We booked Ellea Resort via Airbnb and really loved it. The outdoor area with the pool and the garden was just beautiful! I can definitely recommend a stay here.

It is a very nice and clean residence. With grill, pool, parking and a lot of nice villages around. We have been in the smallest appartement, which is perfect, if you are out and about all day. Owner and staff very friendly and helpful.

Great but not excellent. Renovated trullo structure but with a flaw in the soundproofing of the rooms (from an apartment two have been obtained by simply locking an internal door with a key. Another flaw is the very dark room even during the day in full sun. For the rest perfect, very quiet and strategic to visit the north of Puglia.

One of the most beautiful stays we spent in Puglia. The residence consists of several apartments inside the trulli, lost among the olive trees and the tranquility of the countryside. Always clean swimming pool available to guests. Nothing to say! Only thanks

This family provide first class accommodation and service,nothing is too much trouble for them. The units are super clean and modern,ample parking and amazing gardens complete with pool. If you want luxury and peace and quiet in salento this is the place to stay. Highly recommended. Visited twice already.

The place of accomodation was perfect-relaxing. Itś placed among the olivws trees in olive orchaid. Apartment was small but everythong you need was there!! Itś perfect place for couple or family holiday. Everythong was nice and clean. Swiming pool in area is big advantage. Place is very close 1,5 km walking, to San Michele Salentino. It´s necessary to have a car to moce difrent places.

We recommend! Spent a wonderful, relaxing vacation there! Very clean area in absolute peace. Good location for excursions in the area. Very friendly and committed landlords, give good tips and recommendations for trips. Apartment with a small kitchenette. Separate bedroom. Large terrace with a wonderful view of the pool. Amazing place! A particular swimming pool practically built in a trullo, small but satisfying. Outside there are deck chairs and a veranda with lights for dinners and lunches, a stone oven and a super barbecue. Games for children and 4 swings. The owner is an exceptional person, he made us find many dishes upon our arrival: focaccia, rustici, burratine, mozzarella, figs, fresh eggs, wine, water, milk...

We stayed at this B&B for 5 nights from 10th June and were treated like royalty. The friendliness of the owners, their interest in us and their trusting nature made us feel that we were very welcome. Superb holiday home away from home. We have never been made to feel more welcome anywhere in the world. The complex is a blend of home comforts and excellent facilities. The owners are wonderful people who feel more like friends. A short drive from town with an abundance of features there is nothing not to like. This is a fabulous place to get to know the true Italy. There are numerous touristy places...

Paolo was incredibly hospitable, nothing was too much trouble. He went above and beyond, with helpful advise on places to visit and even took me to the supermarket on my first evening. The bungalow was cosy with all of the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay, especially as a solo traveller.

we stayed only 1 night but it looks very neat and clean, both in the common areas and the room. good breakfast. it has a nice pool that requires a hair cap. little internal parking.

Lovely and comfortable bed. Its a very nice room and it even has a little private patio outside. The owner was waiting for us to keep a parking spot free right in front of the door. Great!! Communication was very good.

I was a regular customer before I moved. The b & b is clean and equipped, also equipped with a small kitchen, TV and air conditioning. The rooms are nice and well furnished. The very kind owner and very competitive prices. The abundant breakfast there is a wide choice of herbal teas, coffee capsules, muffins and other sweets. It remained in my heart.

A modern and clean structure, in a quiet part of town. Only a few minutes from the town centre on foot. Free parking in all the neighbouring streets. Has a small communal area with tables and chairs, a tv and a microwave if you want to stay up whilst the others go to bed.

You cannot pay by card and there is no breakfast. Clean room but TV not working.

I was here a short time ago and for people like me who come from Rome looking for a bit of peace and tranquility this place is ideal. Beautiful facility, nice rooms. The staff is friendly and very helpful. As Apulian good food is not lacking and quality is assured. Prices are also good compared to services. I recommend it to everyone, take a few days of vacation and turn around as well!

Excellent location. Quiet but close to everything

This is a holiday resort of sorts, consisting of a large and very nice pool, that is also open to be used by general public. Therefore the pool is busier that expected. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Lovely gardens. San Vito dei Normanni has a few nice places to eat out.

We went for a few hours to use the pool. The pool and surroundings were spotlessly clean. The on site pool bar/cafe was also great. We had an enormous plate of patatine fritte, polpette, croquettes and panzerotti all of which were delicious. Highly recommended. We're so impressed we are seriously considering booking to stay at the resort for our holiday next year.

Lovely hosts!! And a beautiful accomodation with a big garden to relax, but also wonderful restaurants to visit in the neighbourhood. As we couldn’t stay longer we will surely come back one day! In the mean time please do yourself a favour and don’t miss out on this amazing place :)

Isolated enough to enjoy calm under the pine trees and the cigales, away from the crowds but close enough to all major cities to visit and close to the sea. I like the lemon and olive trees (and I had a good bound with the dog, Breton like me) Lovely property, I like the style of the bathroom and very charming hosts, extremely welcoming. Worth staying a bit longer.

Amazing place where we stayed this summer. The guys who manage the structure, in addition to being very nice, are extremely helpful in supporting any needs and putting you at ease. The room where we slept was very nice and recently refurbished. Furthermore, the structure is located in a beautiful setting. The location of the B&B was also convenient for our travels. Absolutely recommended.

Just an amazing place. The rooms are lovely, breakfast is tasty (Sergio’s baked goods!!) and the garden is perfect to relax. Amazing value for money! But I’m sure you can get all those things in numerous other places. What’s unique about this place are Noemi and Sergio. Amazing hosts and genuinely lovely people! The staff were incredible and went out of their way to make you feel like you were at home. The pool was great and always cleaned daily. The room was cleaned immaculately each day and the aircon worked a treat. Overall lovely place to relax and unplug from day-to-day life. You will 100% need a car if you are staying here.

Beautiful Masseria and lovely studio we stayed in. The pool area was just perfect and the breakfast included was delicious with homemade cakes, jams and focaccia, plus cooked eggs and wonderful cappuccinos if we wanted. The staff was just wonderful, friendly and offered super helpful tips during our stay. A very special place that we will not forget and we will definitely be back!

A beautifully laid out and comfortable Masseria. Lovely pool area. Very friendly and efficient staff. We were a single bed short which was sorted very quickly by La Bella Emelia who was on it in a flash! Breakfast served by the pool by Angela who runs a very tight operation. We only stayed for one night but the reception from the host was so welcoming and the setting/rooms were beautiful. We were too late to book the dinner (they provided a recommendation in the nearby town that was fantastic), but the breakfast spread was very impressive. I would definitely recommend.

50 years of wedding anniversary of my uncle and aunt!

Beautiful structure too bad that when we arrived in the room we found 2 puddles of water reported to the reception ,,, came the lady who also passed over and filled the apartment with treads! It does not offer breakfast even though it could also see the covid period, also because I have seen private parties that take place quietly !! Bad Wi-Fi which would be convenient given the minimal network coverage...

The place was really lovely and unique. We liked every minute of our stay. The hosts were so warm, welcoming, and friendly. A more varied breakfast would be great for longer stays. We would also have appreciated the possibility to have lunch at the property, given that the Masseria is located away from the city. Other than that - was perfect.

The staff were great and the restaurant food was excellent. We ate their every night which was easy with the 3 kids. Beautiful 3 course meal which was delicious. The kids loved the pool as it is huge! The family rooms are spacious and good value.

Five stars is not even enough. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and well decorated. The hotel restaurant was great for r breakfast and dinner. However, the best part of the stay was the staff who were lovely and accommodating at any chance.

My family and I absolutely love Masseria Incantalupi, so much so that we try to come for a few weeks every summer. It is a beautiful place, in a quiet spot in the middle of Puglia's olive trees farm.
