beach is quiet and tidy. Our booking was random but we will be back. A thousand thanks.

Very comfy rooms and the host Alessandro was amazing in giving us advice and making our stay more suitable.

Structure somewhat dated, but overall clean and welcoming, the wonderful staff, the waiters ready to pamper you and to satisfy every request, the owner Giovanni always present and available to guests, both before arrival, I wrote a thousand messages and always friendly and punctual answered all my doubts, that during the stay in the hotel .... Parking inside the hotel, left the car stationary for a week, since the hotel is on the beach front walk along the seafront .... So location of all envy, also considering the proximity to the "national" so close to any type of need .... We are already thinking of returning in late summer a few days ....

We stayed a week in this simple but clean hotel, Mr. Giovanni and his sons always present and professional.
Strategic position facing the sea, a beautiful promenade where you can enjoy beautiful walks and bike rides along the cycle path.
The clean rooms with air conditioning and TV, one small flaw is the lack of a curtain on the window, because having a house in front of us, we always had to lower the blind to change.
The guys in the room were simply wonderful and professional, we had Enrico, who never failed to joke to make the stay welcoming and familiar, never lacking in great experience, surprising speed and a memory in habits to pleasantly surprise us.
The kitchen expressed great experience and love in the dishes, congratulations to the cooks who always offered different dishes, very much appreciated the always different and fresh fish.The first an attack on the diet, in fact in the end I gave in, too good ... the right portions, maybe a little more vegetables .. A beautiful stay for our family, we will definitely come to visit you.

I stayed with my family in this hotel and I was certainly impressed by the strategic position of the hotel in front of the sea and above all the restaurant staff, from the maitre Valentino very serious and demanding during work but the smile of his eyes reveals her personality, the friendly, professional and quick waiters in their job, and the cook who proposed dishes that we liked very much, especially having a little girl who is a bit capricious in food, were perfect. Excellent portions: you can choose whether to take full portion, half portion and child portion to not throw away the food. A special thanks goes to Pasquale who has made a breakthrough in the hearts of our children and consequently in ours. Pasquale is good and quick ... I was also struck by the fact that since my daughter is a bit fussy with fruit (perhaps like all children) instead of melon he asked me if she preferred something to do eat her a fruit too (the apple was the perfect solution) !! So much attention to the youngest guests deserves a lot of respect .. take this into account! Something that another waiter has never proposed anything about it ..
Hotel a bit 'to be concerned with regards to the air conditioning 😔 that alas it did not work and not working for more than three days is serious! The small garden immediately upon entering is beautiful, I found it simple and delicious, it makes you want to come in, sit at the tables and have a drink. Small reproach on the welcome ... It is right to be serious and meticulous in carrying out one's duties, but a smile is fundamental and also to create a warm atmosphere. I hope you take it as constructive criticism to improve. I didn't feel like giving less than 4 stars because there are more positive things to take into consideration. I will be back together with my family again.

We stayed for 10 days in this hotel ... excellent value for money and I recommend it ..... The guys in the restaurant are quick and courteous ... I have to congratulate Enrico ... he served us at the table .. Professional Really efficient and kind nice person ... I recommend a stay at this hotel
