The hotel is not bad in itself, but I do think it is very overpriced. Doesn’t compare to facilities and services offered in other countries in this price range. Will give just an example, the restaurant. We booked half board to not have to worry and the dinner is really very good BUT it took more than 2 hours for the waiters to bring the 4 courses. Way too much for our baby to wait patiently. So...

Good stay but... Good stay, friendly/helpful staff. The only problme was the WiFi which was very, very slow.

I was there in early January 2024 and it was really nice, I had a room overlooking the sea with a beach (this came with a supplement but it was worth it), a very nice environment, helpful and kind staff, I think I will return, I recommend it.

We stayed for a week with breakfast included, the rooms are clean and well maintained. We had direct access to the beach with 2 deck chairs and a reserved parasol which was very pleasant. We went directly through the hotel for the reservation which was a mistake because we paid the full price of 300 euros per night. I stayed in this hotel for a weekend and I would say that as a hotel it is nothing exceptional but with good food! The service in the room is not too attentive for a 4-star hotel!! Clean room and exceptional sea view! Prices a little high !!!

We stayed 3 nights at this seaside hotel as part of a VBT bike tour vacation. We loved all the bike decor throughout the property and our room (111) was very comfortable, with a large terrace right on the beach. Fantastic place a kilometer and a half from the town of San Lorenzo, positive notes the tranquility, the view, the swimming pool and the owners of the structure very helpful. Negative notes, the demanding climb and the narrow road (through the vineyards) and unfortunately the bed bugs that left all 4 of us full of bites. A complete disinfestation should be done

We were there at Pentecost 2018 and are thrilled. A beautiful oasis of peace and relaxation with a pool in the middle of vineyards with a great view of the sea! The self-made organic products such as wine, jams, etc. are also highly recommended 🤌🏻. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ we'll be back soon

Wonderful place, spectacular view, swimming pool always in the sun, lots of privacy; the bungalow has every service with patio overlooking the sea and the hills. Surrounded by greenery and at the right distance from the sea, you can enjoy a relaxing holiday. Vittorio and Rita, the owners, are always present, available and friendly. After 5 minutes you talk to them, you seem to have known them forever...

Amazing place, with amazing owners - Vittorio and Rita. If you want to rest from busy and noisy world , that place is perfect. Centre of San Lorenzo is about 5 min by car. Bungalows are with kitchen full equipment, bathroom with shower. Area is quiet, and beautiful with plenty of flowers, herbs and trees. Definitely worth to drive 1600km from Poland and spend great time. Hope’ll see next year 🥰❤️

A really nice place to vacation. Why? Because everything is so easy and relaxed here. Manageable small holiday complex on a vineyard with a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea. Fantastic dog friendly hosts. We'd love to come back. The only drawback is the driveway, which has it all. However, if you've gone up and down three times, it's even fun. However, the driveway is definitely not suitable...

We stayed in September 2025 and had a wonderful time. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and attentive to their guests without being intrusive. The rooms are modern and very clean. The apartment was in the very old town, cleverly built into the old buildings. We had a nice little balcony with a view on the hills and the bay. The bed was very comfortable even if it did not look it as first sight. Water pressure in the shower was ok, not too strong. Marina and her husband were very nice and helpful.

I stayed in mid-August at the Walloons. The location is wonderful, on a small hill in the middle of a small village. Silence and nature surround it. The apartment is very nice, all in stone, fresh and very spacious, furnished in a simple way. The shared garden is very spacious, with a barbecue, and a nearby parking lot. All conveniences are close at hand.

Excellent. Apartment has everything you need. Stunning views, quiet village, excellent restaurant, handy little shop and coffee place. Peace and quiet. Imperia has been voted the best area to visit due to the warm climate too the heat is already 20 plus degrees fabulous.

Beautiful studio apartment in very quaint old village. Yes it was difficult to locate but that is part of the adventure. Lovely little trattoria serving coffee and pastries a short walk. Stunning views and very friendly locals

I stayed for a few nights in June and it was such a lovely hotel. The staff are very accomodating and the rooms are immaculate and new, the pool is relaxing and the restaurant is absoulutely amazing!

A great stay A great resort perfectly placed by the coast. Close to walk to restaurants at the sea front, parking at the hotel and a lovely garden. Breakfast had a good selection; all cakes were home made. Would definitely go there again!

Excellent resort with attention to the smallest details, the owner is a young and affable person, very capable, we had a very good time. We were invited for a wedding and we stayed there and we enjoyed the very polite and competent staff

It is a place with very good vibes, it makes you feel special. It is very quiet and very close to the beach and Imperia, enjoying a good walk. The staff is unbeatable and above all, above all, they have a coffee that is out of this world because it is so good. We will return without a doubt.

Evening at the Leonardo resort in Imperia for an aperitif with live music...a beautiful experience by the pool with attentive and kind staff. A place where time seems suspended! The cuisine is particularly refined and so is the selection of wines! I had invited friends to share this experience! We were all satisfied!

We spent 2 nights in 2 adjoining rooms, the welcome was good, the swimming pool was open but a little cold in this season, the breakfast was generous with excellent little homemade pastries. The hotel is a little out of the center of ms center 5/10 min from the sea.

The property is beautiful and clean. We stayed in a junior suite with a sea view; it was beautiful, comfortable, and very quiet. The staff is discreet, very attentive to needs, and extremely helpful. They gave us a wonderful vacation. The breakfast was very varied, the dinners were amazing (highly recommend the half-board option), and they were very attentive to my wife's food allergies!

We have loved the apartment - but we have booked it because of the swimming pool. It was closed during our whole stay. They opened the whirlpool from the SPA - the whirpool was therefore very, very crowded and by far no place for a relaxing stay anymore. The hotelnis in a quite good place. Both side there are places to sport, so it can be, that in the afternoon /early night full with chold/ people. The rooms are ok, the breakfast also. Quiet inn well managed by a very kind family. Well soundproofed rooms, nice ceiling fan, nice outdoor veranda all in a typical well-kept local building. Perfect cleanliness and kindness of the managers make this place a great stay also for the proximity to the beach facilities.

Kind and welcoming however, this campsite was costly at €30 for a person with a tent per night + additional costs for amenities (laundry, showers, toilet paper) Restaurant well priced. Overall a good experience

Short stay in a tent was a good experience, good communication and good place to camp. Very nice location short distance from marina and town, however quite a steep road up hill. Very good food and wine in a bar, however additionally paid pool was a bit of bitter suprise. In a 30euro per night it could be included ;)

Everything here......clean bathrooms, nice pitches, nice walk/ride otherwise shuttle bus to the sea (they will move your bikes too) , with the bike path to Sanremo a key activity. Only negative comment was the trash service which was clearly insufficient for the number of campers.

Peaceful location in agricultural area. Steep narrow roads to access, but not a problem for our conversion van. Narrow pitches but wasn't busy when we went so plenty of space. Clean bathrooms. We walked to sea front in 20 mins. Stars deducted for paying showers. Just greedy at this price. Also pool left to go rotten so mosquitoes an issue. On the whole we enjoyed it. Would probably go again.
