Good family friendly hotel. We are here for the third time. Located just at the pist, with the ski school just around the corner. Food is excellent, and spa area and swimming pool in good shape.

Family friendly hotel, located near a skilift to Panna mountain with a supermarket in front and near a farmacy. Reconstructed recently, offers moder rooms and great Kids support. The only con is the pool that located mostly outside in open air.

One of the sweetest hotel I've ever been. Very friendly stuff, helpfull in all belongens. Comfortable bed! Own beer brewery. Very close to a bus station where u can start your hiking or biking tour. A supermarket as well some other shopping stores are also very close to the hotel - around 5min to walk. Bike and ski rentals are very close too. Highly recommendet.

The apartment is very well equipped, very clean, each bedroom has its own bathroom and has a cosy place where you eat which is surrounded by windows with beautiful mountains view. The room was very large and clean and the bathroom was also spacious and has a great shower. The breakfast is abundant and the quality of the raw materials is very good. Too bad for the fixed menu alternatives which have remained the same throughout the week. The hotel's location is excellent for reaching both the center of Santa Cristina and Ortisei

Charming small hotel with friendly staff and great service. Especially recommended for the quality and variety of catering, excellent breakfast and evening menus with regional specialities. Transport provided for skiers to village lift system allowing access to a huge skiing area using the Dolomiti pass. Many possible ski itineraries will keep all levels of sciati happy and occupied.

The dining room staff is worth 10 stars: kind, prepared, helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfasts and dinners. Relax area, equipped, clean and well maintained. A few notes about the rooms: those - upstream side - have the problem of the kitchen hood on the ground floor. At least one shelf is missing in the wardrobe, a very small waste bin in the bathroom only, small steps between the various treacherous...

I choosed between three and four stars but decided to Giwe three. This is a typical and traditional alp hotel. Great service, nice rooms and friendly staff. We enjoyed staying here. Rooms facing the road are bigger than the other ones and come with a couch and balcony. Breakfast is the standard continental one with juices, two kinds of eggs, cereals, breads and cheeses. The hotel is located 2 minutes away from a bus stop to Ciampinoi and a 6 minute walk from a gondola.

No soap in the bathrooms and no garbage bags - that was a surprise. But everything else in this hotel was so good! Beautiful view, comfortable rooms, friendly personnel, and free bus tickets as a bonus.

Pro: Good wellness. Cons: Kitchens are poorly equipped for a week stay.

A wonderful hotel in the center of santa Christina. A very short walk to col raiser gondola lift opens a fantastic scenery with lots of hikes. And at the end of the day you get a wonderful meal, different every day.

Le Chalet is a very clean, quaint and relaxing place. The owners are very kind and hospitable. The rooms are very comfortable and provide stunning views of the surrounding Dolomites. A good place to stay and relax, or an excellent basecamp for your mountain adventures. It’s located directly above the bus stop making it convenient to all the surrounding areas too!

Excellent place to stay. Friendly and helpful. Room was just what we needed and very clean. No view, but we had that all day on the hill. You do need to walk with boots to the bus about 100m away. Bus runs all day - 350, 352.

The Hotel is clean and efficient. Tatjana at the reception is so kind and helpful as usual! Manuel, Francesca and Rebecca at the Blue Restaurant are always very kind and helpful. Skibus just in front of the hotel, very convenient. The "Pay for Service" philosophy is very good to us. Kudos to Mr Prinoth for having set up such good hotel crew!

Good nice and Noreen hotel. However we sutrggle with off peak season as the hotel restaurant don't even open at it stated hours. We have to live on the vending machines for two days and all the surrounding shop houses were not open as well. So need to be batter prepared for the off peak season!

The hotel was very colorful but lacked basic amenities. .all I got was small sachet of body wash and shampoo..the hotel also messed up my room type..I had to call the emergency hotline and wait to given the correct room.. WiFi was limited to two devices ony! These days of IoT everything is connected.. this was a pain.. the quality of the bed and cleanliness was good.. overall the experience was average
