It is a beautiful hotel with fantastic views of the Passeier Valley. The Kronhof is a very nice, clean and lovingly run hotel. In none of my holidays in South Tyrol have I experienced such warm friendliness. The food not only pampers the palate, but also the eye. All of this can be found in a wonderful landscape with countless hiking tours and breathtaking summit views. You arrive at the Kronhof and are at home.

We came later at night, got a spacy room, and we're server 3-course dinner. We have ordered local red vine - very nice, strong but without the strange after taste. Beautiful views on mountains. Can recommend.

We were very late on the motorbike. Nevertheless, the boss welcomed us warmly and gave us valuable tips. The room was absolutely clean and the mattresses on the beds were just great. The morning started with a super breakfast buffet and the staff were "real hosts". Gladly again on our next tour. We felt very comfortable.

Amazing host, scenic views of the mountains(Dolomites) and villages below. The rooms were very clean and cozy, giving the full mountain wooden cabin experience. Amazing food (the tagliatelle with fresh mushrooms picked from the forest was one of the best plates I've had in my life!). Breakfast included, indoor swimming pool on the lower floor, honestly this place is undervalued and underpriced.

Stay at the fuerstenhof for a week with 55 school kids, couldn't of been happier with the service and the rooms, the staff were helpful especially with kids with alergys, food was lovely, lots of pasta,ravioli,salads,and the kids fav was the chicken, pizza and chips. A small, family-run house with a very good restaurant and service! Very comfortably furnished, two pools, sauna and beautiful relaxation rooms. Everywhere are baskets with fresh, very tasty apples! The breakfast was exceptionally good, the room was beautiful with an extraordinary view on the mountains. Furthermore very clean and a lot of facilities in the hotel (pool, sauna, ...). We were accompanied by our dog who was treated equally well.

Our third vacation in the Winzerhöhe was also wonderful. Monika and Markus are very nice and unobtrusive hosts. The Winzerhöhe is a place of rest and relaxation. The weekly menu was a highlight again this year. All of our expectations were met again. We would love to come back.

Cozy residence, with a beautiful view of Scena. Hard to find the residence at night though, as you have to go up a small road hidden in the darkness. You can always play with the dog in the morning, or relax in the jacuzzi at night, looking at the stars.

Simply a super family hotel, the location, the facilities and the service leave nothing to be desired. The food is great, be careful holiday belly danger. A good accommodation for travelers in the Passai valley at the gates of Merano and still village-like. Owner-managed with very friendly staff. Quiet beautiful rooms with a great view at a reasonable price. What more could you want - we'll be back.

A beautiful pearl on the sunny slope of Schenna. The food is a pleasure at star level and that as half board. Incredibly nice and committed hotel owners in a family atmosphere. Just great. Rarely do you experience such a warm and uncomplicated treatment as a guest in an owner-managed hotel. When we asked what was worth seeing in the area, we were told with heart and soul what you can do and what is particularly worth seeing. We had a very enjoyable stay during the winter holidays. Our room was spacious, clean and modern. The bathroom and kitchen area are fully equipped. There's also a private pool, which is perfect in the summer.

I write for the restaurant: A good restaurant in the center of Scena. Waiting time is average (with full tables) and food is Italian/Tirolean with some revised. They talk in German and someone maybe will not understand very well (an example my beer: I asked a small beer and they sent me a big beer……they want to make me drink : “ Bier her Bier her oder ich fall um” is for singles and families. We received a very warm welcome. We stayed for 1 week in a small but nice and clean double room. The water carafe in the room was refilled every day. Incredibly warm staff. Great view. Pool and spa area super nice. The food was not much in the evening but of the best quality. Breakfast has great variety and was a treat. You could borrow hiking maps, rucksacks and hiking sticks. Perfectly central in Schenna, everything is easy to reach and yet quiet on the sunbathing lawn without noise. Clean, cozy and well-kept ambience.

Well furnished rooms, very nice owners and nice hiking trails in the area. There is a deduction for the high volume level due to the location on the main street. The heat accumulated in our room under the roof, but sleeping with the window open was only possible to a limited extent due to the background noise.

Excellent structure 10 minutes by car from Merano. The apartments are warm and welcoming, equipped with a small kitchen with the necessary utensils, a dishwasher, a small refrigerator and a small electric stove. Comfortable and very large bed. Friendly staff, helpful and a little clumsy with Italian. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in peace and without spending too much.
