The resort is secluded and unless you have your own car, it is not worth going around the area. This resort is good for families with children as there are lots of activities for them. The beach is very good and the sea very clean and clear.

This is my second time at this resort. It is so peaceful, surrounded by trees. Beach is amazingly beautiful. Pools- you are spoilt for choice. The animation team is great!!!We had a soft spot for Tommaso, he was so humble and kind and funny ...but truly all of them were great 😁 The staff at the pool bar were always gentle and professional too. Perfect place if you want to relax, especially with kids...

We spent one week here. We stayed at the bungalows in the garden and had noisy neighbours who used to smoke outside. The food was ok, there were things that were very good and things less good. I did find the buffet a bit boring and repetitive. The staff was quite nice and friendly, the entrateinment team was good and always smiling. The Reception and check in were terrible. Really bad organised...

- No iron but they stated in their website each room have some iron. - Quality of food was mediocre, especially for the breakfast variety of healthy options were low (more carbs and sugary options than protein and veggies for breakfast). - there were no tea/coffee maker in rooms. - they said tap water in rooms are not drinkable but they did not reload bottle of waters in room as well. - some staff...

Very nice, well-maintained complex with lots of greenery. Kindest staff ever! A shuttle to the private beach section is provided - a great service also. The only negative point for us: We eat vegan and vegetarian. Even though the quality of the food is very good, there is unfortunately little choice for us. Grazie per la bella vacanza.

Bellissimo appartamento, fornito di tutto, cose per la spiaggia, giochi per bambini e tutto il necessario e anche di piü per cucinare. Siamo stati 10 giorni inizio giugno e l´ appartamento e´ sempre stato molto fresco, nonostante i 30 gradi, un piacere. Si raggiunge la bellissima spiaggia in 5 min in macchina (siamo sempre andati in macchina!) e si puö tranquillamente parcheggiare vicino alla spiaggia...

The accessibility to the beach was unique, there was basically only one step to the beach. In this sense, you can easily configure your day around time on the beach with stops at the hotel, to rest or go to the toilet.

Nice stay. The receptionist is really helpful. She studied history of Sicily and can tell you a lot. The owners give their best. Sampieri is awesome.

It is as wonderful as everybody says, and some more:) On the other hand, be aware and accept, that you are in the middle of nature, and there might be some uninvited guests like mosquitoes, flies, ants, etc. The dogs are very cute though:)

After spending 7 days here, I can’t recommend it highly enough. Dimore del Valentino is an absolute gem of a place, run by a really kind, friendly family on their eco-conscious cactus farm. We stayed at beautiful dimore del valentino for one week. Its such a nice environment and the whole estate is just wonderful. The pool area is very luxurious and the breakfast was also very nice with homemade changing dishes every day. The room we stayed in was spacious with a kitchen and all neccessaties. There are also animals on the farm and you can wander around the cacti farms. Would return anytime

Best place to stay! including a fantastic breakfast, great owners, personal approach and a stunning view, there for is the beach really nearby and lots of town to explore in the vicinity.

The Poggio Bellavista is a perfect base from which to explore the southeast of Sicily. Bernhard and Dora are very attentive and friendly hosts, where we immediately felt comfortable. We chose the half board, because we did not want to search for a restaurant in the evening with the motorcycle. Everything was perfect! Lot of attention for cleaning both internal and external areas. Central position at 200mt from the main beach. Residence is very quite and is perfect for a relaxing holiday with families and little ones. Staff was just perfect! The apartments have A/C and are fully furnished with everything you could need for cooking and cleaning. We will definitely come back there next...

I’m from the UK, fantastic value for money beautiful pool, so clean and well kept, black out blinds, air con. Very safe environment all gated, staff were so lovely and had great English. Excellent structure 500 meters from the beach of Marina di Modica. All new and recently renovated. Spacious, clean rooms, equipped with TV, air conditioning, fridge and large and comfortable bathroom. Large shared lounge with tables for dining and a kitchenette available for cooking. Cleaning of the rooms and change of towels every 3 days. Recommended.

Large and modern designed room, the rollaway bunk bed was fine even for two teenagers. A large terrace for the ground floor rooms. The reception staff is friendly and speaks good English. Delicious breakfast. The road between the sleeping and restaurant/pool facility didn't seem like a problem. Beautiful and clean beach.

Rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated. Spot clean. The beach was brilliant and quiet. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the staff always helpful and smiling ready to make your stay perfect. We most definetly recommend it and will come back here if ever around in Sicily. It was great to have a car to visit the towns and historical heritage around, but the resort could organize visits...

A nice resort to stay. Free public parking just a stone throw outside the hotel. Covered private parking was €18 per day. Spacious room, spacious green, spacious relaxing area with benches and umbrella (~€30). Attentive and helpful reception and restaurant staff. However the air-con system was centralised and was not easily adjustable. We had a hot bedtime. Sand was found covering on the lounge bench...

Excellent stay, would go there again! Spotless rooms pleasantly decorated, great amenities and the most comfortable bed ever! The breakfast buffet was more than plentiful, the staff very professional and thoughtful and the beach amazing. Highly recommend it!

Nice location near the sea, the house is very clean and owner of Residence was very kind and always availble. There was private parking of apartment and private access for each house. Accomodation was clean and I enjoyed my vacation. I highly recommend :)

Sicily is a land rich in experiences, a crystalline sea, the smell of jasmine in the streets, varied cuisine and always surprising ... but Sicily above all persons and Graziano, the owner of the bnb "On the Sea" made one our way making us feel at home, taking care of our every need and letting us know the real Sicily, not that of the cards, but one made of kindness, not beaches stormed by tourists...

For those who like tranquility it is the ideal place, nice rooms and very nice garden and cared for. A stone's throw from the sea, great breakfast, the landlord very kind person and always available. We will be back !!

Love the place, the setting. The host is super nice and welcoming. I recommend this place to someone who is looking for quiet location, far away from tourist towns, has a car and..enjoys the sea that is 30-40m away. The rooms are well equipped.
