Resort Riva Degli Etruschi

The place is nice and the view of the sea is also very nice.
But if your room is far a way from the center of the resort, and you don't have a car, then you will have to walk a lot to do anything.
The most bad thing that happened to me is that, I stayed 6 nights and the day before last day, I asked them to clean my villa and they came next day (i.e. last day) and they cleaned my villa and during my checkout they charged me with €120 for the cleaning and they did not tell me that the cleaning is not for free like any other resort.
So, I do not recommend this resort to anyone. Basically they are robbing you because they give you the service without mentioning it is not free.
I will never go there again.

The location is very good. Convenient and very safe for families with little kids. All the rest is pretty much a continuous series of unorganized messy and low quality experiences. Convenience was our first criteria but after three consecutive years staying there (year 1 for 3weeks, year 2 for 2 weeks, this year just one week) we have decided we won’t return anymore. The services offered are basic and the overall organization of the resort is very poor. The houses Bolgheri (sea view) are not up to the price asked. Plenty of things broken everywhere. The resort assigns the houses with unclear criteria so you might end up very far from convenient proximity with the restaurants, bars and supermarket.
The owner company runs the place with little to none care for the customers nor any attention to the small details that could turn your vacation from good to great. They lack any form of customer relationships management. You won’t get any feedback form after your stay which speaks by itself. They have also built an app to supposedly help you navigate the resort services but it’s basically a digital catalog and you end up calling multiple times just to book a simple tour.
The staff of restaurant All’Orto is professional and well prepared. The pne at the central bar and pizzeria Magu is seriously unprepared and unorganized.
All in all the value you get is much lower than the price you pay. Be careful when booking. Great location but if you decide to risk it be ready to get one of the worst services Italy (unfortunately) still offers.
