The hotel is not bad in itself, but I do think it is very overpriced. Doesn’t compare to facilities and services offered in other countries in this price range. Will give just an example, the restaurant. We booked half board to not have to worry and the dinner is really very good BUT it took more than 2 hours for the waiters to bring the 4 courses. Way too much for our baby to wait patiently. So...

Would be a nice place, good rooms, comfortable bed, private beach, parking garage, etc. On the downside, they are serving a dinner in 3 hours. Only for people who has time for the eternity.

Very comfortable, Italian style bedrooms, excellent food, very nice staff, coronavirus protection top notch, own private beach and at the start of one of the most beautiful bike trails we have ever seen (20 km between San Lorenzo al Mare and San Remo) - in short, we liked the stay in this hotel very much!

We chose this hotel to discover the area of San Lorenzo and we are very happy of our choice. The hotel was very beautiful. The staff was very welcoming, we had a beautiful room with a balcony and a bed and the view was amazing on the private beach. We also liked the quality of the food at the restaurant. absolutely perfect. it started already with the very friendly and warm welcoming. great location, room with balcony and seaview, fridge and watercooker (with tea and coffee) in the room, close to beaches/harbour/towncenter. we will certainly visit Dei Gabbiani again.

Breakfast wasn't taken. The proprietor kindly moved her car to allow me to park my motorcycle behind a secure gate which was much appreciated. Location was spot on - a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and shops.

The simple rooms have everything you need TV, fridge, tea kettle stocked with coffee and herbal teas, cleanliness, friendliness.

Quiet establishment, with comfortable rooms and for my taste good space. We settled into a room that had a huge balcony overlooking the harbor and the sea. The truth is that it was wonderful to be able to contemplate the sunset and feel the sea breeze at night in that place. The owner is very nice and helpful. If I have to fault it, it is the traffic on the coastal road that is nearby and the parking...

We spent 2 great vacation weeks in San Lorenzo. Great landlady who helps and is always available. Very clean, well-kept and modern facility.

Very welcoming very nice people. I am only talking about the "hotel" rooms where we stayed with our young son, Large room with small bathroom and very nice view with a small balcony (just 2 places). All that's missing is a curtain to block out the outside light better and you have to remember that there's no breakfast. (Just kettle and tea coffee powder to help out) 😁 Very nice little town center

We spent a short romantic week at IL SOLE DI POGGI. Everything was perfect! From the friendly and relaxed welcome, to the clean and tastefully decorated room, to the varied and colorful breakfast! Voleyball, other sport activities, Bolt scoters nearby and bus to go to the sea. There was laundry - it was good!

The resort is nice, decently serviced and reasonably priced. The staff is AMAZING and their service is OUTSTANDING. This will definitely become my reference point for my next holidays in the area.

What a brandnew, clean and wonderful resort! The friendly staff is even taking away fallen leaves every day. They make sure the place is picture perfect. The swimming pool has the ideal temperature and adults as wel as (little)kids can enjoy. The patio houses are extremely clean and have a functional layout. We're definitly coming back here. Were sad to leave!

This review is solely of the food and atmosphere. Soo much salt. Make sure you are thoroughly hydrated before eating here. The Buffola was great so was the calamari. The dessert is what justified 3 stars, it was great. The view is amazing and the pool is great. The live music(sax player and dj) is a nice touch.

Nice place. We were there to swim, but the pool looked bigger in the photos. Either way, was a good way to pass the heat wave.

We had a great time in October. Immersed in a beautiful olive grove, large spaces we did not miss anything.

Nice place with the family and the dogs. Somewhat simple in terms of equipment, but you can't complain for the price. It was clean and the owners were very nice.

I stayed for a few nights in June and it was such a lovely hotel. The staff are very accomodating and the rooms are immaculate and new, the pool is relaxing and the restaurant is absoulutely amazing!

Really nice environment, quiet enough to rest. For breakfast you can even to to the garden and collect yourself some tomatoes. You know it is an agro-tourismo.

They are friendly and helpful while we stay. It has a great view of countryside with swimming pool even we didn't make use of cause it's chilly season then. I highly would recommend this if you desire to have a farm stay at a vacation cabin.

Great place to relax, 3 different levels pools, there’s a restaurant and parking outside is €10 per day. it’s a bit ‘far’ from the center but in a good and quiet position. Went there 3 times for work and it’s really recommended if you want to relax and enjoy a nice view.

The resort is well organised and clean. It has all the main facilities that you might wish (indoor swimming pool, exclusive spa center, sports ground, bike room, laundry service). The apartment is equipped for bikes. Food is excellent and the restaurant has an amazing view. It was not very full which was very pleasant. Really enjoying every minute. Will definitely be revisiting.

It's indeed like a small resort with nice spacious hotel like rooms which seem to all have a nice terrace. Just like a resort it has several pools, including a kids pool and evening entertainment. We saw a magician which wasn't David Copperfield, but he tried and clearly loved doing it. I suppose the food could have been better and was a bit rushed. They came with the next course before my wife finished...

Excellent all round: very kind and friendly owners, well-kept, clean and relaxing environment, large terrace from which to sunbathe and cool while admiring a wonderful panorama with views of both the sea and hills. My husband and I stayed there for two weeks and felt right at home. Too bad that today "we greeted him". RECOMMENDED.

Wonderful place, VERY CLEAN AND cared for in every detail and you feel at home, not far from the beach and with a supermarket nearby! The kitchen has everything. Great for families with children. The owners are friendly and have great products. Each accommodation has its own terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea and the hills and in addition a beautiful barbecue area complete with deck chairs...

Nice private beach. Each room has it's own allocated beach space. Food is ok ish, reception staff friendly. Restaurant staff not so friendly. Each room has AC.Wi-fi is terrible. Can't even watch a YouTube video.

Top Location. Room are HUGE! Wow we had a room with awesome sea view. What a great experience. We ordered room service (which was quite expensive) but worth it. Room was clean and Staff was nice. Thank for the amazing stay.

A Great stay! We had for some nights a room with a sea view and after took for more nights a superior room with a terrace. All rooms are big, very good to come here with kids or friends if you are ok to share the bathroom. This hotel is the only one we found with its private beach just in front of it. The beds and umbrellas are included in the price. You always get the same spot for all days you stay...

Nice place to discover the area (from Monaco to Genova). Our stay was for a few days during low-season. Breakfast was nice and friendly staff. Beach was nice, we received it as a complimentary instead of €10,- each pp. But I can imagine during high-season it can be crowded and less enjoyable. For us September was a perfect period. Very lovely old building. Rooms big with tall ceilings. Good breakfast with mortadella and cakes. The ristretto was perfect. The ladies in the reception were very polite and helpful. Great value for money.

The hotelnis in a quite good place. Both side there are places to sport, so it can be, that in the afternoon /early night full with chold/ people. The rooms are ok, the breakfast also. For me the - stuff, that shower is small, and the wifi is present only at lobby. I will choose next time this hotel either.

Quiet inn well managed by a very kind family. Well soundproofed rooms, nice ceiling fan, nice outdoor veranda all in a typical well-kept local building. Perfect cleanliness and kindness of the managers make this place a great stay also for the proximity to the beach facilities.
