The hotel and it’s staff are really lovely. Stayed here for two nights and overall everything was great. Really close to the city center, restaurants and shops. About 10-12 min walk from the train station.
+ location - away from city center but still close enough

Great location, very close to downtown. The rooms are cute, but bathrooms are definitely tiny. All in all, good price for what you get. Would be great to work more on the service. Not on top of the email nor very forward with suggestions or information

I can’t recommend this hotel enough! We stayed here for a week in the Miriam suite, and had an excellent experience 😊 All the staff are incredibly sweet and helpful, especially Manuela we loved her! Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The location is great and quick walking distance to center and the beach! 🏖️ Overall, had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend! 🇮🇹❤️

Terrible hotel with unprofessional service. Rooms need a refresh and no elevator whatsoever. During breakfast I asked for another croissant after not eating any other thing they offer like the eggs, etc. and the breakfast lady muttered under her breath this is not an all you can eat. Never have I ever....
Clearly it's worth a lot for a piece of bread when you can literally step outside and buy the same croissant for one euro. Safe to say I would not recommend this hotel if you want a pleasant experience of any kind.

Absolutely perfect place to stay in SML! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and all staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the patio was the perfect start to our day. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel and would definitely recommend.

Absolutely one of the best hotels I've stayed in! Nicoletta, the owner, is one of the friendliest kindest individuals I have ever come across. We were met with glasses of Prosecco, offers to take photographs while we enjoyed our beverages, and many smiles. The rooms are clean and comfortable with wonderful views. The beds are very comfortable! Great location for walking around town. A delightful breakfast is served every morning which includes fresh eggs, yogurt, cappuccino, fresh fruit, and cereals. The dacor is beautiful. I cannot recommend this place enough!
