Without a doubt a stunning location and beautiful property (exterior). Rooms and breakfast felt as thought they fell short of the price point being charged. Room was dusty, ac temp was controlled by reception and shower was very small and did not drain. If you are after a beautiful location and facilities this property is great. the whole experience was unforgettable. An enchanted place of incredible beauty. I would like to make a special mention of Agostino's massages. He has magic in his hands. during the massage I had visions, like those you have during meditation and he was so good that at a certain point I had the sensation that there were three people massaging me instead of one.

Fantastic structure, it's the third time I come and I have to say that it's difficult to find such beautiful and complete spas! Only criticism is that some details (see sinks and bathrooms) are starting to show signs of age, they should be updated The restaurant is also excellent

Many hotels in Tuscany were closed and it was hard to find this one. When I checked in, the waiter introduced that it was left by the Medici family. There was also a picture introduction. It was an unexpected surprise. The room was fully heated and spacious, and the window opened to see the valley view. Check in There is a welcome card and gift box on the day, and breakfast is available.

We chose this accommodation as it is just a few minutes to the Fondeverde Spa. Very impressed with accommodation, restaurant and cafe on site. The hosts were very accommodating and pleasant.

We dined at the restaurant. Great food, lovely service and nice Antinori Chianti Classico to drink. It was busy (Saturday night) and I think reservation in advance would be prudent. Highly recommended, we will return if in the area again.

It is a large table for the whole family, which guarantees tranquility and hospitality. Excellent service, courteous and communicable and very nice staff. Simple and very good cuisine. Well managed space with different pools and an amazing park where you can relax. Most of all is really clean and well maintained. Water make your skin softer, I don't know if it is thermal but I felt like this nice effect. I would surely recommend

Nice camp ground. We have been there for two nights with our tent. They have a lot camping spots there and also a nice grass area where one may camp. In September there weren’t many people so we had free choice for our spot. They have three pools but when we were there only one was open. The pool area looked a little outdated and might need some renovation. All other facilities are in really good shape...

Excellent camping place. Areas are spacious and there's lots of green decoration. Toilets and showers are very good, no coins needed. Three swimming pools offer sufficient options. Big playground areas, and a nice historic village within 5 minutes walking distance. Restaurant has big menu and decent prices. The surroundings are perfect for hiking and cycling.

Pucci makes you feel like part of the family with her generous manner and amazing food. The apartment was tidy and comfortable for all four of us to relax. The close towns of Pitigliano and Orvieto offered exploring and countryside to view close at hand. Loved our cooking lesson and meal with wines selected from the region. We'll be back again.

I loved the stay here. The owners are lovely and the food is among the best I tried in Italy. It was nice to have different and delicious alternatives than just pasta. Is In fact an unique experience, in every sense. The visit to the castle is something that adds value to the experience and what better guides than the owners themselves :) We will come back.

A beautiful property. We stayed in a little apartment, our breakfast was delivered to our room in the morning. The owners are a lovely couple, very welcoming. The hotel's pool and restaurant are an oasis in the forest just below the wall. The only drawback was no AC when we stayed in July, but they do have heat for cold weather visits.

This place is amazing. Such a great vibe beautiful people and amazing service. I couldn’t imagine better place to stay. Julia was the best and her service and appearance is incredible. She was super professional and kind. I highly recommend this place!

Gorgeous venue and gardens. Outside restaurant provides stunning views and ambience. Staff attentive and polite. Food was well presented as you would expect from a smart hotel (hence a bit pricier than other restaurants we visited) but had more of an "International" feel to it and was short on the Italian authenticity found in some of the other local restaurants.

I give them 3 stars because of the restaurant. The hotel is really nice and front desk very helpful. But watch out with the bill of the restaurant. They tried to add a 45 euro bottle, when we realized, they change it, but they didn’t even say sorry.

A great place to stay and explore the area. The building is well maintained in a very quiet area. Talking a morning walk in the surrounding fields was great. Distance to Orvieto and Perugia made it simple day trips. Above all was the service and the great hospitality.

Decent, cost effective place, not far from the hot water springs.

We stayed one night while passing through the area. The hotel has free onsite parking. The room was clean and comfortable. There was an Italian breakfast included with coffee, juice, an assortment of brioche and baked goods, yogurt, fruit and a small assortment of meat and cheese. We had everything we needed for a nights stay.

We stayed for one week in Hotel Fabbrini in Abbadia San Salvatore, situated near the old city center. It had a big parkingarea. The rooms are large, good beds and shower. There is an excellent breakfast buffet, free wifi. Personel is very kind and did there utmost to make our stay a very pleasant one. Highly recommend this hotel and hope to return next year. Great hotel! Located in the center of the town with its own parking area. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are comfortable and big. There is a great breakfast witch is served every morning with various juices, cakes and coffee. They also serve lunch and dinner and it is nice to have a beer in the evening at the bar. This is great hotel, very nice staff and O.K food, although too much of it. 3 courses would have been better than 5! The only real problem was that the doors were very noisy and there are no carpets. We were therefore woken up at various intervals by people coming and going.

This hotel in Chinciano Terme is a good hotel with great views of the Tuscan landscapes and the old town. Roof top pool area has great views.
