Clean and basic. Was expecting more from the website pics. Beds not too soft. But great pool views although everyone must wear a swim cap and rental towels cost $5. Lobby had a musty smell, not horrible but noticeable. Room was heavily perfumed with something you might smell at Grandma’s house. Location is good. Landscape to ocean and Temple Valley. Rooms could be better. I went there during the low season, November, so I can be under wrong perspective.

The hotel was great. Good breakfast. And nice workers. The only problem was that it seemed like the walls were thin with no insulation. We couldn't hardly sleep at night because all we could here were our neighbors on both sides of us. And above us.

Enjoyed this hotel, pool area is fabulous, rooms are great, and short walk to quite a few cafe's and restaurants. The staff are a little unfriendly, not rude, but don't seem to like their jobs much. Food and drink are expensive.

The hotel makes the first impression like incredible place to stay. But then you realized that it’s not at all. We had the horrible smell at the bath all stay long. And than this strange organization of the beach - every morning you need to fill in the form to take a coupon which than you exchange to the sunbeds and umbrellas. We had a great stay! Someone helped us with our bags from the parking lot to the reception. We got a welcome drink. We had a nice balcony. My only complaint would be the walls were a little thin so you could hear a lot but it's very typical of Italy. We enjoyed a nice massage in the spa. A very unexpected find!!! Service is a first class! Staff is top notch!!! Place is historic and very well maintained, with a beautiful views, gardens and backyard! Breakfast is fantastic, all fresh, local and organic! Climb to the watch tower for even better views of the Valley of the Temples, sea and local farms! True gem!

I absolutely loved this place. The gardens are AMAZING, within about a mile of the temples/ruins, the breakfast was lovely and the staff was so friendly. Parking on site for free and rooms spacious.

We were guests for four nights in this beautiful villa and we didn't want to leave. The apartment is large, beautiful, clean and well equipped with everything you need. Welcoming and well-kept location, very spacious and with a beautiful sitting area overlooking a magnificent garden. The owners are exquisite and always available for every need. Very close to the valley of the temples and the sea. We will definitely be back !!!!!

We really can't recommend this place enough! The owners were absolutely fantastic from start to finish, their hospitality was a gift. The apartment was spotlessly clean, on site parking is available. You will need your own transport to get around but if you are booking this place we think you know that anyway. The restaurants in the locality are great and the beach is beautiful. Exceptional is to say the least, very clean, beautiful both the rooms where you find fridge, coffee and tea machine plus all the products for the bathroom, (which is cleaned every day, and the shared kitchen with every dish washing machine included. It was a very nice accommodation with good breakfast. There were a few good restaurants nearby. Only acros the street ther was a fair with many lights and kids. Also ther was a beach club who trew great party's but they went on till 4 Am in the morning. You could hear it from inside the room so it was difficult to sleep.
