Really nice hotel with pool and bar. Friendly, helpful staff, nice room. Restaurants were a bit far away though.

Very good ratio quality price. Btw itself it's a full 3 stars. Services are a bit rough but staff is very gentle.

As usual we enjoyed out stay in Villa Carlotta like 2 years ago. Fausto and his daughter Carlotta are very welcoming and the place is very nice with a big swimming pool where children enjoyed so much. When we come back to see our family in Sicily we'll choose Villa Carlotta again without any doubt.👍👍👍

Best hotel we had in Sicily. Combine the advantage of the confort of an hotel with the small size and personnalised approach of a Bed and breakfast. The kids loved the breakfast and the owners are always available to help. Lovely people, the kids loved it. The room are very confortable, we slept very well with top bed Thanks again for this wonderful stay!!!

A mix of good and not so good. The good: well maintained pool, generous continental breakfast, adequate parking. Ditto internet. The not so good: waiting almost an hour for the owner to open the front gate set a less than happy arrival. The room was sparsely furnished, and had an adjoining balcony with small table and chairs to sit outside slapping at mosquitoes. The fridge was turned off and found...

For something outside the major part of the city it was fantastic. Great beds that were amazingly comfy, good open rooms with our own outdoor area. The bathrooms were clean and good. The pool looked amazing and breakfast was pretty good. Overall, for a last minute booking especially it was very comfortable and good value

The guesthouse looks simple from the outside, but inside we had a surprisingly nice room with a large bathroom. The staff was very kind and helpful. You just have to walk across the road to the beach, where you get sunbeds and umbrellas (included in the price). We also had dinner there, it was delicious. Thank you for everything!

A very unexpected find!!! Service is a first class! Staff is top notch!!! Place is historic and very well maintained, with a beautiful views, gardens and backyard! Breakfast is fantastic, all fresh, local and organic! Climb to the watch tower for even better views of the Valley of the Temples, sea and local farms! True gem!

Comfortable, clean. Great potential view at night from restaurant obscured by bright inside lights but food was good. A bit pricey for Sicily.

A beautiful boutique hotel with views to the temples at Agrigento, excellent service, and wonderful food.

I absolutely loved this place. The gardens are AMAZING, within about a mile of the temples/ruins, the breakfast was lovely and the staff was so friendly. Parking on site for free and rooms spacious.

Clean and basic. Was expecting more from the website pics. Beds not too soft. But great pool views although everyone must wear a swim cap and rental towels cost $5. Lobby had a musty smell, not horrible but noticeable. Room was heavily perfumed with something you might smell at Grandma’s house. Had to open the balcony doors for a few hours which let in mosquitoes. But I did enjoy the sound of the ocean...

The hosts were beautiful people & extremely friendly and helpful. The unit was very large & fitted out like a normal house. Breakfast was fine & it was great being able to park on the property

We were guests for four nights in this beautiful villa and we didn't want to leave. The apartment is large, beautiful, clean and well equipped with everything you need. The terrace offers pleasant moments of relaxation. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and for breakfast we had snacks, jams, biscuits, fruit and much more. Messrs Ninni and Marilena made us feel at home and their kindness...

Welcoming and well-kept location, very spacious and with a beautiful sitting area overlooking a magnificent garden. The owners are exquisite and always available for every need. Very close to the valley of the temples and the sea. We will definitely be back !!!!!

Beautiful place with attention to detail.

We really can't recommend this place enough! The owners were absolutely fantastic from start to finish, their hospitality was a gift. The apartment was spotlessly clean, on site parking is available. You will need your own transport to get around but if you are booking this place we think you know that anyway. The restaurants in the locality are great and the beach is beautiful. Highly, highly recommended

Adriana was very friendly and gave us many information about sicily and their culture. The beach was very close and one of the best we visited during our stay in sicily.

Friendly, modern B&B Very well kept and tidy B&B, run by the most attentive and friendly host you'll ever meet. Breakfasts tailored to your tastes, we were provided a range of local cakes, pastries, fruits and savouries, all for breakfast! We were also provided with locations and attractions to visit including many not in the guidebooks. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting to stay...

This is a small b&b. The room was perfectly clean and spacious. There was air-conditioning, Italian coffee machine, hairdryer, clean towels, plenty of storage space. The bathroom is big and modern. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was very good. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, ready to help and give advice what to visit in this area. Exceptional is to say the least, very clean, beautiful both the rooms where you find fridge, coffee and tea machine plus all the products for the bathroom, (which is cleaned every day, and the shared kitchen with every dish washing machine included. Maurizio exquisite person has spoiled us with its delicious breakfasts where there is everything sweet and salty, on the beach front and near restaurants...

Simple family-run B&B in a somewhat spartan condominium. Excellent location practically on the sea, getting by a little you can also find parking (easier if you book one of the reserved places for a fee). Rooms in shared apartment. Very helpful, kind and very welcoming staff with small precautions and discounts for guests. Recommended for those who are satisfied with simple things without too many...

Sabrina, Franco and Giacinto are professional hosts. They are welcoming, warm, and give very good recommendations for restaurants and beaches. The accommodation is fantastic, extremely clean at an excellent location, close to all amenities and the beach. We will be back for sure!

I stayed 5 days at this property, this beb really deserves 5 stars, the owner Gabriele is helpful, kind, attentive, attentive to everything. The breakfast is fab all fresh different things and all really good. Excellent cleanliness, excellent location for both the sea and the center.

The house is in a perfect location, beach exactly in front and the promenade with the locals within walking distance. Gabriele is very courteous.

They welcomed us even without having booked, the very kind lady. Small but cozy room. .. something made me think a lot ... upon arrival he didn't ask us for documents, consequently no receipt ..... but he asked for the tourist tax ....... strange ... .... what we paid for ... maybe the clean sea air

It was a very nice accommodation with good breakfast. There were a few good restaurants nearby. Only acros the street ther was a fair with many lights and kids. Also ther was a beach club who trew great party's but they went on till 4 Am in the morning. You could hear it from inside the room so it was difficult to sleep.

The staff is super friendly and kind! Rooms are decorated and furnished with great taste and it is right in front of the sea!
