It is a beautiful hotel with fantastic views of the Passeier Valley. Friendly and excellent staff, spacious rooms, a good SPA with infusion sessions, extensive breakfast and dinner,... the cake in the afternoon is also a nice extra.
Nice location for all kinds of activities: walk in the Passeier valley, cycling to Merano, visit to Bolzano...
We recommend the hotel to everyone!

We were here for a long weekend in autumn 2018 and were delighted. The hotel is ideally located, looks high-quality and modern without losing the local flair. Special highlights for us included the great room with the huge terrace (Bad Fallenbach Suite), the quickly accessible, free underground car park, the great food in the morning, at lunchtime and in the evening, the beautiful and large wellness/pool area and the large play area for children (including a climbing wall for children). We had a really great few days and will definitely come back!

cleanliness and service, discreet but attentive. The sauna in the woods is excellent. Excellent starting point for excursions both on foot and by bicycle. We could aim for 5 stars by improving the afternoon buffet (some soup or salad), enlarging the buffet area which at times is chaotic and with little information. Improving the welcome and the check out time! But above all by moving the entire wellness area into the woods. But we hear they are working on it…. Advised

It should be absolutely like this everywhere, and maybe there won’t be a secret anymore.? Great hotel with great people, service - front desk, everything was very uncomplicated and very pleasant. The spa is very well done. with forest sauna/indoor and outdoor pool with good temperature. the kitchen is also TOP! Portions are just right / l. Go there! .. it's worth it. LG N&J

Very modern, brand new house, beautifully decorated, great pool that makes swimming an unforgettable experience! Very modern rooms with modern bathrooms, walk-in showers and comfortable beds suitable for sleeping. Wonderful service, all wishes are fulfilled, young team. Activities with guide Christian are sure to go hand in hand with the fun and enjoyment of hiking. Mostly very nice guests, as well as a very young audience. A very attractive house for us, we will happily return to this beautiful place any time!

Excellent cuisine and selection of fine wines. Cheerful and attentive staff. A beautiful building with a natural waterfall next to the sauna.

Great modern hotel - fast and professional check in, spacious and large rooms, great food (buffet breakfast, 4 course menu in the evening) and a beautiful, spacious wellness center with outdoor pool, forest sauna and waterfall.
