We absolutely loved our stay here. It was the perfect base for exploring the Dolomites, with close access to chairlifts and gondolas for all the hikes we wanted to do. The room was clean and tidy, with a window offering a view of the mountains across the way. There were plenty of common areas for relaxing and eating. One night, we sat on a bench in the hallway, gazing at the mountains and enjoying a drink. It was truly relaxing, even after dark, we could see the stars. This is our second consecutive year staying here. The room is beautiful and clean. The location is great, with easy access to all the major attractions thanks to the free hotel ticket. Free parking is available. The breakfast is delicious and has a great variety. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The rooms are small, and the triple room is too small to accommodate a suitcase. There's no front desk, so you have to check in by yourself. I couldn't speak the language, so I had to ask for help. The staff were abrupt and unfriendly. They cater to tour groups, so breakfast was a bit chaotic due to the large crowds. There are many hotels in the same area that offer better prices.

Very nice apartments with a garage. But the thing is, it is located in the place that it is hard for bigger and longer cars to get on this creepy moutain.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The room is very clean, the beds were comfortable and sleeping arrangements for the 5 of us was great. Fine, but not great. The bed was comfortable (the mattress looked brand new) but everything else looked old and worn out and like it had never been properly cleaned... ever. The quantity of dust lurking in the corners was shocking. The correct assessment should be a 3.5 as in recent times the decor of the rooms has improved with new and more comfortable sofas and the addition of a microwave oven (too bad it's black). Good, but not perfect. Rooms are fine, service is ok, but there is still much to improve. Apartment's kitchens do not have dishwashers, microwaves and kettles. What a fantastic treat! The service was perfectly on point. The lodging was lovely and the food was phenomenal. I recommend eating at the gourmet restaurant. The only thing we would change is the hours of the spa, not everyone skiis during the day (need to open much earlier- currently opens at 3pm) and the bed was super stiff. Small hotel (about 50 rooms) with a family charm, luxury service, gourmet cuisine, pampering Spa treatments and an outdoor pool. All for skiers. The owners are constantly working on expanding the list of services, upgrading rooms, adding a new recreation. Despite the price tag definitely recommend.

I have been there lots of times so I have a lot of experience. It’s a really nice hotel and the staff are friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the restaurant is very good too. The room we got was a big and comfy room, that was cleaned on a daily basis. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The food was good and diverse. The location is perfect, since you are a minute away from the bus stop.

The location is great. There's a supermarket about 100 meters away. The Alpediciusina Seceda cable car is also within a 10-minute drive. The pool is on the small side, but it was better than the photos showed and was large enough for a good night's sleep. The sauna was great, and the relaxation room was excellent.
