Great hotel in the beautiful setting. Very convenient location to the ski lift. The staffs are amazing. Great kids club Villa dumbo, with fun activities for the kids. This gives us a peace of mind that the kids will be taken care of while we ski. They pick up the kids from the slop too. Carlo, Pia, Gaia, Eleonora, Alessia e Rebecca are amazing !!

I was with my Taddeo anyway the greatest people were Carlo, Pia, Alessia, Eleanora, Gaia, Rebecca. Best food I’ve ever had and the game room was sooooo Amazing I rly fit in. Some fun with water polo until someone stopped us but apart from that it was very fun, Carlo was a great teacher and instructor and was very responsible with the children which is good for a family hotel.

I was with my friend Alle and Carlo, Pia, Alessia and Rebecca helped with our experience which made the vacation perfect. Food fantastic and the hotel sooooo comfortable. The most handsome stud from the hotel was Carlo. He is so responsible with the children. Forza Juve we will win the scudetto.

All the hotel was amazing! Bar, food very nice and the waiters and reception so polite. Also the animators of Villa Dumbo, the kids club carlo, rebecca, pia, alessia eleonora And gaia, amazing with children. Thank you to everyone for all this❤️

My family and I (husband, 2 kids aged 6 and 4) stayed here for 7 nights at the beginning of January. We had an amazing time. The hotel is so well catered to the needs of children and parents alike. There is childcare (if you need it) from 9:15am through to 10pm every day, at no extra cost (but I'm sure they appreciate tips if you like to tip). There are 4 separate play areas inside and outside the hotel, including a kids club called the Dumbo Club where they arrange all kinds of fun activities and excursions for the kids. My kids really enjoyed it and in particular they were cared for by the lovely staff, namely Carlo, Gaia, Allesia, Rebecca, Eleonora and Pia. In addition to the wonderful kids activities, the food and drinks offerings at the hotel were excellent - each night they provide a very varied set menu and we really enjoyed all of the food - the chefs are very talented. All in all, it is a very organized hotel and would definitely return.

The hotel is beautiful. Very clean, with nice amenities (pool, 2 saunas, spa etc). Attention to detail throughout- so many little accents that really make the place special. The dumbo club for the children makes a ski holiday not only possible for a family, but a truly magical experience for the child. The staff is wonderful- Pia, Rebecca, Alessia, Eleonora, Gaia, and Carlo were so kind to our 3 year old and kept him entertained with exciting events every day!! The food is incredible- no need to go out- and the waitstaff is very kind and accommodating. The location in the heart of Val Gardena with quick access to the selleronda is perfect. The price, which includes the daycare and meals, is extremely reasonable. Can’t say enough good things!!

Absolutely fantastic service, from the villa dumbo daycare program which was so kind to our 3 year old son (thank you Pia, Rebecca, Alessia, Eleonora, Gaia, and Carlo!!!!) , to the welcoming and attentive waitstaff and reception. Delicious food every night- we planned to have some dinners out but never did thanks to the superb regional cuisine. Hotel amenities are lovely- pool, baby spa, kids areas… the Finnish sauna is perfect. The location is also perfect .. walking distance to Monte pana ski lift and free shuttle service to the Saslong gondola and the Selleronda. A great trip for our family and tremendous value.

We had again a wonderful experience at the Family Hotel Posta (it was our second visit, again in winter). The hotel is perfect for families with small kids. It is very well located in Santa Cristina and easily accessible via public transportation. Very close to Monte Pana (free shuttle service always available and very efficient). Everything is very well managed, corresponding to the 4-star rating. For us the added value of the hotel is the child care that is the best one we've experienced so far. Villa Dumbo's Team is incredible: proactive, competent, funny and reliable. Our daughter loved them! A big thank to Carlo, Rebecca, Gaia, Eleonora, Pia and Alessia that contributed to create wonderful memories for our family! We also would like to mention the Spa ladies (Piera and Alessandra) both very nice, competent and engaged. We are looking forward to our next trip to you!
