The location and atmosphere were great! First of all, it is a very reliable place and there is almost everything in the facility, the sports were a bit expensive and the breakfast was not very good but overall it is above average.

Very beautifull and clean park. Kind and professional staff. Villa was very good, clean and with airco, which was much needed due to the hot weather. The beach is clean and you have your own umbrella and chairs. Sea is nice to swim in. Staff helps you very good when having questions. Park has enough to do, but also the area around the park is beautifull. Our kids loved it and so did we!

I came to this resort as a child , 35 years ago. The location is amazing with the bungalows located inside the pineta and really close to the beach. Recommended!

Nice and quiet, great for families, away from the crowds, very easy access to the private beach and friendly staff. Villas are a bit old (didn’t really matter to us, since we would only stay at the villa during sleeping time).

Buffet restaurant was good and staff very kind and friendly. Could do with bigger rooms and/or bathrooms. Apartments are simply furnished but practical. Beach is clean and well kept. Ideal for family since it has 2 nice swimming pools and plenty of space for kids to play

Awesome place. Definitely 4 star hotel. Best place around. Huge green territory. Amazing villas with everything needed. Food is ok, But I cook mostly my own for my liking. Sea products great, milk products great, cheeses amazing, ham products great.

The pool was fantastic for youngest to biggest kids. There were plenty of sun beds. The supermarket onsite was great. The location - walk to the beach and town was good. Also the complex was huge! Liked the parking available in front of the accommodation. The night markets were great. A few more stalls would have been nice too. The jungle climb was really fun for the kids! The place is awesome, the food was amazing so three stars there... had to remove two stars as we had some issues with some of the staff. My kids won a big bear at the arcade located inside the resort and they guy working wanted it back because he made a mistake, so he offered my daughters 10 euros in exchange of the bear to place back into the machine. No way, they won the bear fair and squared so...

We're staying at the hotel part. Asked for electric kettle to make warm milk for my son, after waiting the whole day still nothing after they promised that it'll be sent to our room. Any basic hotel would at least have a kettle in the room, especially if this place is supposed to be kids friendly but apparently not this hotel. The pool is amazing and fun for kids. I wanted to give this 3.5 but rounded up. The park was great with pools, table tennis (bring your own bats and balls), pool tables, giant chess, mini golf and high ropes course. The pool area is great for especially younger children. We are never worried and they have a lot of fun. The camping place as everything you need and is too too full. The restaurants are not worth the money but the pizza take away for lunch is ok. Most of the people working here are very nice.

This place deserves 5 stars. It is a fantastic destination for family holidays with it's 6 swimming pools, adventure park, playground, and all other amenities plus animations, evening live music and what not. Structure with attention to detail and very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Great location, surrounded by greenery! The furniture is a bit dated, old. The bedspreads and sofa covers are old and it is not clear whether they are clean or not. The cleaning of the apartment and bathroom should be improved. We spent our vacation during the off-season in the first two October weeks. I can highly recommend this apartment hotel to families and couples. It is very well located, the beach is very close and clean, the apartments are well equipped, the staff is super friendly and flexible. You even have access to the spa of the hotel next door at discounted price.

This place is for families who love beach holidays. Went Sep and out of season. Nearest town is a mile and a half away from the complex.Bus services stop running at 6pm after that is taxis. But San Vincenza has some lovely bars and restaurants

Great stay, nothing to say. The reception is only open in the morning but there are references from the owners for everything. Even our dog had a great time, nice and quite quiet apartment. There was only a small glitch with the bathroom drain which was promptly fixed by the owners. Possibility to leave your luggage at the reception once you have left the accommodation, quite close to the town center...

I rented an apartment for just one night. the staff are very kind and extremely helpful. the apartment was very large and very clean. the only discordant note were the mattresses and the bed bases, they were in such pitiful condition that they made it uncomfortable to rest. however the availability of the owners is worth considering the structure for holidays

Good structure about 50 MT from the sea with its private beach included in the room rate. Simple but tastefully decorated and recently renovated rooms. Very welcoming and very nice for a 3 star. The owners are the most polite and kind I have ever seen. The pool, breakfast and furnishings are really wow !! By my choice I will be there every summer because I have never found myself so well and at home! I highly recommend everyone.

Beautiful, totally renovated guesthouse with a fantastic swimming pool. Only 2 minutes walk from the sea and in the room the use of umbrellas and sunbeds of the adjacent beach is included. Spotless rooms and very nice staff. I'll be back.

A very pleasant stay in a chill zone of the town. Personnel is very kind and professional. If the beach is too chaotic you can relax at the garden pool! I will surely stay there at the next occasion.

We stayed a week, it is a residence not a hotel, so those expecting linen change every day must book elsewhere. The staff are really friendly and kind. The only problem, for light sleepers like me, trains pass 50 meters from the building, night and day, impossible to sleep or rest even with the windows closed. They accept animals, without any restrictions !! Residence is very close to free beaches...

Excellent transit hotel. The pool after a long drive is a thing. The breakfast is excellent value for money.

2022 We were there again. Operator quite petty, buy garbage bags and toilet paper yourself, exchange towels after a week, or pay an extra 5 € and wash yourself. Dogs in the neighborhood bark at 7 a.m. Otherwise OK! 2019Owner ordered handyman (noisemaker) when house was full. That was more disturbing than the train traffic behind the house. Otherwise OK, gladly again.

We spent the holidays in July as a family. The beautiful swan apartment with large terrace. Excellent position to reach the main places. Free and equipped beach really a stone's throw away ... for the center of San Vincenzo, very nice, a walk of half an hour on foot. Also recommended because with the windows closed it does not even disturb the passing train ...

Incredibly efficient. Very relaxed and "part of the family, feel". Dangerously excellent cuisine. The dishes never lets you down.

Thanks a lot for our stay here! All was perfect! Rooms are clean and very nice! All stuff is very gentle and kind! We had a first vacation with baby here and we would highly recommend it!! Due to COVID 19 situation I have to add that all was arranged in a way for our safety stay! Bravo!!!

It has a good balcony and nice breakfast, very spacious rooms. Could be better if there was another mirror in the bedroom because you can't get ready while another person is in the shower. Good car parking space underground so our car stays nice and cool but quite steep to get in! Nice indoor pool area, with nice temperature water and a hot tub!

I have been going to this hotel for 30 years. Cleanliness, patience, helpfulness, friendliness are the things that distinguish it. Margherita and all her staff deserve a round of applause as do Serena and Nicola who delight us every day for lunch on the beach bar.

Excellent location, a stone's throw from the sea and a stone's throw from the center and the beautiful promenade on the port. Classic 3-star hotel, a little dated, but super clean!! All the staff are extremely kind and helpful! Perfect breakfast, nothing is missing!! I was happy to stay there soon!

The service at the hotel Il Delfino was excellent, despite being definitely out of season and...the only guests. Exceptional breakfast, particularly varied, from sweet to savory, yogurt, cereals, fruit, juices, homemade cakes. Extremely clean and quiet environment. Very courteous staff. The property is located on the sea, exiting you go directly to the establishment. The double rooms have a balcony, are spacious and carefully cleaned. Towel changes are daily. One minute from the beach and can see the sea from the lovely big balcony. Beautifully furnished in whites aquamarine and azure colours spacious and cool with excellent friendly service prompt room cleaning generally a really good place for a good price - ah wide selection of sweet and savoury for breakfast in a spacey bright room or outside!!

If I were ever to return to these parts, I would be staying at this lovely hotel run by lovely people. The room was fresh and clean, and going up to the room in the spacious elevator was spotless and smelled really fresh. There was even a super safe place for my bicycle. The breakfast was great, with plenty to choose from and some really lovely homemade items. Thanks for the great stay. Steve
